The lobby and facilities are decorated nicely. The rooms could use a bit of an update, especially for the price paid. The pillows were not comfortable, even when we called and asked for a different selection. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is very conveniently located. Only a ten minute walk down to the main strip of NOTL. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to drop off/pick up which we used. The hotel is right by the water with a pleasant view. We would stay here again for con... Read more

My husband and I came for a weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. It was absolutely perfect! The room we stayed in had a king size bed and small gas fireplace. The staff pays attention to every detail including a rose on your pillow each day. The pool area was gorgeous and the fitness centre was well equipped for a hotel. The lounge had delicious and reasonably priced drinks with excellent bar tenders. The hotel restaurant is quite pricey, but we had an excellent meal with impeccable service. ... Read more

We held our Christmas party at the Queen's Landing on December 10th with our staff staying overnight. We had a total of 96 people. From Angie who was involved in the organizing and setup to Josh in the dining room and all the other staff who made our event a success. In addition the the Queen's Landing looked especially beautiful as it was decorated for Christmas. All in all a great event in a great setting.

We had an excellent retreat to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Queen's Landing provided over the top service to our group. From the lovely and personable, Dasha at front desk catering to all our requests for extra pillows and robes, to the wonderful Conference Service Manager, Angie Burnett and Tourism Sales Manager, Emily Dietrich who were both fully knowledgeable and always happy to assist our group. We even took advantage of the excellent shuttle service who were always happy to shuttle us back and ... Read more

We took advantage of the incredibly low priced Canada 150 rate and spent three nights here relaxing and being pampered. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are wonderful. Our breakfast waiter, Gerry made us feel so welcome and looked after us perfectly. We had room 264 which has a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The room needs a standing lamp in the corner so the anyone wanting to read in the corner chair can do so. The bathroom has no heater and took all day to warm up. The room was ver... Read more

Great weekend getaway for couple's. Great ambience and close enough to town to walk if so inclined. Room has an electric fireplace for ambience. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Very nice swimming pool, hot-tub and sauna. Restaurant overlooks water. Excellent food and wine but a little too pricey.

We took advantage of an off-season low price stay. The check-in and warm welcome was great. Shuttle service to the main section was also a plus. We arrived at our room. It was nice with a look at the water and a fireplace, but when I went to hang up my coat, the doorknob on the closet almost came off in my hands. Tightening the screws made it so I didn't have to worry. The whirlpool tub and separate shower were very nice, although someone had removed the top covers from the faucet in the tub.... Read more

I have booked our corporate Christmas party at the Vintage Hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake sereral times over the last 10 years, and have never been disappointed. The staff is top notch, the service is outstanding, and the venues are beautiful and grand! Last weekend, we celebrated at the Queen's Landing, and Angie Burnett and Emily Dietrich were very helpful and ensured our event was a success.

The food presented to our troupe, courtesy of Executive Chef Marc Lyons, of The Queens's Landing, was simply artistry on a plate. Paired with 4 different wines from Stratus = Perfection !!! The decor and setting at Stratus Winery was sublime !!! ???????

Stayed for 3 nights this past weekend as a couples get a way for my boyfriend's birthday. The hotel itself is lovely and was very tastefully decorated for the holidays including many lovely purple roses. We stayed on a dining package that was to include a $50 dining credit each night. It wasn't until we got there that we learned that the credit wasn't good in the lounges of the 3 sister resorts, only the dining room, only for dinner, and must include full entrees. Not only did this limit us to ... Read more
