We checked in March 13 only to overcharged on the package and the room. When we returned after a few hours they said our room was clean.. I was disgusted to find the sheets had coffee stains in them and that they didn't even fill up the coffee machine Nor wash the toilet. I spoke to a supervisor there and he practically laughed in my face. I also when I booked the rooms I specially ask that they put me on a lower floor and they put us on the top floor. I emailed both supervisor and even the... Read more

The location was perfect for us (and the price!). We requested a joined room in advance and got it. The pool area is great, our 5 year old absolutely loved it. However, the room was VERY dirty. When we arrived, I noticed the blankets were stained (and with other people's hair!) and requested for 2 clean ones. The cleaning lady said she changed them, however nothing on the bed was moved and the stains were clearly still there. The bathroom floor was also dirty. We also had to complain about ... Read more

Traveled here with the girlfriend and two kids (aged 7 and 9). The hotel was no frills, but was clean. The kids loved the pool area, though the water was a bit cold. The location is also decent, with a number of family restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to attractions.

Multi generational family stay which suited us all. Managed to have rooms close together. Resort spotless, Rooms adequate and good sized modern bathroom. Price amazing as last minute booking. Staff friendly and welcoming. Provided information requested. Oldies loved the hot spa and kids loved the pool and water play area. Great to come back to relax after a day wandering through the old town. Even had lifeguard on duty in pool area. Cheap eats close to resort. Numerous fast food outlets and reat... Read more

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the beautiful city of quebec. The rooms a regular and the people are very understanding. The pool inside the hotel is great for kids. They have a water kids area which is great and a jacuzzi also for adults. Very great place.

Stayed here for 2 of our three nights in Quebec City... Hotel is located near the Bai du Beauport Concert grounds which is why we booked here.. average hotel nothing to fancy but it did the job for what we needed. Pretty simple to get into Old Quebec from this location which was a nice surprise. I would stay here again as the rate and location was great. did have a chance to take advantage of the pool but had a look at it and it looked pretty good. Fitness facility was old and had several pieces... Read more

My room was on the 3rd floor facing the Saint Laurence river. Nice view but I found that at night time you can hear screaming and talking loud in the hallway and the walls are kind of thin since you can hear the next door occupants. I also had one problem which was that it does not have electric doors for handicap people or anyone really that has problems opening the doors. The restaurant downstairs on the main floor has a very good breakfast and the staff are very polite.

We arrived on Tuesday our room was ready and we we upgraded to a better room on the second floor that faced the pool. Gena salois checked us in very happy friendly young lady. Who you can tell enjoys her job! Every time we say her with customer or on the phone all smiles and bubbly. Our room was clean and had lots of towels. We went to the pool 2x and enjoyed that. Its a lot of fun for the kids. There were lots of places to eat close by. And it was easy to get to Quebec city from the hotel. Fo... Read more

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days. The room was a decent size, and included plenty of bedding. We liked the in-room fridge and availability of storage spaces. The room could have used more lighting. We loved that the pool area looked different (and more fun) than most hotel pools, but wish the pool would have been a little bigger and much warmer. The location was convenient to get in and out of the old city, as well as to get to things outside the city. The front desk staff was super.... Read more

We had a one night stay and picked this hotel specifically for the use of the pool and hot tub. Our 18 month old son loves the water. we were told we were not allowed to use the hot tub with our son. he could not even put his feet inside to warm up from the freezing pool water. no one under 18 years old is allowed in the hot tub even with an adult! ridiculous! this is not a 3 star hotel. it's a 2 at most. the bathroom needs to be caulked. the wallpaper was peeling. there was no bathroom fan. o... The Hotel is tired. Old outdated rooms. No comfortable chair(s)in the room. The old porcelain bathroom sink was chipped. The bathroom had mold. Did not have one good night sleep because the old air conditioning system sounded like a wind tunnel. The front staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, we were routinely contact the front. The coffee machine overflowed; after cleaning the room there were was no soap, no towels and no coffee. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

We chose this hotel due to its price and that it had a indoor pool. Upon arriving, the room given smelt bad. They upgraded us to another room quickly. Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean, the pool area was great for our 8 year old and it was an easy trip into Quebec Downtown for our tour.

We were so fortunate to be upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely delightful and really appreciated. The room has been renovated with the exception of a few pieces of furniture; ie, table & chairs. The walk-in shower was a super addition - we didn't try out the spa tub; however, it did look very inviting. The room was clean and well appointed; however, the windows were milky from leaks in between the panes of glass. The hotel is old and is showing its age. The staff were very pleasant and... Read more

We went to Quebec to bury my sister and needed a few rooms for the family. The hotel was clean and the staff polite. It was well located for us and there are several restaurants nearby and we sampled a few of them during our stay. We did find the hallways a bit humid from the pool area which you can view from the end of each hallway. The pool area itself with the horrible was awesome and we took advantage of it. The bar was almost empty on the Thursday night we arrived and you could only pa... Read more

I stayed there for just one night with tour. It was very clean with so big elevators. My room was twin but the beds was so big for one person. I think each of them could be a double. I didn't stay for breakfast beacause the tour was in rush.

It is a very short less than 10 minutes drive by car right into the center of Old Quebec from this hotel. Super convenient! We thought parking in the city was very easy and cheap (we are used to NYC!). The room was brand new renovated with wooden floors, which is great for people with allergies. The downside: if someone walks around their room next door with shoes on, it can be loud! The hallways were very smelly and not very nice, but ok. The pool area was nice but much smaller than the picture... Read more

A friend recommended this hotel for us. Given our budget, it provided reasonable accommodation. The room was clean, location convenient, beds reasonably comfortable. Nothing to make it stand out in a way that I would want to return here rather than scoping out other options in the area though.

This hotel looked amazing online, but the room was only satisfactory with clean. My husband slept in his clothes because he was a bit weirded out at the beds, which were old and uncomfortable. I had my own pillow thankfully, or I may not have used one. The pool was very very busy, not the hotel's fault. And there was a lifeguard (or someone from hotel) sitting at the pool area. Credits for that. But the pool was a by gross looking- cloudy and a bit green. I made my children shower after using it... Read more

This hotel is 5km from old Quebec and 5km from Montmorency Falls. Close to lots of restaurants. Lots of free parking. Pool area looked very nice. Rooms overlook the pool, but that is an upgrade. Our bathroom and beds were nice. Bathroom was mostly updated. The bathroom floor was old and not that nice. If stopping by Qubec this is a good place to stop. Only complaint was only one elevator was working, and slowly. Used the stairs a lot. They were in need of an upgrade or at least some p... Read more

I had a reservation, but it was a slow process checking in after having driven 568 miles. The clerk repeatedly apologized for the delay which I appreciated. Bed is hard, like sleeping on the floor hard. No refrigerator in the room and no continental breakfast. I am a motor coach driver and have stayed many places with much better beds and refrigerator and microwave in the room and continental breakfast for less money. I dislike sleeping in beds without fitted sheets. My bed is made with a ... Read more

This hotel was pretty good for the price. It was close to the old city and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice but was crowded and so I didn't make the effort to try it out. The only thing that was subpar was the beds. They were very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. Everyone woke up with sore backs. The rooms were also very crowded. We got a room with two queens and they were right beside each other with no room to move. Way too cramped.

Front desk is a BIG Mess, please do yourself a favor and higher professionals people to welcome guests and someone else to be in charge of the phone. This hotel is modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is well worth staying as the shuttle buses will pick you up and take you downtown for the tours. By staying away from the city the rates are much more reasonable. We did not have a reservation and were very fortunate to have found such a nice hotel with vacancy.
