The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean. No problem with parking. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and the driver help with the luggage's. We had an excellent stay at this hotel and i would recommend this hotel for a before vacation night, parking is included for a week plus the shuttle back from the airport.

I have stayed here numerous times and each time has been good. The food is good and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. It is only 10 minutes from the airport so good for a late arrival. There is a shuttle bus if you don't want to drive, but there is plenty of parking.

Nice hotel. We chose this hotel because of the waterslide in the pool, which the kids absolutely loved and spent over 3 straight hours that night and another hour the next morning. Hotel was loud, they had a wedding and a 16th birthday party happening. Which was fine. Breakfast buffet for a surcharge was good. Rooms were decent, a tad on the small size.

Myself and 2 children ages 14 and 11 stayed for one night. We enjoyed the pool area, the kids loved the waterslide. Room was comfortable and quiet. There were 2 weddings in the building but even with that it was very quiet on our floor. Lobby area is lovely, rooms have been updated but still need some work. Our room had some of the laminate floor chipped in spots. My only complaint is the room really smelled strongly of cleaning products like a Febreze spray or something, it was way too strong a... Free wifi, safe in room, iron, blow dryer. The hotel accepts cash for the incidentals deposit, which was great. Deposit was only $75, awesome. No issues at all. If we go back I would totally stay there again. It is very close to the freeway but that didnt disturb us. They also have a pool but we didnt get a chance to check it ou... Read more

Hotel: everything you'd expect form a Crowne facility and more. Pool was big and lots of fun. Grounds were clean and staff was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Only a short 15-20 min drive to the downtown core. Room: Stayed in the King Suite and was a great size room for our family of four. Bed was very comfortable and washroom was big with a spa like feel.

My room (king bed) was a decent size and the decor was nice. Wifi was decent and the room was clean! I was impressed to see there was a fridge in the room. Bathroom is small but does the job. The hotel was quiet - this is amazing after a long travel week. I need some quiet time to rest. Tips! How to find the fitness centre (and not crash a Bar MItzvah). Crowne Plaza is by far, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The hotel itself is classy and elegant, and the rooms are exquisite. We paid a reasonable price for a room with two beds. The flat screen tv, fridge, ironing board, couch, and wi-fi made it all the more enjoyable. You can enjoy an all you can eat breakfast and/or lunch for a fairly low price at the restaurant located right by the lobby. I reserved a king size bed but was given a double, the room was listed as non smoking but I could tell it probably had been a smoking room at some point despite the pleasant air freshener. The aircon worked but I set my room at 72 and it was still chilly. In room coffee not good but fridge supplied. A fan in the bathroom would help as it was quite a tiny space. Otherwise the room was ok-clean and modern. The restaurant was not great. Service was friendly and fairly quick but food was not -veggie... Read more

It is far from Montreal so I would not suggest to stop here if you are there to visit Montreal but if you are looking for a one night hotel getaway, it might be the place you need!

Awful stay - Beds are old and you can feel the springs - Front desk double released our room and we had random people enter our room which is concerning and very unsafe - No towels were in room had to call down every day. After housekeeping cleaned the room didn't replenish fresh towels - Dirty sheets. - maintenance guy Ivan was great, he deserves 5stars for his assistance and helping beyond the norm. Other staff can sure take notes on hotel service.

Stayed for two nights on a visit to Montreal. It is far from downtown, which is the only drawback. It was $30 each way in a taxi in to town. The hotel has a good airport shuttle and is clean and pleasant for a short stay. For the amount I paid (about $100 per night), I received good value. The staff were pleasant to me. No complaints there.

Went to Montreal for a very short visit and because of a prior commitment, had to stay at this hotel. First sign of trouble to come was the shuttle: it drove past the stopping area and had to wait over 20 minutes for the next shuttle. Last time it was winter and I had no heat, this time I had no AC. My room wouldn't go under 75-76. Moved me but headboard of bed shared a wall with an elevator so fixed original room AC and moved me back. 7 of us had rooms and nobody had a good experience. I can say the rooms are clean so the housekeeping staff is doing a good job and staff was friendlier this time, now how about getting it together for the rest of the place. Stayed one night here in November, 2016. While the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean and well appointed, we found the decor in the bedroom quite garish -- a bold, black and red colour scheme is not very restful for weary travelers! Also, we had some trouble parking -- they were hosting some kind of holiday event, with 1000 people, so the parking lot was full when we arrived, so they told us we could park next door at the Holiday Inn. The staff were very friendly, though.
