I agree with the others. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very close to the airport, about a 7 min ride on the free shuttle. What lacks is customer service. The person behind the desk looked at me like I he two heads when I said I needed to check in. It was like they didn't realize they are a hotel. Also the valet was impossible, the guy was never there. Finally we just went into the valet drawer and grabbed our keys and got our own car. Overall, the stay was fine. But don't expect a ce... Read more

A very solid choice near YYZ. I prefer hotels that include the toiletries I am unable to bring myself because of liquid restrictions on planes (shower gel, mouthwash). Many Hiltons offer these. Sadly not this one. But the hotel delivers the basics well. Room was comfortable and spotlessly cleaned.

Typical Hilton... VERY NICE!! The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The restaurant, located near the lobby, was a very nice place, never mind convenient, to have some appetizers and a great dinner.. The chicken wings were out of this world... And the wait staff was also great!!

Booked a twin room for nights and the price was reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel because the staff at reception was lovely during check-in and there were no hiccups during our stay! Though the room we had could do with some updates but it was nice and clean; beds were comfortable and I was so glad that I managed a good night sleep:) Buffet Breakfast was also lovely and with sufficient choices. I stayed here during one of the several youth hockey tournaments. There are about 449 rooms here so you know they've built on their success over the years. Management is promoted organically and their hospitality is neither wrote or canned. It's widespread and effective. I'll stay here anytime possible.

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend with my husband. Chose this hotel because it was affordable and close to the airport but still had good reviews and the pictures of the rooms were nice. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere in the lobby is very inviting. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but most hotel restaurants are, at least the food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a dance convention. Rooms were great, beds were comfy, only downside is that the hallway doors could benefit from maybe some weather stripping to block the noise from the hallway and so that in the hallway you cannot hear inside rooms. Restaurant there was overloaded and therefore slow, maybe they didn't expect the crowds. I would recommend it.

I'm a little OCD about room quality and I was very pleased with the room I had. It appeared recently upgraded and/or well maintained. The carpet was nice (unsoiled, tight), the bed and bath linen were very white (not dull or aged) and spotless, the bathroom porcelain was also white, clean and spotless. And the room did not smell. It was also quiet. Mine overlooked the airport and it was so nice to view airplanes taking off and landing. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. The h... Read more

Convenient to the Toronto airport with the shuttle. A few bus lines pass the hotel, but it's a long way to the city of Toronto and the bus to Niagara Falls. The hotel itself was clean, the room comfortable and all appliances worked. There was a full sized refrigerator, microwave and cupboard containing crockery and cutlery. There was a restaurant, but I preferred to go down the road to purchase food which I could either heat or cook.

Bit of a surprise this as airport hotels are (usually) totally impersonal. All the staff were very engaging and professional. The restaurant host in particular looked after us ( and others) very well. Food - dinner - was much better than I expected - really fresh. We enjoyed it despite the jet lag. Breakfast was not cheap, this IS a Hilton! but was excellent and the wait staff were very attentive. Room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. No negatives.

Hotel is large, clean, well maintained. Lobby is huge. If you're in the south tower and have to park, expect to truck through the entire first floor with your belongings. Nothing special to write about this Hilton Airport Hotel, in fact in a lot of ways good/bad things on opposite end of spectrum. It almost looks like they had a renovation budget that did not quite cover everything. So the renovation items are nice and stylish, but the untouched parts need attention. Room was fine, front desk staff polite and courteous. But the shuttle!!!! We waited for over an hour at Terminal 1, post S5. Phoned the hotel, told the shuttle wd be there in under 10min(we had already been waiting over 30min). Waited another 30 minutes, called again and they didn't answer. Finally the shuttle arrived at 1:20am!!! Shuttle is advertised as running 24hrs, every 20-30 minutes. This shuttle did not live up to that. Meanwhile we saw other hotel shuttles come by 2-3x.

The junior suite was nice for 3 people. However, the hotel staff did not prepare for a 3 guest arrival. There were only 2 sets of towels and no sofa bed. This location is right next to the airport and the hotel offers a shuttle. The shuttle service is timely and the driver was helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and mentioned my status when she handed me my water. It would be nice to have the water in the room instead of it being one more thing I needed to carry to my room. The room was clean, but is showing the wear and tear from the years. The lounge is nice, but the service is lacking. The glasses from our drinks before we went to din... Read more

Nice renovations, but they are cosmetic only, over a poor foundation. No bathroom fan, no fully closing bathroom door, sink faucet pours so close to sink edge that inundation of counter completely inevitable... Many poorly thought-out architectural design issues in the layout of the room.

Room was very clean and a good size for two adults and a rambunctious three year old. Restaurant is okay, but pricey; best deal was the breakfast buffet. Surprised their large wifi/office centre only had two computers...one of which didn't work, but with more people travelling with their own laptops this isn't a big deal.

The room was very comfortable with a modern, spotless bathroom, and a comfortable easy chair and hassock with a light for reading. Soundproofing was good. I expect wifi to work, and to be strong. It wasn't. After trying for more than an hour, an offer to send an engineer to my room at 11:30 pm with a grudging "sorry" is not how an HHonors guest expects to b served. Room was clean and spacious with all expected amenities. I really like that there was a door between the bedroom and the bathroom, it kept the light and noise from the main corridor from creeping into the bedroom. Staff were friendly, check in and check out process were really efficient. I stayed for a business conference in the Vista Boardroom. Staff were friendly, food was great, the rooms were clean and well laid out. I'd stay here again.

After arriving late at night, after a very long flight, the Hilton is a 2 minute drive from the terminal. Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Clean and comfortable rooms and good service. Only minor gripe is that the executive lounge, for the level 9-ers, although advertised as being open for breakfast, was not in fact open. Funny, if it had been signed as closed, or didn't exist, I wouldn't have cared. But small point.

A little pricey, but a very nice hotel and very close to the airport. Staff were pleasant and rooms were clean and comfortable. The down side is that you have to pay for parking. This makes it feel like your being nickled and dimed. Parking should be included with your room rate. Would I stay again? Perhaps if they included the parking fee, otherwise there are nice enough hotels close by that don't charge. Get the hint Hilton?

The Hilton Toronto is a typical Hilton offering the expected amenities. It is convenient to the airport and not far from the city. Unfortunately, the food is terrible. I would suggest leaving the hotel for a decent meal. This hotel hosts many large events so lobby and common areas can be very loud and busy but rooms manage to remain quiet.

Average hotel with below average service. I flew out early and the next morning and did not notice the night before that there were no towels or coffee. The coffee in lobby was cold as well. Was not a good start to the morning. The gym was above above and but the maintenance needs to be looked at again. This is the second straight Hilton where I had outlets coming out of the walls.
