What a beautiful view of the Falls from this hotel!!! I enjoyed strolling along the river walk area behind the hotel. Please use the valet parking service for your convenience. The hotel furnished local restaurant discount coupons when we checked in and were greatly appreciated. Happy hour was a nice touch for hotel patrons....however, breakfast could use a tremendous upgrade. The buffet food was quite bland and tasteless and the omelet line was much too long but better than the buffet. I hav... Read more

Beautiful view, ok food but bad service and restaurant needs an update. This was the long weekend so it was very busy there. We made reservations and when we got there they told us it would be an hour wait still?! I could go down the Seinfeld path and ask why they take reservations but didn't. We were told there was a bar area and we could go up there but then our buzzer wouldn't work there. We went up there and put our name on another list and got into the restaurant within 20 minutes. This was our first time to Niagara Falls. Our suite was on the 16th floor with views of both falls! BEAUTIFUL! The Jacuzzi tub was used nightly and was wonderful after all the walking we did. The room had 3 sinks so someone could still brush their teeth, or shower and use the toilet while bathing. I suggest Valet parking vs. off site parking, just because I am weird like that. Breakfast was great, reception served drinks and snacks, The tax is a little crazy but that's not the hotel's fault.... Read more

Very spacious suite and this hotel offers excellent views of the Niagara Falls (NF). Even when soaking in the bathtub, we could also feel God's majestic creation through admiring at the Niagara Falls. Really enjoyed our stay here seeing the different beauty of Niagara Falls at dawn, during the day, when the sun is setting and even at night. Don't forget to book your romantic dinner at the restaurant with an awesome night view of the NF, especially when there is fireworks at NF. Our suite is ... Read more

This is a busy, upscale hotel. Hotel was being renovated, but wasn't an issue during our 2 night stay. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a fantastic view of Horseshoe Falls. Comfortable bed, BIG jetted tub and separate shower. Parking was a bit spendy at $35 for valet service, but we could have gone to the casino a couple of doors down and parked for $5. They also have a self-service $25 option, but apparently that's an open lot 2 blocks away - at least that's what they ... Read more

I ended up booking a room on the 42nd floor. It was amazing!! The kids loved the view! However, I felt a little sea sick being so high up (but that's me). Excellent check in process, the room was immaculate and quite large. Valet parking is $35 per night but worth it. The valet staff was excellent as well. The kids LOVED the pool and the huge hot tub! Very spacious. They spent most of their time there. Breakfast was another plus. What's nice is that the hotel staff gives you a card st... Read more

Felt the hotel was a little dated for a 4-star. We had a two room suite, and had temp issues where one room was much hotter than the other. Elevator wait time is ridiculous sometimes 10 15 min. Granted we were on the 37 th floor. Stayed for two nights and had valet parking, but were charged for 4 days. So watch the bill. our primary reasonsfor staying was location and falls view (wego has drop off right in front of this hotel) plus breakfast was a great money saver with a party of 8.

Easy access to The Falls Welcome Center. Excellent restaurant (The Keg) on the 9th floor overlooking the falls. Complimentary breakfast is a bonus with lots of options to choose from. Rooms are spacious. Spa bath tubs have a view of the falls. Staff is extremely friendly. Only complaint is the elevator wait times especially if you pay to stay on the higher floors. Expect up to 8 min wait for the elevator during peak times (like check out) and try to get to breakfast early.

We have booked a room, for one night, fully expecting a room with a magnificent view of Niagara Falls - as advertised in their website. Our expectations were dashed when we checked in today -in reality, there are 2 types of rooms with views : a Premium View and a Canada Falls View. We payed for a Canada Falls View thinking that we would have an unobstructed view of falls but in reality we had to contend with a window view of 2 other hotels (with the falls view at the extreme left side)! Stayed here for 4 days on a groupon deal and realized it is the best hotel compared to the others in the area. Best view, great central location and good food. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite on the 35th floor and the experience was breathtaking. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping crew did a great job. The general hotel staff were attentive and caring. No need to rent a car as virtually everything was within walking distance or a short cab ride away. Full course ... Read more

The staff is great! Always a smile on their faces and willing to help you in any way. Rooms wear clean and big. The view was great! We were on the 15th floor and I think that was a perfect floor. Everyone seems to complain about the breakfast. It was busy but the staff does their best to keep things organized and moving. Keep in mind that the hotel is offering free breakfast to 500 guest rooms! Just be patient and you will enjoy.

If you are coming to see the falls, this hotel provides excellent views of the falls in a great location. We sat in our spacious rooms; our room had a living room and a separate bed room with king size bed and watched the illumination of the falls and the fireworks without leaving our room. The breakfast was excellent with their made to cook omelets which is a great way to start the day.

Our room on the 29th floor had a beautiful view of both falls! The front desk was attentive, the concierge service was good, and the staff members (Robert? and Matthew in particular) were friendly. The breakfasts were great and not as frantic as I heard they would be. The hotel has ample food and snack sites, and the surrounding area is full of restaurants. Service and the hotel in general is fantastic. From the minute we walked in to the minute we checked out we loved everything about it. We had a room on the 23rd floor with an absolute stunning view of the falls. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the skylon restaurant and the casino, and short 5 minute walk to the horseshoe falls. Can't say enough great things about it.

