Great stopover enroute to Moncton NB. Clean rooms, friendly staff, with excellent cuisine available in nearby restaurants. Staff spoke fluent in English, and were quite helpful and personable. Typical, but very good Holiday Inn breakfast. No evidence of smoking inside the hotel, and assume it was non-smoking.

I stay at this wonderful hotel the night of April 30th to May 1st, as a quick getaway for my boyfriend and I. The location of the hotel is good, just a quick 20 minute drive and your in old Quebec City. We had booked a Suite with Kitchenette, I was pleasantly surprised at the sheer size of this room, it was as big as my apartment, and my apartment is big, so that is a good thing! We had room 432, great lighting, but you have the view of the highway, which at night if you are a light sleeper... Read more

First time to stay at this location. Very efficient service at check-in. Volunteered to run my credit card at check-in to save needing to stop by the front desk in the early AM. Helpful with menus for various places that deliver. Upgraded to a suite. Room was good size with separate sitting room area in addition to bedroom. Layout was nice and plenty of room. Breakfast was typical of HGI -- not great but not terrible. The only ding on this hotel is two: (1) a bit of a drive to som... Read more

Nicely located hotel with good sized room and facilities. The breakfast has an ok standard choice for a hot breakfast. The bed is comfortable and the front desk people very nice. Offers a shuttle at certain times to go to the Old city, so you may take advantage of that.

This place was clean and hospitable. We were looking for a place for our family of five, and was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean as well as the overall facility. The pool was like a giant hot tub but after walking 8 miles, it felt good ! We recommend as the price was fair and location was easy!

This hotel definitely looked like it had a recent renovation with modern fixtures. We stayed for one night in one of the basement rooms. The elevator was small and the room furnishings like the dresser and bedside table were older. It was frustrating because there weren't many wall outlets to plug the Chargers into so I had to charge my phone across the room instead of on the bedside table. It looked like all the old furniture was brought to the downstairs suites. The bathroom was nice and altho... Read more

I liked the breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, bacon and cinnamon buns. And then some standard pastries like muffins etc. They had yogurt and hot chocolate and coffee and orange juice. This seemed newly remodelled which made it really nice. I liked the bathrooms design and style. The whole hotel felt modern except for the breakfast area. I liked that the rooms had hardwood floors. The room felt pretty spacious with two beds in there. The front desk staff was good. If I travel to Quebec City I m... Read more

The hotel is really nice, not far from two restaurants and one supermarket. It has a big parking free of charge and the location near to a bus stop of bus No 25 going to city centre really helps to have a leisure sightseeing day. I had asked for a studio room with two beds but as the hotel was quite full it was not possible. But they anyway allocated me a massive king size bedroom with fridge on the 4th floor. Quebec City in summer will be very expensive. Hotels in downtown or Old Quebec are small, mainly local, where you have to pay for parking. Breakfast and internet may not be always complementary. Holiday Inn in Sainte-Foy is a good alternative. Free parking and complementary breakfast. Although internet is free, its restricted to five devices only, which nowadays is less for a family of three or four. Nice staff. Good rooms. Only improvement that I felt was quality of breakfast.
