I have stayed at this hotel many times and there has always been something wrong! My last trip was hands down the WORSE service I have ever had in all my 25 years of business travel!! My check in was rude, acted like I was distrusting their 'chat'. I then had the worse glass of house wine I have ever had at the bar! It was disgusting!! I then turned in for the night only to have my mini fridge make awful noises ALL night long which turned into a sleepless night! When I complained to the fr... Read more

The main reason that this hotel gets a poor rating is the fact that the room was so smelly. As if they never wash the bedding and the people that stayed there before not used the shower... The breakfast in the restaurant is expensive. They try to let you buy the overpriced buffet. Luckily, it was possible to simply get a bagel or some oatmeal and pay a reduced price, but you have to ask for this specifically. The hotel room was also pretty expensive, but so were the other hotels in the area.

This is more two hotels in one, as it shares the same building with the Courtyard Residence Inn. There are two separate entrances, connected by an indoor hallway. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a conference or dinner event going on, but the hotel was big enough and sufficiently staffed, so we were unaffected by the event. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean, adequately spaced, but not spacious. The bathroom was nice, clean, and modern. We traveled as a family of 4, wi... Read more

Room and location were great. Located just off the highway and close to shopping malls and restaurants. My room was not facing the highway so not sure if the highway noise is a factor. Rooms a bit pricey, but that seems true for all good Montreal area hotels.

I stay at this hotel approximately 20 nights per year. It is very good for business travellers - close to major businesses in St Laurent, good high speed WiFi, 15 minutes to the airport, close to the A40 and A15, nice bar and restaurant, good rooms with desk, chairs, sofa. Staff are attentive and friendly, know me by name and bring me my "usual" beer in the bar. Not a great location if you are a tourist since it is a 20 minute drive to get downtown. Better than all the hotels on Cote de liesse.

I had many, many travel-related questions and the staff, especially Stephanie were always eager to help. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We didn't use any of the facilities due to our schedule, but would guess they were equally good.

I have stayed here several times on some 2 day trips to Montreal. This location has all the amenities that I like, breakfast, parking and WiFi all complementary. The rooms are very spacious, with a Kitchenette, a small living area with a couch, and a balcony that is always a nice touch. I love sitting out there with some wine in the evenings watching the sun go down. There is not much more to say a hotel room is very much like every other room. The staff is courteous, just as you would expec... Read more

We have utilized the 'park and stay' a few times, flying in both very early in the morning and leaving very late at night. Every time the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms have always been very comfortable with an included hot breakfast. Being so close to the airport we don't even hear the planes while staying there! We recommend this hotel, in particular the 'park & stay', to everyone we know who is flying out of Montreal.

Spent the weekend there, and found it to be a great location and a pretty good property. Close to the airport but not too noisy once you are inside. Clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a few places to eat, including a Bar and Grill, and a McDonald's if that is your choice. Did not go, but there is a cinema also within walking distance. Pool and hot tub, but no complimentary breakfast. Nice staff. Got checked in by Vanessa (if my memory serves me right), the younger of 2 ladies, s... Read more

Stayed one night for business. Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice upon check in. Kimberley checked me in and she was very kind and knowledgable. I needed up eating at the restaurant which also was tasty but way over priced. Spinach salad with chicken nearly $30.00 and $12.00 for a glass of wine is in my opinion ridiculous but it was late and convenient. The mattress is very firm. I prefer a super soft bed but other then that, no complaints. I will likely stay their again when in the ... Read more

This hotel is located next no to the motorway and to a commercial areas with some restaurants. The hotel is ok and rooms are fine. A classic hotel. Staff is ok and the hotel has a big parking lot. The hotel is also close to the airport. Nothing special

We made last minute reservation as we were to tired to travel to Quebec City tonight. Rooms are well appointed and lovely. No noise here! There is a restaurant on the first floor which we will try in the morning. My family is enjoying a newly released movie on our large flat screen tv while I work at the well designed desk in the room. Will stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times for business. The hotel is close to airport and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is overpriced for what you get. Hotel rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and amenities are nice. Hotel does have shuttle to airport.