Wifi In room- You need a HHonours account and even then, only 3 devices per room. Once it is set up, it generally works well on the 41st floor. Wifi in lobby- Fine, quite fast. Great view from our room, and we were right across from the Falls. When researching where to stay, this hotel was a little less expensive than others, and their parking was cheaper as well. If you are in a rush, valet parking might be worth it - it costs ten dollars more a day. The other parking option takes you to your car via a free shuttle. We never waited more than fifteen minutes for a shuttle and the ride was probably five minutes. You bring your vehicle right back to the hotel, so yo... Read more

Yes, it is expensive, but we felt it was worth it to get a view of the falls right from the hotel room! The rooms are very spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Lots of options including made to order omelets and lots of hot items (not sure why another reviewer said no hot items were on the breakfast buffet?). Best thing about this hotel is the view from the 31rst floor. For that view you will have to accept lumpy pillows, scratchy sheets and high room price. Would I do it again? I don't think so. Beds are just not comfortable enough. Terrible feeling to feel that bugs are crawling on my skin. This hotel also does not honor Silver Hilton Honors Award members but fails to mention that until you inquire about the usual perks. So next time, no Hilton in Niagara Falls for us.

Upgraded to a king, jacuzzi suite on the 42nd floor. Room as large and clean. My husband loved having a second room where he could read while I watched TV. Free welcome drinks 1 each), free breakfast buffet with made to order omelet or eggs. Service in all areas was good. Paid valet parking but can go in and out as often as you want. It is busy at this hotel in July, but for the most part the crowds are handled very well. The staff is friendly and the view in the rooms are fantastic. Our room overlooked the Canadian Falls and the Niagara River. This place is pricey, but the location and the service helps offset the high cost. The pool area is great for the kids.

1, Five minutes after check-in and the stay has already been ruined. Room wasn't accurate as shown on hotel map (shown as a non-connecting room but not). We got a double fall view , room was nice no real complaints there but the problems are the wait for the elevators , breakfast getting lifted up exact at 10am with not even a minute to spare and poor hospitality at the front desk. We upgraded to a suite on the corner and the view was spectacular, right over both falls. However, the lifts are ridiculously slow, and the breakfast is poorly managed for so many people. If there is ever an off peak at Niagara, this is a great place to stay, but at this time the hotel can't handle the crowds.

A huge hotel which works like a machine. You get what you pay for, the higher the floor the better the view. Note that floor 10 is only two floors above lobby. When we got there they were refurbishing the room next to ours, we complained about noise and dust and got a much better room higher up. Good and surprisingly quick service at reception, very helpful staff. Tip: Get to the breakfast buffet when they open! It fills up quickly with queues and all the tables with view taken.

We chose this Hotel because we felt it would offer the best view of Niagara Falls. On that account, we were not disappointed. But, from the start, our service was less than helpful. Our first contact was with a car valet who informed us that the on site parking was full but that our car would be taken to a secure off site lot. It made me feel that we were second rate and that there was a problem with security. Next, although there were plenty of Bell Attendants around, not one offer of ser... Read more

Nothing like having a room in the 30+ floor looking over both american and canadian falls! The room being as expensive as it was lacked a few essential things: 1) Window's could have been cleaner for a better experience 2) Interiors seemed a bit old and outdated 3) Internet is not free?! 4) Valet parking took 30 mins to bring my car back after checkout!

We did buy one though and really enjoyed the experience. We will be back.

this is the one hotel that has the worst customer service. staff is rude and unaccommodating . tried to change my reservation and even though the room was available staff demanded i pay 100 dollars extra for the change in reservation. this was 12 h rs after i booked the room in the first place. the front desk manager was rude and couldnt even remember my name when i spoke with her i had to tel her 6 times. be prepared to deal with rude people. the money they make charging extra should go to hi... My wife and I stay here and loved it, I would recommend this property to anyone. The rooms are big and the views are amazing. Great water pressure in the shower and the whirlpool tub is big enough for two. Just looking out the window was so peaceful. We will most definitely be back. We are new to travelling and have stayed in many places, I would would rank this property one of the best. Thanks for a great weekend Embassy!!

Tourism Improvement Fee is NOT mandatory however this hotel forces you to pay it. We asked, 3 separate times, 3 different staff (including Manager Chantelle) to remove this fee from our bill. Everyone declined, stating that we agreed to pay this NON MANDATORY tax by booking with them. No where in my reservation statement (made online) is there a mention of TIF. We will be taking this up with the Ministry and filing a complaint. This is a new level of bullying and everyone should be aware of it. ... Read more

An amazing location with beautiful views. Hotel staff are some of the most attentive I've experienced in many years of travelling. Any needs were taken care of in minutes. The room was amazing with the best view of the falls.

