This hotel is a great location in downtown Moncton. The parking at the hotel is included and has improved since my last visit. There is more parking than before and this is definitely a plus. You can walk anywhere in downtown Moncton from this hotel. The rooms are a decent size with a full kitchen - fridge, dishwasher, dishes. My 2 night stay felt like a home away from home. Except I didn't have to cook breakfast because it was included.

Love this hotel. Very friendly staff. Everything is crisp and clean. Daily hot breakfast is included. Coffee available in the breakfast room 24/7. Just got back from dinner and there are complimentary fresh cookies in the lobby I love my suite. Everything you need is here. I seriously wish I were staying longer than two nights If you're traveling for business or pleasure this place is lovely. Big thanks to Ingrid at the front desk. She is genuinely kind, friendly and extremely helpful.

We stayed at the Residence Inn on Sunday night May 22nd with our two kids. We loved all that the room had to offer with the in room kitchen and separate living room. Check in was quick and easy and the included breakfast was a great way to start the day. The only thing that was a negative was the pool temperature. The kids and I found the pool the be much colder than other hotel pools we have stayed in. Also, the hot tub was a bit cloudy and could probably use a cleaning. Other than that, ... Read more

The staff are super friendly, the hotel is in an excellent location, it is clean, it has a nice pool and hot tub. If they only had free parking. The parking lot for the hotel is small and very difficult to move around in.... Have to drive in and back out when it is full. They do not have adequate parking so they use a lot next door. And they charge you to park, so add another 15.00 per night to your bill. Breakfast is very good.... probably one of the best I have had that was included with night... Read more

We stayed overnight & we were pleased with the room. Staff were excellent. In the morning we went for breakfast & for this upscale hotel could not believe the plastic utensils & paper plates that we had to use for putting our food on. It wouldn't have been half as bad if they had used high grade plastic for the utensils & higher grade paper plates. In our travels, never came across this at any upscale hotel we ever stayed.

We stayed at the Marriott on Friday, June 24, 2016. The rooms were great, lots of room, and very well decorated. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, and held our motorcycle helmets, etc. behind the desk while we were downtown after checking out. Would not hesitate to recommend the Marriott, and plan to stay there again. :)

The newly renovated 2-bedroom suite was very nicely decorated and had plenty of space for everyone. The full-sized kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. I am often on the road for work and frequently stay in Moncton. The Residence Inn is by far the best place to stay! It has everything you need for extended stays, friendly staff, and the most comfortable beds of all time! Dominik at the front desk was super accommodating and probably the most friendly desk agent around. Always choose Marriott!

The room itself is pretty nice with a spacious seating area, very small kitchen, and desk. Flat screen tv, comfortable bed, his/hers sinks in the bathroom area. Free wi-fi, free breakfast. We were staying there for 4 nights (10 family members), in a suite. It was a wonderful stay: the rooms were perfectly organized, the pool is very clean, service at front desk is very good. The only weak link is the parking - 15$ per night - that's way too expensive! Other than that - very good hotel.

We stayed while on business for two nights. What I like best is the size of the rooms, the fact that each room is a suite, and that now they've re-done the entire place! The colours look great, and it's very modern and fresh looking! The staff are great, they will do anything to help you. I will be staying here again, as I have stayed several times before!

After a long day of visiting the Hopewell Rocks and driving the Fundy Trail, this was a welcome evening. This is a very nice Residence Inn, probably one of the nicest we've stayed in. Very nice room, good bedding, amenities etc. The only downfall is that there is no elevator connecting the parking garage(one level), to the lobby. I recently stayed here with my family (including my two young sons). I was very happy with the kind response that all of the desk staff had for my boys who tend to have lots of questions. They were always willing to help us out with any concerns. We actually really lucked out with a room facing the Canada Day fireworks on an upper floor - WHAT A GREAT SHOW! We stay at RI properties a lot, and this one was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. I didn't want to leave! They are dog friendly and located in a terrific part of town.

This hotel is really conveniently located directly down town. The view from our window (which opens for fresh air) was of a bend in the river and beautiful. It was clean, had a cooktop, full fridge, and all the dishes and glasses you need. The king bed was very soft but firm and good bedding. Shower was huge and lots of towels. Pool was refreshing and perfect beginning for a wonderful night. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night and had a studio room; check in was quick; our room was very spacious with kitchenette, full fridge, dish washer, and couch, as well as a king size bed. The room beside us were having a party but we could not hear anything from our room. This hotel is by far one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. Great location. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Moncton.

This hotel is clean and recently upgraded.Bed was so comfy.large walk in shower. Suite had stainless steel appliances and tastefully decorated. Breakfast had great selection of items. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downfall is the layout of the parking lot.

Me and wife went lots of times when one of my friends rented a room.Their rooms are great for gatherings, lots of chairs and couches. There is lots of space and even kitchenettes for that late-night Kraft Dinner craving. The staff was always helpful and smiling.

Hotel is nice, price is good, location is fantastic as it's downtown and has the Keg restaurant connected to it. Room has a good layout, though the shower/toilet area is cramped. Breakfast (included) is well above average. Only issue was related to service and parking. They have a terrible layout getting into the hotel and parking, the result was cars backed up and a line up at the desk - not really sure what they can do about it related to where they're located and the building structure. I traveled to Moncton for business and found the Residence Inn by Marriott to be an excellent hotel. I shared a two bedroom suite and found the rooms to be spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The room had everything I needed and would give families a great place to start their adventures in the area. The plentiful breakfast options, included in the price of the room, were located in a lovely spacious room. The Wed. mix and mingle in the lobby was neat too. The meeting room we us... Read more

Was in town for a concert at the casino. Wanted to be downtown and taxi back and forth to concert so we chose this place. Room was bright and clean, well laid out and spacious. Full size fridge came in handy. We were given an accessible room, which was fine. My guess is only difference would be a roll in shower and some lower light switches. Breakfast was included in price and is very decent for a complimentary breakfast. Parking is on site for a fee. My only complaint is there's no vending ... Read more
