This is a great place to hold a business event. The Centre is nestled in a great setting, beautifully landscaped. The rooms are very clean and very up to date. There are some rooms with no elevator access so ensure you do not get one of these if you do not a long walk back to your room. The outside patio area with firepit is a great place to socialize and network.

Scenic, peaceful location. Great food and service, very accommodating staff. Meeting room facilities are a bit small, but adequate. Rooms are small, smell musty and could use a renovation. The single elevator only goes up to the 4th floor; guests must carry their luggage and walk up stairs to the 5th and 6th floors.

Had a great 5 night stay while attending a conference. Great food and great service. The staff were all amazing, very helpful and prompt in cleaning up your plates off the table. Within 2 mins of sitting someone would show up to take your drink order. Cant say enough good stuff about the quality of this place and customer service.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and were told that a roll-in bed can be used for the 3rd person. The bed was too short for 6" tall person, room was very cramped. In fact the other room was longer by 1 foot 15' vs 14 ', but the shorter room was assigned to the party of 3. We experienced problem with the drainage in the bathtub, hence taking shower was a bit challenging since the water was draining slower than the water coming from the shower head. I had to unplug the noisy fridge for the night, si... Read more

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely come back here. Rooms were a little on the small size but comfortable. We were here for a wedding and the arrangements and food was excellent. Lots of history in this facility and kind of nestled behind trees so you didn't hear any street noise at night. Beautiful lounging area outside at night with the fire pit and heaters made it for a romantic setting.

I felt that the elevators could be cleaner, as well as the flooring just outside the elevator on the main floor. It's great that the rooms and washrooms are updated (we were in room #3317, I think), but you should consider upgrading the common areas of the building. Other than that, we loved the place, and loved our stay there. Breakfast was fabulous, served in true London style. Our son was in an accident so booked this same day. No other rooms in town. This is not a hotel. It is a residence. Restaurant etc busy with a wedding so were trapped in musty musty small room with leaking fridge and sow bugs. Coffee maker would not work.

Perfect for visiting the UWO, provides calm and study atmosphere within pretty surroundings. Bus route 32 should be more advertised for all those who do not want to walk to campus, it goes to Alumni Hall where it has connections everywhere,

Very nice stay, only thing i would say is that it was a bit cold in my room and i didn't find control for it except of stopping that didn't made a big difference and the bed blanket was thin, would have prefer something thicker. Thanks!

It's a lovely venue but some of the rooms desperately need updating. The wing we were situated in smelled musty and really needed rugs replaced. One of our colleagues complained that the rooms had a mold problem.

Excellent and newly furnished accommodations that are reasonably priced. We were here for a wedding and the food was excellent along with the service. Yard is beautiful and staff were wonderful given the weather as it was raining and guests needed to be moved indoors for the service. Thanks - will recommend this location for business and pleasure.

My best friend was getting married. They had reserved a bloc of 20 rooms. I booked through those 20 rooms 6 months ago at least and I don't understand how it took 45 min to check in and 50 to check out. Also I don't understand why everyone was spread out every where in the hotel and not asked if there would be accessibility issues since no elevators reaches 5-6 level! One had a baby and couldn't even take her stroller and had to walk 15 min to get to her room carrier all her stuff and the bucket... Read more

Have stayed here many times before and have never been disappointed in the rooms or staff. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place to go and still have quick access to do things in London. Thumbs up!!

I went to Ivey spencer through a wedding party. I felt the rooms were too old and small. There was no wifi access and the hotel was more or less aggrevating to manoeuvre. We were a large group yet we couldn't be in a close proximity and you put the future bride and grooms across the hall from each other

I understand that one guess room was reimbursed his cost but my sister's room Steve and Debbie Ireland room was worse but since they didn't complain as much as Steve and Gail Campbell I would recommend you clean the mold for future guest.

The rooms are tired. Cannot control your temperature. The food in the restaurant was very good. Parking was easy. Trying to find the room was a little difficult and when asking a worker where the restaurant was they could not tell us.

Relatives recommended Ivy Spencer because it was close to them. I have stayed downtown before but there is nothing to compare to the setting of this hotel and being able to walk and sit outside after a long day. Beautiful room and very well fitted bathroom. Excellent value for money.

Will not stay again. Very small room for the price we paid. Long walk to the 6th floor which was full of moldy rooms and smelt closed and musty. Mold in alot of the rooms other people in our party were staying in.

Would highly recommend this facility. Staff are helpful, rooms are excellent and the meeting rooms are well set up. Food in Ashers dining room is fantastic. Grounds are well kept, very private surroundings and the staff in the lounge are friendly.

I had an off site program but it was good to come back to the excellent accommodations at the Ivey Spencer Center. The staff was very helpful with my stay. I would recommend this facility to anyone holding a conference, a meeting or a wedding.
