Newly renovated, the Christienne Fallsview Spa is located on the 14th floor of the Sheraton and features a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The Spa is the only spa in the World with treatment areas that overlook the Falls. The Spa is the exclusive home in Niagara to the GUINOT Skincare line of products, and offers a hydrotherapy infinity tub (one of only six in Canada).
The full service Spa offers a range of body treatments and services including wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures, and massage. Treatment rooms for couples are available. Advanced reservations are required.

The Sheraton is located in the center of the 20 acre Falls Avenue Resort Entertainment Complex which is home to hotels, attractions, restaurants and shopping, adjacent to the Clifton Hill tourist district. The Sheraton on the Falls is connected via indoor walkway to one of Niagara's most popular attractions - the 3 acre Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The Waterpark features waterfun for all ages thanks to 16 of the fastest slides in Niagara, a giant wave pool, the Beach House Rain Fortress with 1000 gallon tipping bucket, tiny-tot splash park, adult only jetted hot-tubs, Planet Hollywood Beach Club and more. The hotel also offers indoor access to the adjacent Casino Niagara complex, Adventure City Arcade which offers rides and more than 150 arcade games, Rainforest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe and more.
The tourist district also offers convenient access to the Niagara Parkway. Large parks, bike-friendly paths, hiking trails, picnic venues and golf courses are in close proximity to the hotel.
