Enjoyed our one night stay here with shuttle service to the airport- rooms were clean and comfy. The rate was very reasonable for staying night & 12 nights parking. The continental breakfast did not start till 6:30 AM. We had to leave by 6:00AM- they had some great muffins & coffee out for us by 5:40. The shuttle was there on time in the AM and also did not take long to pick us up when we returned. There is also a row of restaurants 3 min. walk away. Our best experience so far when we stay over... booked for a night for a wedding that was close enough to event, the hotel is just off dixie road south of the 401. 2 floors avail, went to check in and saw bunches of teenager waiting and thought of all the noise. The hotel must have assumed this and place the "kids" in one wing, and other guests in the other wing. Well I was prepared to complain about any noise after 11 pm, but nothing. The hotel warned of no door slamming and running the hallways, and the teenagers must have adhered to th... Read more

The accommodations themselves were great, the breakfast very nice. My concern was the actual booking and the difficulty I had reaching the hotel after by phone that evening to get my confirmation e-mail. Once we were confirmed the next morning, I was sceptical as I should have been. We arrived and the reservation was ????? After some time we were checked in but the authorization was done twice to my credit card and the check in clerk had assured me one was cancelled!!!! I then had to go to the ... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the stay included breakfast. Breakfast was nothing fancy--just the normal eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, ect. We walked over to this hotel from the one beside it and this hotel was very accommodating given the short notice. The room was well kept. Staff were very nice. Location is perfect if you are staying for a stop-over.

Great welcome on check in. Large roomy lobby with coffee. Breakfast was plentiful and a decent choice. The location is largely motor alley but with airport shuttle and taking the train into Toronto was the easiest option into the city. The traffic everywhere was crazy busy and setting GPS to avoid highways allowed a slow trail over to local areas. The room was large and clean and the towels were fluffy but always too small.

The rooms are big enough.Beds are warm and comfortable. It is closer to the airport. But downtown is far. The square one mall is close by so you can shop till you drop. As a tourist better in the downtown but if on a business trip and you need to be close to the airport this is a good option. Breakfast is nothing great. Same every where. Overall a good stay.

Drove into Toronto to fly to England. Parking for 14 days before or after trip included with room. Shuttle service to the airport. Forty-five minute wait for the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel, but with Toronto rush hour traffic it wasn't too bad. Clean first floor room with refrigerator and coffee maker. Huge king sized bed. Quiet. Breakfast included.

12am! we get woken up to the fire alarm, which they make us wait out in the freezing cold for a hour, which we then find out that the issue was the button that turns the alarm off was broken & they had to wait for the repair man, my issue with this is we had at that point only got a hour of sleep & had to be up at 2am for a early flight (so no sleep not like we could sleep with the pillows - they need firmer pillows) Oh & even though we had a crappy night on behave of the hotel - They made us ... The staff at the hotel were very friendly and able to provide information about getting on a tour to Niagara Falls they even booked it for me. The fact that no restaurant is on site makes it not a very nice place to stay when come from a long flight as you have to walk to one or only order room service. The fire alarm went off during my stay and was told by hotel staff due to a fault it will be ringing all night long. This was very annoying no compensation was given by the hotel at all in rega... I stayed here less than a week ago and the quality of my room was totally different then the previous one. I'm not sure if they renovated one floor and not the other. But was disappointed. The room was clean and mostly quiet. But the quality of the bed and bathroom were totally different. I should have requested the same room... a note for next time.

We had a pleasant one night stay last Sunday. The room was nice and clean. Check in was fast and we were given a recommendation to eat at Kelsey's, a nearby restaurant, with a 10% discount. The shuttle service was great and we made it to airport with no problem.

