This hotel is in a good location, right next to bars and not far away from downtown. It's also located close to U. Western Ontario. It's clean and it has large suites. The beds are comfortable, although I thought the pillows were a bit too high. They have free breakfast but it wasn't anything special. It was nice to have free breakfast, though.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Station Park. However, parking cost an extra $15.00 but was very convenient and were allowed as many ins and outs as you wanted for free. The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom. The living room area had a small sofa and chair with an attached bar area with a sink and microwave. The only unusual thing was a TV stand but no TV. However, there was a TV in the bedroom. Free morning breakfast was cold but the standard stuff, cereal, muffins, toas... Read more

Taking kids to "see" snow and visiting a nephew at university .... thats why we visited London. And what a FAB trip. The SNOW was awesome and the hotel was great. The experience was exactly as advertised on the hotel website and that's the MOST important thing for a traveler. Arrived after 2am in the morning and the staff were really very helpful. Excellent location for bus transport, shopping and restaurants. Onsite parking was a bonus. Well priced!

The best aspect of this place is that the rooms are indeed spacious, though dated and worn. Location is good for walking around. Parking is easy. However, in order to keep costs down, the place cuts corners in many dimensions. The free breakfast is nowhere near as good, in quality or selection, as, say, a Hampton Inn. The front desk is clearly overworked and understaffed. One evening, for example, we needed help due to a very loud party among some guests on our floor. About half a dozen ... Read more

Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Underground Parking for about $15 a night. You can stay in the public parking behind the hotel for less but you'll need to get up and feed the parking meter before six am. The hotel is perfectly situated near several restaurants in Richmond. The Italian restaurant directly opposite the hotel is reasonably priced with very tasty meals.

Exterior and lobby of this hotel are in very good shape and look like they have been recently renovated. Rooms are, however, a little bit out of date and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast, too, needs to be corrected. All in all a B+ hotel in the center of London.

We enjoyed our night stay at the Station Park All Suite Hotel in London. We were impressed with the size of our room. You also have everything you need. A mini fridge and a microwave! We had an event at Western and found this hotel to be close 10 minute drive. You are also close to many restaurants. The hotel is reasonably priced. The only thing is, you have to pay $15 a day parking which I think should included with your stay. Continental breakfast only. Also the pillows where all puffy. Should... Read more

This is a good property for the business traveller Well located, near Western, seperate bedroom and living area. Everything in the room works, but how hard would it be to put a tea kettle in the rooms, instead we have the disaster for the environment pod machines that make absolutely terrible drinks. Breakfast is a carb-heavy outing - not exactly designed by a nutritionist. Staff are great and friendly throughout all roles.

It took me three tries to get a guest traveling with me added to a room. When I arrived I added the name of a relative to my room. Then I received a call at 5am the next day after they wouldn't let him up. When I came by the desk the next morning he was still not on the reservation.... :/. Room was nice despite multiple lightbulbs being out. Sauna wasn't functional. Hot tub was full of hair. Glad I got a deal on this place. On the upside breakfast was great.

Arrived at the hotel before check in. Front desk was very accommodating with a parking pass and luggage storage. Room showed a little age but was clean and comfy. A couple of little minor things, no face clothes and shower door wouldn't stay closed but quickly taking care of by front desk. Convenient downtown location close to the action. Convenient parking. Continental breakfast was a little skimpy for my liking. Price was good for a suite. Would stay again.

Yes the lobby is renovated but room in our 7th floor suite was sadly in need in need of rejuvenation. The bathroom was dated and the chesterfield daybed was dirty, frayed and had cushions that didn't fit properly. The carpet was stained as was the easy chair. The table in the room had crumbs on it on our entry. Not a good sign if you expect the details to be handled well. You expect better for $143 per night. The 'complementary' continental breakfast was basic-2 types of dried cereal, plain yogur... Read more

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly at check-in. Our room was fresh and spacious. We found the room to be comfortable and modestly appointed. We could not ask for more. The continental breakfast was as stated. The hotel is very well located dining, shopping and university activities.

For the second time, my husband and I broke our Ontario journey and spent one night here. To be honest, the location isn't the best for us, as we are just passing through, and it's rather a distance from the highway, but the overall comfort makes it worthwhile. We find the room set up to be very convenient for us. Some of the furnishings and fixtures are a bit dated, it is true, but everything is clean and functional, Bedding particularly was fresh and very comfortable. We made use of the fr... Read more

The entire hotel was spotless. The large suite had a good sized living room with desk and TV. The bedroom had two double beds, with great view looking overlooking the Keg and Lone Star. It had a kitchen with small bar fridge. I liked the fact it was a smoke free hotel.

Stayed many times, rooms are large and generally very clean. Hotel is starting to look dated carpets especially are in need of replacement. The hotel now charges 15 dollars a day for parking which I feel is unnecessary and is something to plan for your budget when you think the initial price is a good deal. Breakfast is adequate but can be awkward if lots of guests arrive at the same time due to the layout.

My stay was with 3 friends for a girls getaway. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The suite's sitting area was nice and comfortable. Much better than socializing sitting on the beds! There was a mini fridge and Keurig provided. TVs were in both the sitting area, and the bedroom. There were stains on the floor of the bathroom that looked like make-up? We also noticed an odor coming from the bathroom sink, but it was only noticeable when you were using the sink. The breakfast prov... Read more

The staff at StationPark was great, very friendly helpful and apologetic. If you need a kettle, sorry but no. They don't have them. If you find your mini-fridge isn't working, sorry you can use the other one. These are minor issues but the one item that made this review a 3 and not a 4 was the noise from the bars/restaurants in the neighbourhood. I acknowledge this isn't the hotels fault but it's a reality. We were on the 14th floor and could clearly hear the thumping music from 2 differen... Read more

This hotel is an all suites facility located in the central part of the downtown area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is just right. The hotel is within easy walking distance of some fun restaurants and shopping. It's just a five minute drive to the Western University campus which makes it a great spot for family visits. Reasonably priced.

Location of the hotel is good, close to the university and many restaurants and 15 minutes from the airport. Lobby and common areas have been updated as as portions of the rooms. Bathroom was seriously dated and took away from the otherwise decent suite. Internet was included which is a plus in my book and if you want more space than a typical hotel, this is a good option for you to consider.

We stayed here in early September and found it fine. Nothing outstanding but definitely adequate. The staff was very accommodating in accepting and storing a courier package for us. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok - and nice to have included. Great location in terms of restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of room for family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Loved the location, very close to plenty of places to eat or grab a drink but the hotel is just ok. I had to ask for towels and I still don't think I had real pillow cases. The rooms are a bit funky and I wouldn't stay here multiple nights. For one night, it's ok.

As these are suites there is lots of room to spread out. Separate bedroom with very comfortable beds. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffer maker. Rooms very clean and in good shape. The service was excellent, room and hotel were clean, and booking through hotels.com we received extraordinary value. What a great place to stay. The rooms are very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Something for everyone. Generally this hotel isn't terrible, but there are a lot of little things that could have been better. The service from staff wasn't bad, but I was never told about the gym, and I didn't feel they went over and above.
