I recently spent a night of business travel at the Sheraton Le Centre, which was if nothing else, somewhat underwhelming. The initial intake presence is impressive and the location is top notch as well, but the room itself left something to be desired as they're pretty antiquated. I had a corner unit which was situated a bit odd as the TV didn't face the bed at all. Oh well. The larger concern was that the TV signal quality was quite poor and many of my channels froze while viewing them. For a... Read more

Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Great location, pleasant staff, and if you are from out of town and want to see a Canadiens game, you are just a few blocks away. We had a room very high up and pleasant views of city as well. can't go wrong.

The hotel is well kept. What you expect from a Sheraton. The pool area was fine. The bus to and from the airport stops just out front, #727, as fast as a taxi. The train station and rink are only one block away. Great place to stay.

We loved the hotel and the service. The beds are so comfortable and the linens were really soft. The washroom was clean and the view from my room on the 16th floor facing Boulevard René-Lévesque West street was very nice. Room service was also a nice touch to our second day stay. One down fall is that the pool is located inside and I would have preferred an outdoor pool. This isn't a deal breaker by any means but would have been a nice touch! Outside (located next to the pool and gym on... Read more

We stayed at the sheraton over memorial day weekend and had a wonderful stay. the staff from cehck -in to to check out were very helpful and pleasant. The room was nice but a little noisy with kids next door but overall was wonderful. The best point of the hotel was the central location to all districts especially shopping and dining options.

This Sheraton is just great from the perfect location to the staff. It is located very close to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants and Catherine street. It is very easy to get to Old Montreal or the Biodome. The hotel has a parking garage for those needing to park a vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The concierge is great and will give you helpful advice. The rooms are great, a good size. I stayed in a club room so that provided access to the lounge s... Read more

It's a nice enough hotel quite dated with very old fashioned carpets and wooden furniture. But very clean and comfortable stay. The only negative thing I would say is that the hotel reception staff are extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. The concierge are extremely helpful.

This is a nice hotel. If my room had a fridge it would have been 5 stars. It was clean, staff was more than accommodating, the cafe was nice. I actually have been in 3 Montreal hotels this trip an it was the nicest. The cashier exchanged my US dollars with no charge or need to go out of my way- most excellent! My floor was quiet. Has fitness center and pool which I never got to visit. It may rank #43 but it's way nicer than this. For reference, it's nice enough to have a Maserati in valet! Might... Read more

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable! Complimentary water in room. Free wifi in room. Concierge was friendly & helpful. A block from downtown & walking distance to old Montreal. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The self park was booked when we were there & valet was the only option which is a little pricey. Overall great hotel, would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 4 days for a conference for work. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I liked there "green option" where I had no housekeeping and received an additional 500 SPG points for each day. The front desk staff was very helpful. Valet very pricey and took a long time but other than that great place.

I was at the Sheraton downtown for a 4 day meeting. The place is right in the hart of Montreal on René Lévesque Boulevard. The meeting facilities were just the right size for the different event we had. Food was good and the rooms are standard. The staff was nice with me. In short good location in Montreal

This is a very nice hotel near downtown Montreal! The view was great. Comfortable bed. Great restaurants and brunch places around. Walking distance to the metro station. The only thing is the cleaners didn't do a good job cleaning our room. I don't want to get into details about it but I was disappointed when I saw the washroom after we returned to our room. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I want to come back again in near future.

For a large property, this Sheraton is quite nice. The design and quality of the rooms are quite nice. The service is excellent. The pool / hot tub area is large (but the children are allowed to make too much noise!). The location is also quite good for sightseeing.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Sheraton Central Montreal. Centrally located for exploring downtown Montreal the hotel is mainly business orientated and very busy at times. The staff in all areas were extremely helpful and polite. The fitness centre and outside terrace are excellent. The room was adequate but needs mondernization we found the air on very noisy making it difficult to sleep. However this did not detract from an enjoyable vacation.

From booking to departure, these folks are near or at the top. Quality employees, fine dining, and a well maintained property right in the middle of Montreal---what's not to like. Since we do not speak French, one might feel a spot of apprehension, but English was spoken just as soon as a server noticed the blank look when we did not reply to "Frances". This hotel will serve as a home away from home for us anytime we are in Montreal.

The welcome we got at reception set the standard for our stay. A warm and friendly welcome, free wi-fi in rooms and 2 free bottles of water provided daily. Also an in room fridge and safe which was useful. Good air-conditioning in rooms too. We felt safe in the streets around the hotel at night. Hotel was conveniently placed for the underground. As with most Sheraton's room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Service was super friendly. I do like the lounge area by the bar that looks like a library, with cozy antique looking leather chairs and books on the wall. Did not get to try their restaurant as there's so many one near by.

