I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a good experience. Which is why I decided to use this same one this time around. We paid the extra 20-30 dollars to be in the king tower suites. We were on the falls side on the 48th floor almost near the top. Not only was it the most AMAZING view ever, the room was more than spacious. The front desk staff are very friendly and polite. We did request some wine glasses to our room which took a bit longer than expected but that is no bother to me. Reco... Read more

We were very disappointed in the Hilton specifically from a value for your money perspective. This Hilton seemed more interested in how much money they could shake out of you rather than providing a quality stay. Our 2 bedroom suite was mediocre at best. We stayed two nights and no additional soap, shampoo, etc... were added for the second night. The room decor was no better than a 3-star hotel. With the sofa pull out there was no "living room" per se. The view from our 19th floor was spectacula... Read more

The room was large but we expected this as we had paid for a king room with a whirlpool bath. The first room we had was outdated which had a partition between the toilet and the bedroom. It didn't close properly meaning we would have to watch each other on the toilet. The room wasn't cleaned properly and had urine left around the toilet. The staff changed the room for us and the second room had a better view and was slightly more modern. The staff were great but if i'm honest it's probably the w... Read more

We always stayed in Hilton when visited Niagara Falls. While I like the hotel in general, this trip we found few problems. First there was a mini fridge but there were no water to drink. I asked for bottled water and was provided to me free of charge which was very good. The internet connection was pretty bad. We were at the 15th floor in the middle tower and the connection was not good. We were loosing connection all the time. Also amenities such as soaps and shampoos were not enough for... Read more

Quick and efficient check in ( although the receptionist forgot to give us vouchers for the breakfast included in our purchased rate) Clean and spacious rooms. Complimentary Wifi. Close to attractions and the falls. Starbucks on site. Nice staff. There was almost no hot water ( at least in our room ) !!! Breakfast was good, not impressive though!!

Where do I start? The check-in was the worst experience as I kept getting the run around about my room availability. Next the view was nice but not what I expected from the main picture on their site... a little deceptive. The room needed some repairs as it looked neglected. I would not pay the money to stay here and expect more from a Hilton. Save yourself the hassle and stay down the street with an unobstructed view of the falls.

We stayed in double queen suite fallsview room 2951. The view was amazing from the room and the window over the sink/ fridge area. The room size was very large and the rooms were quite. Well worth the money spent. Fireworks show from the room was great especially since it was raining. Like others have said, the slide at the pool was not open as advertised in the room and we even went back at the time it said on the door and it still wasn't open even through the were 3 life guards for a tiny p... Very nice hotel that was very clean. The staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze. We ended up with a suite for our family of 6. The room was spacious and included a separate bedroom and another bedroom with a fold out couch. Both rooms had their own tvs and the large restroom was between both of the bedrooms. It worked great for our family. It also had a jacuzzi tub and a fake fireplace that was a nice touch but no microwave. The only problem that I had was that the Horseshoe Falls was... Read more

Cost Vs Experience - do not worth it. Very costly. same experience is available in less half cost in Niagara Falls. When you are paying approximately 22-24% of tax instead of actual tax rate @13% with high rates of room. Pillow quality was not good at all.

Niagara falls was wonderful, the hotel wonderful, the food excellent. The only bad thing is the parking fee they charged is was outrageous 30 cad a night for 3 nights was $90 cad. Outrageous you rent a car to get to the hotel which you are paying over 130 dollars a night then you have to pay to park there

Overall, the stay was average. I was expecting more being a Hilton, and all, but there were updates and work needed. The jacuzzi tub was old and didn't work, and the bathroom was pretty dingy. The restaurant where we had breakfast had decent food and great service! Was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. Worth overlooking the upgrades needed.

There are lots of hotels in Niagara Falls. This is a nice one. A block away from the hustle and bustle means a little extra walking. It is pricey so get a room with a view to make it worthwhile. The Starbucks inside is really convenient. There is also a parking premium.

We stayed in a full fallsview room at the Hilton and were 100% pleased. We could see the falls day/night...in color and with fireworks...all from our room. It was what our trip to Niagara Falls was all about. On top of the fabulous view, we had the breakfast package. Don't miss the breakfast! It was delicious with so many options. Our waiter was outstanding. He made us feel special and cared for every minute.

I booked the Cityview which was upgraded to Fallsview upon arrival so the family and I ended up watching the fireworks from our room which was wonderful. The suite layout is really well designed that the living room is separated from the bedroom by the bathroom so that after the kids go to sleep, the adults can relax in the living room. It is an easy 5 minute to the Skylon Tower, 10 minute walk to the dock for the boat tour and also 10 minute walk to the tram (Funiculars) that goes down to the... Read more

We stayed on the 9th floor and had a nice view of the American Falls. Our room was small but the beds were very comfy. The small bar area with fridge was very convenient. The pool area was disappointing - claustrophobic and almost dingy. The restaurants were very expensive and the food was very average. The breakfast bar exceptionally so. The Italian restaurant was mediocre at best. The pasta was bland. No salad or bread. A good place to stay but eat elsewhere!

