I stayed one night at the Inn at the Quay and it was a phenomenal hotel. I like that all the rooms have waterfront views even 401. The Room: The room is actually really thoughtfully designed. As far as hotel rooms goes, this is one of the bigger ones with two double bed and an oversized working desk (good for me and much appreciated). They also have Mighty Leaf tea as well as a patio outside overlooking the New Westminister market. Fast Wifi too. They have a business centre and fitness centre ... Read more

The staff are very courteous and helpful. Your right on the Fraser River. My room had a view. You can check out the Market Place next door which offers various shops and a food court. If you want the Paddlewheeler Pub has a decent selection of craft beer and the food is great. A real nice place to stay in the heart of the city and so many other things to do, most within walking distance.

Located on the Quayside, you are within walking distance of the Quayside amenities, walks along the Boardwalk, trips on the Paddlesteamer, and access to some super restaurants and eateries in the River Market Hall. The hotel staff are all friendly and keen to assist, housekeeping provided daily, wifi access, comfy beds and quiet rooms. Had a comfy 3 night stay in the hotel, it was clean , quite, and comfortable. The views from the balcony are good and the river traffic is busy and ever changing. Good food at the adjoining restaurant and many other places close by. Would recommend for a weekend away business travelers or as an alternative to downtown Vancouver.

With or without a balcony, this hotel has a fabulous view of the Fraser River: watercraft, nearby pubs, restaurants and Boardwalk activities. When I travel beds are a huge priority for me and these were luxurious, cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend the pub adjacent to the hotel. The food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. If you want to be in New Westminster, and only New Westminster, this is the hotel for you-also the only hotel on the Quay.

I have stayed here two other times and one thing remains. The rooms are ok, clean and basic, nothing fancy. The location is good as it is very close to the main area of New Westminster. The hotel is simple and easy to get around with ample paid parking. The rooms are ok , simple and clean and could use some updating to be on the same page as most other major hotels. The price is a little steep at $250 a night in my own opinion. The wifi was touch and good but what can you do. I give this hotel a... Read more

I recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. I found the room to be comfortable, and with a lovely view of the river. The room was clean, and well maintained by Housekeeping. The bed was exceptionally comfortable - I think more so than at any hotel I've stayed at recently. I found my room location to be very quiet, despite Sky Train being fairly close to the hotel site. I was very satisfied, and would return to stay.

For those of us who don't get to live on a river, staying at this hotel was the next best thing. A beautiful river-scape to take in daily, along with the boardwalk next to hotel, you just couldn't be closer to the water. Very non-hurried, friendly hotel staff, nice welcome note in my room, clean surroundings, and very, very quiet. A quick walk across the tracks via pedestrian overpass brings you to the Anvil Center and Sky Train. This is one hotel I will definitely return to.

This is the place we always stay when we return to New Westminster for reunions with family and friends because its ideal location provides three bonuses. First, every room has a river view and a little balcony with two chairs and a small table. I am not sure how long New Westminster is trying to be new but it has a long way to go. I will write the positives first. The hotel room was nice and the beds comfortable. The staff at the desk were personable and very friendly and informative. The train terminal was right across the street and convenient. Noisy location. On the north side of the hotel you are subjected to a noisy pub across the way. Make sure to request a southern facing room as far away as possible from the pub. Unfortunately, freight trains tend to idle in front of the hotel purging their air brakes endlessly. For these reasons had a lousy sleep. Rooms a bit dated but okay. Bed, linen and pillows were extremely comfortable. Too bad I couldn't get a good sleep due to exterior noise.

The room was amazing! It had a waterfront balcony looking out to the river, beautiful view. This hotel is right across the street from the train station (as advertised on their website), however, it is not a simple or straightforward walk to get there. You have to walk over an overpass (many stairs) and either through the marketplace (if it's still open) or around and behind the pier. It was quite a trek, especially when bringing luggage.