I am a Starwood fan and always look forward to Starwood hotels. This one was a huge disappointment. The first room that I was given and not be cleaned and was a mess. I then went back down to the lobby to get a new hotel room, the room is in desperate need of renovation, everything is chipped and cracked. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy as it is a wall air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, and the room service coffee was good ?? that is not enough to make me return.

I stayed at this Hotel recently on business purposes. I can assure you the staff are the best. Very friendly and service oriented. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The room was not ready even though I prepaid and according to the confirmation, check in time was 3 PM. When we finally got the room, one of the beds had a stain on it. The next day when we got back late at night after a long day away, the room was not made!!! When my wife complained, she was told, "Sorry it was skip... Read more

Sheraton Hotels might not be " five star" but this one sure has a " six star" gym. If this feature is an important factor in picking a Hotel, DO NOT MISS the Sheraton Le Centre. Also has massage center. It is recommended that you stay at the Club level. Extraordinary facility on the Club floor although the food served is average. This is a lovely hotel. The suite was spacious and the bed as comfortable as you'd expect. The bathroom was also very roomy which is pretty important as there is nothing worse than bumping yourself on sharp edges when you have to 'go' in the night. Wi fi is free which is another plus. I was also impressed with the courtesy of the staff who rang me to enquire as to how I found the room. The location is very central and might I suggest you pop in next door to the Bier Markt for a meal while you're... Read more

It's possible to get lost in this hotel; there are so many floors and function rooms. But we managed over two nights, and had great view from the 26th floor. Enjoyed the pool, the electric car charger and the great breakfasts in the restaurant.

This is our first review for the Sheraton Centre - we have stayed at the hotel in the pas for the Taylor Swift concert - this time for the Adele concert. The concerts were at the Bell Centre which is one block. We stay at the Sheraton Centre because it is a very pleasant hotel to stay at and it is in the middle of the downtown shopping district. Because of its location it makes Montreal a very walkable city - the shopping district, the museums, Chinatown, Notre Dame Basilica, Old Montreal, McGi... Read more

The Sheraton Le Centre is a large, imposing hotel with a personal touch. It's in the central area and it's possible to walk to many shops and restaurants and also to the old town area. Our room was spacious, luxurious and equipped with everything you would need, including a tea and coffee-maker. The public areas are large, although the lobby could benefit from some extra casual seating, sofas etc. Lunch in the Bistro Restaurant and a meal in the bar were good quality and well-presented and ev... Really like this hotel! Close to everything. Got a bus from the airport that dropped me off at the hotel for only $10. Compare to a cab for $40 or a limo for $55. Frequent times so you re not left waiting. Love the gym, it is well equipped with machines, weights, and cardio. Great hot tub, pool, sauna and showers also. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The staff always have a smile and are happy to greet you. Food is tastey and reasonable. $20 for 3 egg omelette, fruit, toast, juice, ... Read more

Enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Le Centre Montreal! Staff was extremely professional and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and quiet! They had a prompt room service and great tasting food. The hotel is very modern and in a great location; within walking distance to almost everything. Receives 4 stars as the wifi stopped working at a critical time for me and therefore had to work in the lobby, but otherwise a great stay & recommend it!

Stayed in October for the Adele weekend concerts. Hotel was full as expected and the room was not available until at least 2pm. Club room had an amazing view on the 34th floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Centre Bell was just a 3 minute walk, it was amazing leaving the concert and arriving to your hotel in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was a little chaotic. Waited for at least 30 minutes just to be seated. Selection was great and the wait was worth it. Employees at the Club... Read more

Stayed here with husband and several friends for three nights before we began our cruise. The hotel is not new but it is very comfortable and the service was excellent. It also has the fastest elevators I have ever been in. Being on the 20th floor, we appreciated that. I did hear a few hotel guests complain about street noise, but from our floor all was peaceful and quiet. The Sheraton is in a wonderful location. The staff and management were incredibly rude. Upon check-in we had several issues and two separate managers dealt with our group in a very rude manor. We felt that the front desk director was especially racist against non-French speaking people. We were placed on a "quiet floor" and woken up at 4am to what sounded like a bachelor party roaming the halls. We could hear their entire conversation from our room and we're kept up until almost 6am. We told the front desk upon check-out who did not ca... Read more

There was a montreal canadiens game the day I stayed so the hotel was loud and busy. The room next to us was very loud all night but that is not really the fault of the hotel although they did not do anything to quiet them down. Overall the hotel was a standard type hotel.