We stayed in this hotel multiple times. Nice 2 room suites, enough room for the whole family. Great view. Be ready to pay a high price, as a bonus sales tax and tourism improvement fee for desert. Make sure you check invoice, they tried to charge us for parking, when we did not park there.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Embassy Suites during our first trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel is clean and modern. Definitely spend a little extra and get a room with a view of the falls. The view is simply spectacular, and honestly that is the point of visiting the area. Upon check-in you are given a couple pages of coupons. They give you four free drink coupons that are good during certain times of the day. Since everyone gets the coupons expect there to be long lines. One night a bar... Read more

My room was located in the 20th floor and the view was something out of this world! I could see both Falls Canada's and New York's. I always like the Embassy Suites concept because of the amenities of the room and the great breakfast. But this hotel have a wonderful location, just in front of the Niagara Falls. When we arrived, I sat in my room and enjoyed the view... just amazing! In terms of the hotel facilities is not outstanding, is Ok. But the view... God is the main reason to book your ro... Read more

Falls view was great. The breakfast was not a long line at all. A little busy with valet, 40 minute wait for our car but staff was really nice and room was clean. Lots of fresh towels. Long walk to Clifton hill.

Located right across from the Falls, Embassy suites offers stunning views right from your hotel room. I have been to Niagara Falls many times over the years living only 2 hours away and Embassy Suites Hotel tops my list as the favorite place to stay. They offer fantastic packages for couples and families. My favorite is the included breakfast! They have a hot breakfast buffet included in the accommodation and its delish! The suites are large and clean and spacious. I have stayed in the family ... Read more

We stayed in the hotel last weekend. Hotel is nice. Location rooms are great. Love the view from falls view room and the jacuzzi is very good. The hotel's service is not the what you expect from Embassy suites. The staff is always doing the bare minimum. They try to charge for everything now. We used the $35 valet parking but other hotels around there have the same parking for $25. There offsite $25 parking is rip off. You will be going back to get your car. They charged $20 for a 12 minutes ph... Read more

WE had a falls view room with King bed .Upon first entry of the room it was nice spacious but right beside the elevators ,but in the end was not that big of a deal .We were booked for two nights .We started to put our things away and upon a better look at the room we noticed that the toilet was covered in you know what .I went straight down to the desk and asked to be moved but they were booked up ,so they said they would send someone to clean it for us ,which they did .The house keeping was ra... Took 1/2 hour to get into the driveway of the hotel for valet service & took 45 minutes to get our car the next morning. Our room had a bad odour that seemed to be coming from the bathroom vents. This hotel definitely did not live up to our expectations.

The reason for booking the Embassy Suites was its location, within walking distance to the Seneca Casino at Niagara Falls. It was also a good location to see the major attractions of the city. The hotel was great, the service was excellent the room was beautiful and Breakfast was very good too. I was impressed by the huge collection of yogurts and fruits. It's a great hotel in a great location.

I brought my three children to visit for a few days in Niagara Falls and I've stayed in Embassy Suites before and enjoyed my stay so I wanted to do the same for this trip. The parking here is a bit stressful as there isn't a lot of space, but the valets were very helpful. I chose to have my van parked at the off site lot and be shuttled there when we wanted to use a vehicle (it was less expensive than the option of having the valet bring you your vehicle, plus why wait outside for them to brin... This hotel is in a wonderful location at Niagara Falls, and is a great price for the suite that you get. After a long day of driving and a long wait at the border crossing we finally arrived at the hotel. The room we requested through the Hilton Honors program was "not cleaned", so the hotel chose a new room for us. That was fine; just surprised that Hilton sends you an email to do this and then defers on it when you arrive. The deal we received for the room with many coupons was a good one. ... Read more

We loved the location closer to the Canadian side of the falls with a very close walk to view both the Canadian and US falls. The lobby was modern and clean, the valet service quick and friendly. Our room was 4017 which was a fallsview but mostly of the Canadian side. Next time I would ask for a suite further up the hall as our friends had room 2903 and a perfect view of both falls!!

Nice hotel. Very small room and bath. Breakfast is quite crowded. Complimentary drinks are below bottom shelf. Not a very good deal on the "free' dinner. When you add in parking, the outrageous taxes and the unexpected costs at dinner, it really isn't much of a deal.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November. The hotel itself it very nice, though there was some unfortunate aspects to the stay. First of the wait time for elevators can be lengthy. You may need to phone down to request one be sent to you floor as was the case with us, some people actually took the stairs, (we were on the 40th floor). The pool was closed as well for renovations which was a bit of a bummer. The valet was a bit pricey as well and upon checkout takes roughly 30 minutes. The rooms were ... Read more

The views from this hotel are spectacular. Be sure to book a Fallsview room but if offered an upgrade to the Presidential Suite at check-in I can't recommend it enough! STUNNING views of the falls, massage chair in front of the panoramic window and more space than a one-bedroom apartment. Check-in is very chaotic as the hotel has a lot of traffic but the staff were friendly and efficient. The free drinks/appetizer hour is very crowded so I would not make it a priority.