To be fair we arrived early, and we wee allocated a room on arrive, which was great, however the toilet did not work and needed to be repaired. The photos suggest it is right next to the Falls; it's not there is another resorting front of it. Stayed in a 2 bedroom falls view suite on 46th floor. Room was clean and quiet. View of horseshoe and American falls was amazing. We watched the fireworks from our room. Kids loved the water slide in the pool. Next time I will skip the breakfast buffet because it was very crowded. We were seated very far away from the buffet, so it was too hard to get food for myself and young kids. Hotel is close enough to walk to falls and many attractions. I will stay here next time.

If staying at this hotel, you need to upgrade to a guaranteed falls view ?? otherwise you are paying for location only. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but given the size of the hotel, the lobby, hallways, and elevators are always crowded with people either checking in or checking out. The in room features are great and at night the lights on the falls can be enjoyed from a chair overlooking it all. The location is great, steps from the casino and other nightlife. With the right rooms you can get an incredible view of the Falls. As a Hilton Gold I apparently got an upgrade, but it certainly did not do much for us. The room was large, but obviously in need of a refresh at least and possibly even a refurbishment. For example, the floor lamp was crooked and there were cracks in the bathroom tile.

This hotel was great at taking the tax off bills in the past. Yet recently they decided to make it a mandatory fee. Although the hotel's restaurants will remove it at request expect the front desk to be like getting blood from a turnip. Otherwise the hotel and rooms are spectacular. The service isn't too bad. Although I feel I will begin to stay on the American side from now on.

The photo used to show the hotel is deceptive. It is not THAT close to the falls. The photo would have you believe that the Hilton is right on top of Horseshoe Falls. The reality is you can see the falls from your room, but in between there is a large casino property. The hotel offers a nice view of New York Falls and a cut off view of Horseshoe Falls. Stayed one night to attend a concert with my senior mother at Fallsview Casino. The location and indoor walkway to the casino is great. But the state of the room itself was much below what I typically see at a Hilton. Mattresses were clearly due for replacement, towels had thin patches and in one case a hole, and there was a big hairball on the tray where the ice-bucket is kept. For the brand and price, I was a bit underwhelmed. Note that this is a very busy hotel - if your group prefers so... Read more

I was extremely dissatisfied on having to pay a tourism fee where by other establishments it was a voluntary fee. After researching this fee and finding it a ruse, I was outraged. I was also outraged on paying an eco fee for taking out the trash, as told by the front desk. These fees were not on my confirmation statement when I booked. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew of these hidden fees.

Fantastic view from our room and overall great stay. I was using Hilton points for this stay so we chose a suite on the upper levels - that clearly helped with the view. My group liked the breakfast buffet. The pool was overly crowded so we did not use it. Easy walking to area restaurants and attractions, but be aware it is very hilly so those with trouble walking may have issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

First time to Niagara Falls and the Hilton was a perfect place to stay. It is an easy walk to the Falls from the hotel so we could go as often as we wanted. We walked over the Rainbow Bridge to the American side and found it to be manageable (about 2 miles but all paved and easy). I would recommend this walk as the view over the bridge is fantastic. My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel in Niagara Falls while attending a concert. We have stayed at Hilton's prior to this and this is a typical Hilton Hotel. Everything costs and usually a fair bit. We do not need much for breakfast but they offer a buffet when a muffin, juice and coffee would suffice which is normally available at other hotels and included in the costs. The hotel was very clean and in good repair but we were only there to sleep and then leave and felt the costs were high... Read more

We stayed here for 2 nights in June for a family vacation. We had a 2 room suite on floor 38. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the falls. It was also very convenient to the falls. Everyone was very friendly and the entire hotel was very clean. The pool slide was shut down while we were there. That made us very upset as that was the deal breaker between this hotel and another. I stayed one night in this hotel at the end of September and I had a brilliant time. The hotel is top class and the way all hotels should be. We each had a suite and in between there was a bathroom with walk in shower and wet room. The service was fabulous and second to none. This was without a doubt the best and nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, it was just a pity I was only staying for one night.

The location is superb, in walking distance to The Falls, shopping mall and Clifton Hills. We opted for indoor self-parking $30 a night. We had no problem finding a parking space, this option was much faster than valet service. As Honor's members we paid no fee for internet, I personally think this should be free for everyone. Ok, so the rooms are good. We left early morning and spent all day out just to come back to the room and find our door open. It's a sick feeling. I called the front desk right away which didn't seemed very concerned and offered me to speak with a supervisor. We didn't have anything go missing but the fact they were concerned at all means they probably don't care do fix the problem or even told anyone. Probably last time at this place in Niagara.

First let me start by saying that the name of the hotel is a little misleading, as you cannot actually see the falls from the hotel rooms...... The hotel is not bad, it's a mixed bag: Good: Comfy beds Good sized rooms Good bathroom and shower Spas in most rooms Close to Casino Short walk to falls Friendly staff Bad: Walls are thin and can be noisy Room service is limited and expensive Overall this is a good hotel to spend a few days and I'd probably return.
