Good bed, great employees, needs better air conditionning, air conducts are almost clogged with dust, air doesn't circulate in bathroom which leads to some rust forming on some items. Comfortable but not outstanding. Could anyone explain the ghost switch in the room?

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany (Queen's Landing event coordinator) to plan our perfect wedding. We had a great experience planning our wedding, and Tiffany's professionalism and organization made us feel comfortable leaving the most important day of our lives in her hands. We could not be happier with the excellent service and friendly disposition of all the hotel staff during our event and would not have changed a thing. Everybody's high ratings of this place is absolutely mind-boggling. We paid an astronomical price for what I thought was going to be a very comfortable stay. The staff are nice enough, but the place is run-down, the walls are dirty, and the room looked just like a cheap chain (think Best Western or Comfort Inn). Decor is way, way out of date, the room was dark, dingy, damp, the air doesn't circulate, the bathroom was miniscule, and the walls are paper thin. We ordered drinks from room service; i... Read more

The room was gorgeous in every way. We called a couple of times for directions and the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We had room service breakfast which was good as we were in a hurry. They brought a fresh rose to the room each day. A lovely touch of luxury. This hotel was booked for us by our tour company, it was a lovely location and experience. Mostly very courteous and helpful staff (one egregious exception)' but our room had dated decor, was gloomy and had no side table or reading light on one side of the bed. Also, phone didn't work, and the Keurig machine made disgusting tea, which we had to get from the front desk (no phone). When we entered the room we were greeted by the sight of a portable air conditioner at the window, the installed one presumably being inoperative. On returning after dinner the room was stifling, the failed H... Read more

My boyfriend and I stayed at Queen's Landing last week. It was highly recommended to us along with their sister hotel as a potential wedding venue. What a disappointment. The pool was closed (not that this prevented them from charging their resort fee). Besides the pool, I'm not sure there are any other resort amenities. We stayed in this lovely resort in August as a last minute summer getaway and couldn't have been more pleased. The room was fantastic, clean, the staff friendly and committed to us getting the most out of our stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of a lovely park, downtown restaurants and shopping and Lake Ontario. It wasn't until the last evening that we enjoyed a drink in the Bacchus lounge and we regret that we just didn't have enough time to enjoy the spectacular patio ... Read more

My second visit to Queen's Landing was even better than the first, over 20 years ago. It is so nice to see that the property has been kept up and the rooms have been updated. Our September getaway to bike along the Niagara Parkway provided perfect weather and we couldn't have asked for a better reception. Great for couples as does not attract children and was quiet and attracted a high quality of guests. Only 7 minutes?? walk from the restaurants of Niagara. A great place to eat was the Olde Angel Inn for great high quality pub food, large portions and reasonable prices.

Spent two nights at Queen's Landing in mid September. The room smelled like a locker room. The manager brought up a team to "freshen it up," so the customer service was good, however the room still smelled like a locker room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and must have been updated recently, the room was very spacious, the hotel location is excellent, but the odor will certainly sway me from choosing this hotel in future trips to the area.
