I had to stay at this hotel because of repairs happening at my condo and Natalie was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions both before and after I arrived. When I checked in, I peeked at my room and could hear the tv and voices from the (adjoining) room next door. She was able to check availability and move me to a room at the end of the hall which was very nice and quiet (despite facing the highway). The room was clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was... Read more

The hotel was very nice and the room was lovely. But best of all was the staff. The receptionist got us checked in early as we had requested, helped us find a Swiss Chalet, and was so sweet every time we interacted with her. I'm so sorry I didn't check out her name, because she was wonderful. She made us feel valued and important. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed last night. Nice staff, plenty of parking. Hard to find a restaurant nearby everyone liked. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Will stay again. If you like an early morning walk, turn right as you leave the lobby and right again at the first street. Long, flat road going through blueberry fields toward the mountains.

Last minute stay. Front desk check in was friendly & quick. Quite helpful with directions to nearby event we attended. A pub located within the hotel, didn't hear a thing. Nice quiet location. Too bad we didn't arrive earlier, would have been nice to take a dip in the pool. Clean swimming pool, and pool deck.

On a positive note the renovations to this hotel are a definite improvement as is the complimentary Continental Breakfast each morning. The cleaning crew were great, the unsung heroes of this hotel. Now , Dear Management: your front desk spends more time watching the television directly across from the desk in the waiting area then they do making visitors experience pleasant. We were dropping the hire car back in downtown Vancouver early the next day so we wanted somewhere only about 30 minutes away. This place was perfect on the main highway plenty of free parking and with a pub/restaurant next door. The room was comfortable, good bed, good free WiFi, The hotel has a guest laundry, heated outdoor pool, hot tub. Included in the price was a substancial continental breakfast. Front desk was pleasant.

The area gives off a bad vibe and was hard to sleep. The bed wasnt clean at all dirty sheets something we check every time we stay some where. The place smelt old and musty. The tv kept cutting in and out. The shower had hardly any pressure and had a funny shower head on it. The place is very nosiey from traffic outside and it a very long way from any main attractions.

The one bedroom suites are useful if you wish for privacy but the living area only has a couch, TV console and work desk and is VERY dark - no window. As you enter the door, the living area is first, and then the bedroom with the window. Unit was comfortable. A standard room was as large, and more light and airy but without the privacy. Breakfast was okay.

As far as budget accomodation goes, this Ramada location is on the better end. Rooms are always clean and fairly modern for a large chain. Comfortable beds, the pool is nice and clean in the summer. Sometimes loud parties of kids on 3rd floor but only on a couple of occasions.

The lobby was decorated immaculately and the check-in staff were pleasant, efficient and courteous. However, it didn't take long to walk down the hall and realize it was an old hotel with thin walls and noisy traffic on floors above. During the entire stay I could hear the neighbouring room tenants' conversations through the ducting above our bathroom fan. We stayed at the Ramada for two nights for a no-kids getaway and booked a junior suite. While the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel seemed under-staffed as common areas were not receiving the attention they needed (dried spills on elevator floor for two days, un-wiped tables persisting in continental breakfast area). We were happy with our stay at this hotel Ô?? we requested early check in and the hotel was both friendly and accommodating to us! The beds were very comfortable and the linens were all crisp and clean. Overall I was very satisfied with our room

In this area, this is my number 1 selection for hotel. Friendly accommodating staff, with all the requirements. Very comfortable room.

Stayed 2x in a few days. Clean room fairly quiet. Breakfast was simple but good!! The pub next door was fast, friendly and really good!