I came here in beautiful Montreal on August 19th. And I have a fully business week. One of the Best places in this metropolitan city which you may want to live is Courtyard Airport Hotel by Marriot. It is located adjacent with Residence Hotel by Marriot too. The location is good. You can access to anywhere in city by anytime service equipped by hotel. The Breakfast is safe and totally diverse adaptable for ant taste. Different areas of hotel are spacious and calm as well. The personnel are so ki... Read more

My parents and I stayed at this hotel for one night. As we wanted to do a quick trip to Montreal. We wanted something that wasn't in the heart of downtown so that we didn't have to face traffic. The hotel was clean and beautiful. It was sound proof from the outside noise traffic. The hotel staff as very friendly and accommodating. There is a great simple mall next to the hotel that you can spend some time in. Overall, I would recommend and even come back to stay here. As well the price for the s... Read more

This is what you would expect of a Courtyard Hotel. The room was clean, well appointed, and spacious. There is a place in the lobby to have a drink and relax and the pool was a nice feature, but it was over-run by children (my old man comment). Even though the hotel is in the middle of several freeway interchanges, it is remarkably quiet inside. However, it I were visiting downtown Montreal in the future, I would choose a hotel in the center of the city. You have to pay for parking anyway, an... Read more

Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very helpful. Easy access for those who have a car and GPS. . Negative points: Without a car it seems difficult to travel to the city center, the mini fridge was very noisy and one towel was dirty.

Our room was perfect and ready for us before normal check in time. The front desk staff went out of there way to print out maps, suggestions of not only sights to see, but ways to make the most of our 2 days in Montreal. The staff (Marie) treated us like "grandparents", giving us an umbrella, best dining areas etc. The bed was so comfortable, indoor pool clean, and a good work-out area as well. Very safe area to walk around.

Although near the airport as the crow flies, it's a bit of a drive to get here. I used the shuttle bus from Departure gate 7 (phone near gate 6, needs 50c) The hotel is a typical Marriott. Good clean rooms and welcoming staff (particularly helpful receptionists). Allthe bases covered. Due to its location and the hour, I ate in the YUL restaurant. Not an extensive menu but I really enjoyed the duck I had. And having spent a few weeks in the north and west, It was great to get properly cooked... Read more

Stayed here for a convention - close to airport yet far enough away not to hear airplanes. Very clean and modern with nice sports bar downstairs. The conference rooms are nice and big and its conveniemt for business groups to meet here. Only problem was - I called for a shuttle service from the airport - supposed to pick me up in 10 minutes - 25 minutes later - still no shuttle - finally took cab and paid $25 - not good !

Stayed here for a week and found the hotel great. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Wifi was a bit weak in the room but ok in the lobby. Only criticism is that the bar doesn't open until 5pm!! Apart from that I would stay here again.

We stayed one night whilst enroute to pick up a cruise ship. Room whilst spacious was disappointing with refreshment facilities. No complimentary water in rooms, only one teabag between 2 of us. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi appeared expense but became complimentary at checkout. Staff very friendly. Little touches could make big improvements.

Hotel is typical Courtyard. Restaurant is basic, with breakfast/dinner menu but nothing special. Bar too, but also limited, but functional; if want to stay in. It's Montreal, go find some place!! Decent pool and exercise facility. Also a Zen room which is a new one for me. Room had all the amenities, fridge, coffee maker, safe, dryer. Clean, VERY comfortable bded. Room was a bit small. Plenty of on site parking. Very friendly staff.

Vaulted ceilings, full work station, large bathroom, comfy king bed, mini fridge & coffee maker, flat screen tv and a modern couch sitting area. Clean with no signs of wear and tear. We were just stopping for a night on our way home from Quebec City. The hotel was easy to find and access from the highway. Check-in was fast and friendly. The elevators were reliable and speedy. The room was typically spacious for a Courtyard. We discovered the remote was not working for the TV so called down to the front desk. They had maintenance sent up within 5 minutes and we were in business. The front desk called our room a few minutes later to confirm all was right. Good service,... Read more

Stayed three nights on business. It is everything you would expect from a Marriott. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. They have an airport shuttle which is convenient, but I didn't use it. Restaurant and bar area are very nice too, wide selection of wines.

Although this hotel seems to have all the amenities and the rooms have most standard appointments it felt a little rough around the edges. I did not like the shallow tub as my travel partner and I had both looked forward to a soak after a long week in Montreal. It feels as though the renovations done to this property were done bit by bit when needed as opposed to a wholesale upgrade. It served the purpose but overall I would choose something else with a better "feel" next time.

Stayed at the hotel for a business meeting the next morning. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and the catering staff for the meetings were very attentive. Short distance from the airport is a plus and their are many dining options within the hotel or a short distance away. I thought the rooms were slightly on the small side and the room rate I thought was on the higher-end vs.comparable hotels in the same area.
