Second time here, would stay again! Misplaced my wallet upon check in. Gentleman at front desk helped me find it in the back seat of my truck. That is going above and beyond!! Room was excellent, big, clean, comfortable. Kudos, job well done. Special thanks should be given to the front desk guy that was on duty at 10 pm Friday May 13th! Great customer service.

We are stayed for 3 days, 2 adults and 1 kid. Big size of room, quite, beds are comfortable. Nice that they have pool and jacuzzi on a main floor. Everything new and kept clean. Good service at the front desk and and great management . Definitely will stay here next time and will recommend our friends.

This new hotel is a 5 min. drive from Edmonton International Airport just across the QE2. It is very new and up to date with good TV and Wi-Fi. The front desk service was very friendly. Had a room service sandwich and was good. There is not much to do in this industrial area, but 10 min. drive from south Edmonton so good value for business travel if you need to be in the area.

Quiet, Clean, Fresh, Pleasant. Not enough good things to say about the Four Points! I'll be back in the future. Couldn't be anymore conveniently located from Edmonton International. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to airport, highway and railway. Beautiful design. All around pleasant experience.

Very clean, beds were super comfortable. Gym had Dumbbells, yoga matts, and all kinds of cardio machines. Indoor pool and Hottub made this place that much better. Had a wicked burger & beer at the attached Rics grill. Excellent hotel if your wanting to stay close to the airport.

Spent a quick night on the way to Jasper. The hotel is minutes away from the airport, very convenient! The room was standard, quiet and clean. Using SPG points to redeem at this property was reasonable. Wifi was free here There is a railway nearby, so I can hear the noise here. Only bad part.

This is a very nice hotel, its on par with the many Hiltons of equivalent ratings. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is free, the staff are very helpful, the gym is basic with cardio machines, the pool is nice, the hot tub is hot and the restaurant has excellent food. The shuttle serves not only the International Airport but also the Executive Flight center for those of us working in the Oil Patch. I liked my stay here and I will be back in the future during my travels... Read more

The rooms were clean and reception service efficient however the restaurant was terrible. At breakfast we were told the coffee machine was broken, so we couldn't have coffee, the orange juicer was broken, so we couldn't have orange juice. The meals were not as described. We also had a disturbed night's sleep due to noise from other rooms.

Checked in was smooth. Staff was really friendly. Stayed in a 1 king suite , pillow soft bed and super big pillows. Room was big and clean. Only had a stand up shower but was nice with a rainfall head. I didnt eat at the restaurant because I didn't know there was one. But overall it was new, clean and right next to the airport. So was perfect for my 1 night stay. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very new and very clean. We were happy with the fresh breakfast. The waffles were hot and fresh. There was fresh fruit. Even glutton free bread. Everything was very fresh and tasty. I would stay here anytime.

The rooms where fairly new and not a bad size. We had two rooms one with two queen beds and one with a king and sofa ( which was also a sofa bed) so it was nice to have one room with a sofa that we could use as a meeting point for our group. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby of the hotel, but they were having problems with their billing system to have the charges sent to your room and required that we use debit or cash. I wanted my SPG point... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night before we returned home because it is very close to the airport. It is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The beds are so comfortable - I had the best sleep ever!!! The bedding and pillows are awesome and make you want to stay in bed forever!! Despite being close to the train tracks and airport, I didn't hear a thing. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

After reading the reviews about this hotel, we had great expectations for our one night getaway. While I appreciate a modern look, my first impression of the lobby was that it felt a bit utilitarian. It was modern but not sleek if that has any meaning to you. The front desk staff was friendly, and we were happy to hear that our room had been "upgraded" from an accessible king room to a traditional king room. We weren't sure what that meant but it sounded good! Anyways, maybe the accessible room ... Read more
