Rude caucasian front desk staff, hotel is too hot or too cold. The sports teams were loud toward the evening. No restaurant at the property, they do not even have dvd players in the rooms. trash can outside is always full, Its seems this place underpays many of its staff members and has them doing multiple jobs that are not in their job description for a low wage and under appreciates them.

By the time I arrived to Ottawa at that weekend most good location hotel near down town were taken. Had to compromise to book in a little bit further to Orlean. This hotel looks nice and fresh at the exterior, located next to the local police station. Upon the entering the front door entry interior notice it's a little worn. It must have seen some heavy use from the past. The front desk staff were fast to process me in for my room to second floor. Elevator were conveniently located across from t... Read more

We had stayed in this hotel when it first opened and it was nice for about two years then it declined a lot. No extra pillows in the entire hotel if needed and only one per person on a bed. The jaccuzzi had white algae slim in it and still they ran it after they were told. The rooms began to show age only after two and a half year opened. Holes in the walls, dirty grout in the bathrooms and the refrigerators were full of frost. The breakfast was poor in selection and often milk and yogurt left o... Read more

Hotel room was excellent. Very easy to find, the breakfast both mornings was excellent and served early enough so I could easily make my meetings both days. Very much appreciated. (Legion group). Found the room very nice, neat and clean. Staff were friendly and checking in and out was very easy. I would certainly stay there again.

When we arrived in the Ottawa area there were rooms available so we spent 2 night in Gatineau, Quebec at a Motel. It was OK, but we then wanted to be closer to friends which live in Orleans. I found the Quality Inn a very nice place to be for a couple of nights. The fronts desk lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, I can't say the same for the young lady checking us out.

My wife and I stayed here one night while visiting Ottawa. We selected this place because it is far enough away from downtown but still handy for visiting. Also good that they have accessible rooms. The walk from the parking to the accessible room is not far, which is good. The room is well appointed and everything worked well. Also, the staff were very friendly, although they failed to mention that breakfast was included in the price. The main downside was the laundry. First off, it is expensiv... Read more

upon entering the room I noticed that there were no bed skirts on the beds ... then when I went to put my pop in the mini fridge there was ice build up in the freezer ... looked at the ironing board the cover was stained very badly . I wouldn't use it for fear it transfers to my clothes... so after settling in I decided to take a bath went in to start the tub and the plug was broken .. the rubber mat for the tub was dirty looked like mild on it .I went to the front desk and told her what I fou... The room was very clean, the people friendly, the breakfast sumptuous, excellent climate control. Nice big TV. Negatives; a big disappointment that the bathroom night light didn't work. The bathtub could have used some non-slip decals or a Rubbermaid mat. And the dang fridge froze some carrots we put in it! They were still okay.

I have been doing reviews of hotels for many years. I am a top 2% Trip Advisor reviewer in the Kingston area. But this is the FIRST time I have given a Hotel a 1 star review. STAY AWAY. I say this simply to help you avoid the hassle I have been through. I understand that this is one of the few hotels on the East side of Ottawa. Regardless, stay away. Book in the city and drive out. It's worth it. There are many other options. The issue is If ANYTHING happens in this hotel that you might hav... Read more

Our stay at the quality inn was nice, the pool is very well maintained , breakfast is good and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly. Located close to the highway so easy access to get there. Close to the Orleans mall and stores.
