I stayed at the hotel before a flight; I decided to book a suite. The room was huge and very clean. Free internet and a nice pool. The breakfast standard but good. The location was not the best but is not too bad. will stay again.

Since I am here on business, I needed consistent and great communication. That was not possible here. The room was clean, and the Bistro downstairs was great. People were very kind. But the internet stopped every ten minutes and I had to reconnect on all devices over and over again. I also had issues with water pressure during my shower. Every few minutes, I lost pressure and the water went to a trickle. Was I in a 3rd world country? Next time I'm in the area, I'll look for a differe... Read more

The room was clean and the hotel was nice. However, we called the shuttle when we got back and it never showed. I called back twice, the first time I asked if I was better off taking a taxi (it had already been 30 mins) the arrogant girl on the other end said the shuttle was on its way and that it was stuck in traffic, although we had seen the shuttes from other hotels next to that one pass a few times already, then she hung up on me...we waited another 20mins to call back and the same girl fina... My husband and I stayed at this Holiday inn Express this May.. We were flying out on vacation so we tried the "Park N Fly" package and were very delighted in the overall experience. We stayed 2 nights (1 at start and end of trip) and have to say that we will definitely go back again and again. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was terrific as was the shuttle service to and from the airport. In conclusion, we would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a good place when you want to stop over on your travels. They have a great shuttle service. If the shuttle is not waiting at departures level outside gate 7 then call them and they will be there in 10 mins. The shuttle from the hotel to the Airport is on the hour every hour. Make sure you book it at the Reception a day before. The breakfast has a very good selection with tea, coffee, juices, fruits & from cereals to danish and everything in between (boiled eggs, omelet with cheese, bacon... Read more

Positives...close to airport, shuttle service, and the gals at the pub were friendly. Other than that...overpriced, dark, dingy, check in staff robotic (not real friendly), had major problems printing boarding passes, the normally good cinnamon rolls for breakfast were overcooked, the bacon and sausage were incredibly greasy. Clean room but not the best overall experience.

We stayed for 2 nights and 1 day.. It was pretty late when we checked in and another guest was at the front desk complaining about the AC not working in 2 rooms that they had booked.. Ours didn't work that night and we had to move to another room the next night.. The front desk was accommodative and polite to take us to a few rooms to check if we thought the AC was good.. We had to check 3 rooms before we could settle on one! Bottom line- AC doesn't work in lot of the rooms!

From the moment of arrival to our departure on the airport shuttle, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Montreal Airport was a real pleasure. Check-in was a breeze. We parked our car in the hotel lot as part of a special parking/shuttle program and once this form was filled out and the registration completed, everything was set for an effortless stay. We drove to the city center for dinner and returned in time for a great rest before an early shuttle ride to the airport. The front desk staff ... Read more

I went to Montreal for a wedding. My experience at this Hotel was exceptionally awesome. I enjoyed the clean spacious room, the friendly and efficient front desk staff. The ladies that worked during breakfast hours were so pleasant and willingly replenish breakfast menu. Bravo to the shuttle services provided convenience 24/7, you can take the shuttle to the airport purchase a bus pass and you must visit downtown Montreal. I highly recommend this Hotel for family, friends, anyone.

This hotel was just ok. Although the room did have scuff marks on the walls, we did appreciate the hardwood floors instead of carpet in our room. The rooms were clean and spacious, but we had a view of a gas station and a hot dog stand. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. They had muffins, fruit, pancakes, sausage and different sorts of pastry. The lobby was spacious, but only one of the computers was working. This was a nice hotel

We were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean, environmentally friendly hotel with spacious rooms. The floors were wood laminate making for an even cleaner feel. Bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The breakfast room was airy and provided hot as well as cold entrees. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel prior to flying out the next day. For a HIE it was above average in quality. Laminate floors, large standalone shower and separate "living room" area were nice amenities. The place has a nice lobby, included free continental breakfast, and has a pool. It is not too far a drive to the Biodome and other similar Montreal attractions. Our King size room served a crowd of 5 well, as our hub between excursions. One tip: Parking was confusing. There are not many spots directly around the hotel. We had to ask for help, whereby we found out there is another parking lot beyond some self-retracting tire spikes. That is the real parking lot, with ample space.

King-size room is really spacious. Facility is good, gym and pool. Only the swimming pool is a bit small with shallow depth. I found the design of the pool is funny, as if I was stepping on the soft bubble wrap. It's not solid. Jacuzzi is not very strong. Breakfast is good. I don't like the yogurt as it contains 13gs of sugar. Service is fast. Room is clean. Not noisy since my room was in the back. A good choice close to the airport.
