For those of you who have never stayed at the quality suites, for the same price of a single room you get a mini suite with a closable door between the living area in the bedroom. Traveling with the family and a play and pack for the baby, we are able to put the kids to bed in one room and relax in the evening in the other. It makes it a much more civil way to travel. For those of you who have stayed at the quality suites in other locations, what makes this location different/better? The breakf... Read more

I stay in hotel each week for a couple of days, first time at this hotel. Booked a regular room they upgraded me to a suite. I thought it was all suites but I was wrong. It was nice to have the room, but the carpets and the couch needed a good cleaning the couch had a bad smell. Flat screen tv in the bed room, but an old fashion style one in the living room area. Breakfast was nice, good choice of items. Even the coffee was good.

I am not a frequent traveller. However, it does not take a lot to distinguish a simple good service from a poor one. I was pleased enough to take the names of the individuals who had served us. I realize that most people go an extra mile to ensure that their complaints are heard. It would be nice if we all did the same to ensure that a good service is recognized. Mike helped us to check-in at the hotel. The individual seemed very well versed and showed effort to ensure that all my reques... Read more

Very large well appointed suites with all the amenities (2 TVs, free WiFi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), friendly helpful staff and good location near several good restaurants and plentiful shopping opportunities. They provide a really good complimentary hot breakfast buffet, daily newpapers and 24 hr. coffee and tea too. Will definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel for my parents, via a third party site. The rate given was about half of standard rack rate. The room, on the third floor had a lovely entrance, mini kitchen with fridge and micro, a wrap-around ensuite that was accessible from the bedroom (which had french doors. There was a nice couch and wingback, as well a large table/desk with dinner chairs for four! The room was clean, fresh, and updated. A nice size TV, A/C, coffeemaker etc. Breakfast was included as well. Parkin... Read more

Excellent free hot.breakfast. Scrambled eggs, cold boiled eggs, bacon, waffles, lots of breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt... Staff kept it full and area clean. Orange juice was very good, not watered down. Our room was a two double bed suite, it had stained carpets and needs sprucing up. When we arrived there were many bits and pieces of white stuff on the carpet and on the bottom of the desk and coffee table. Some may have been lint, or kleenex bits that may have been in the laundry, and some loo... Read more

We like staying in London but this time of year the hotels seem to up their rates! Quality Suits rates are reasonable and the location worked for us. The rooms are dated but everything was clean. Sure the bathroom could use some new fixtures and yes a few more towels as you will read in other reviews. We stayed on a Saturday night, check in was okay. There was four guests ahead of us and two took some time to check in! The staff member was very apologetic and friendly. They might want to add a... Read more

Well, we were up visiting a patient in hospital in London and decided to stay overnight. Checked with Quality Suites and they had a room for us, this will be probably the 7th or 8th time we have stayed here. Great rooms, a suite with separate bedroom, so a larger footprint than most hotel rooms. Great value, too, I cannot figure out why this hotel is not higher in the London hotel ratings than it already is. The manager greeted us upon arrival, and asked a number of times when he saw us on... Read more

We have been going to the Quality Suites on Dearness Rd for many years when visiting relatives and friends in London. It is just off of Wellington Rd in a little enclave. The rooms are all suites with a living area and a sleeping area in another room with double doors entering. The suite is spacious, clean, well appointed and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a mall almost across the street and many restaurants nearby.

This hotel is close enough to the expressway and far enough from the busy main road to be nice and quiet - a MUST on tiring road trips. Breakfast in the morning was fine with a large variety and good hot coffee. Our suite was extremely roomy, and it was clean. Highly recommend!

We booked into Quality Suites for an overnight stay in London this month. Check-in was easy and courteous. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was so large for the reasonable price. It consisted of a seating area complete with a TV set and a small sink and kitchen area. The bedroom was in another room joined to the sitting area by a curtained French door. There was another TV in the bedroom and two queen size beds. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom could be accessed eit... Read more

We booked an overnight stay after attending a play in Stratford. Very conveniently located close to the 401 hwy, many restaurants and shopping. On check-in we were very pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to a suite. Although not necessary for a quick overnight stay, it was great to have the extra room --- almost like being at home! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We asked for a "quiet" room and the evening manager, Maurice, who was SO helpful, suggested the back area ... Read more

For the price I paid on hotwire it ok. Halls were extremely dirty and smokey. Carpet was covered in stains. The first room I was put in reeked of smoke and I requested another. The rooms were well appointed but I couldn't get past the overall condition of the hotel. No way I'd pay full price for this place.

We have been quite q few times. Staff is always friendly, and do whatever they can to help, and accommodate any request that they possibly can. The breakfast is very nice every morning with lots of choices for every taste and mood. We have never had a problem with noise and always clean comfortable rooms. We will be back again later this year. The price makes it a very economical choice also.

Check in was smooth, but my keycard got erased before I even got to the room because of my cellphone. They need a better system for their key cards. I arrived in my room and it was clean but my bed was not made - which for a 6pm arrival I found very surprising. The air conditioning unit had a high pitch squeal, so I kept the temperature higher so I could sleep. Disappointed that Quality Inn/Suites does not have the same standards for each hotel. The room is massive, free breakfast, you can move your thermostat to zero and it still works. My only complaint is that the bed was a little lumpy. Aside from that it is suite. Geoff does a fantastic Brendan Fraser impression (you're welcome audience) and Mo is fabulous aswell. Will definitely be coming back.

I REALLY want to tell you about the wonderful things; clean rooms, good personnel, good price. I must rant on being in room 225 next to the air handler. It turned on with a loud bearing or belt noise and the noise was telegraphed right to the room. I would not have been so cranky but I did request handicap and 1st floor, neither of which happened.