Stayed in this hotel only for two days from 8th June to 9th June Hotel is near to the airport & also near Brampton. Hotel is good have neat rooms. It is a small motel near the highway. Breakfast was good. Lobby is small, but free tea coffee facility in the lobby was welcome one. Corridors are very long it takes much time to reach the room if your allotted room is on the last corner . Vinod Tandon

Stayed here on a quick stop over. This hotel isn't too far from the airport, it has a free shuttle and free breakfast at a fair rate. Bed was very comfortable! Rooms were just average. Perfect for just a one night stay. I would stay here again on another stop over ! I have to note , there was a gentleman working the front desk by the name of Ahdy and he was wonderful! We lost something on the shuttle and he tracked it down for us and was so kind and friendly! He made our stay. Thank you Ahdy :)

Proximity to airport and relatively reasonable price are a plus. The breakfast was ok and the hot part was the normal waffle machine which sticks. The good thing about chain hotels is that they are normally quite reliable and predictable.

Hotel maintenance and cleanliness was not the best. There was three small pieces of garbage in the hall on the way to my room, and the carpets were very old and scuffed with stains. The hallway and my room both had a very heavy smell of a floral deodorizer. I'm not normally bothered by smells, but this was heavy. My bed was very squeaky, even with the slightest movement, but it was comfortable. The cable T.V. did not work in the morning, saying "no signal" , but the internet was pretty fast.... Read more

This hotel is around 15 mins drive from the airport and they have a shuttle for pickup and drop to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious. Folks at the reception were polite and helpful. You can catch the UP express from the airport that would get you to downtown in 25 mins. Overall a good stay for family and business.

we originally were booked into the closed hotel next door and at the last minute this hotel accommodated us at no extra charge. So good on them for that. The rooms were clean, the beds are hard but comfortable, lots of pillows, very good water pressure and lots of HOT water. The continental breakfast was good and a fair amount of food. The room had 2 large twin beds and was nicely decorated. It was clean, spacious, with a contemporary look. The washroom was decent size and up to date with a nice shower/tub. We had a flight problem and unexpected stay at this hotel late at night. They were courteous and provided toothbrush and deodorant as we didn't have our bags. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but in need of refurbishment . The breakfast was very good but the bossy lady who managed it was not too nice. She was snippy. There was a good assortment of quality foods offered. It's not super close to airport but when most hotels are booked up that late at night it is a good option!

Budget hotel was clean but a little shabby. That's ok- you get what you pay for, and we didn't expect luxury or updated furnishings at this price. Check in was fine but they said they had just run out of cookies. As mentioned, room was less than stellar. Pretty clean but didn't smell fresh. Old smoke from years ago? Carpet in halls was grubby and bumpy - not laying flat. Trip hazard. We spilled some water on the bed so phoned down and asked for new sheets so we could remake the bed. After 2 ... Read more

Good place to stay near Toronto airport for a reasonable price. Although the hotel has seen its better days already, it is still well-maintained and offers fairly good service. The breakfast served is OK, but the place where it served is rather small and can get easily full in the morning. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

The first thing that struck me as annoying is the central location of the access to the hotel, which has two massive wings extending from the middle (where the front desk is). The parking is a nightmare at best, especially when you consider you've only got that central hub to get into the building. Naturally, our room was at the very end of one of the wings, and while parking near it was easy, it involved regular long walks loaded with luggage. The wifi required very regular logging in which ... Read more

We stayed here during a recent trip to Toronto. We were planning on staying downtown but with the World Cup Of Hockey going on the prices for a room were outrageous. We ended up staying here and using their airport shuttle to get to the airport and then took the UP express (see my review) downtown for the day. I was looking for a quiet place to sleep after a late flight and I found it. I didn't hear a single sound from outside my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Only complaints are that the sink was completely clogged and the only coffee provided in the room was decaf. Other than that it perfectly suited my needs for the night.

Stayed here for one night on arrival in Canada because the inn is not far from the airport. First-floor room was up tp Quality Inns' usual good standard and the entry by way of a patio door made unloading luggage easy. We stayed here one night so we could park for free during our vacation out of Toronto Pearson Airport. All we really needed was a clean comfortable bed for one night.
