We stayed at the Sandman Signature during a recent trip to Langley to visit friends. We had never stayed there and honestly didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with the stay and the excellent service while we were there. The hotel is right off the highway and so easy to access. It is however a little tricky to turn into, but once you get there once, you know how to do it from then on. We were greeted by a wonderful front desk staff. They were helpful and very friendly answering al... Read more

When we arrived we were informed there were only two rooms left due to a sports tournament - a take it or leave it attitude. The quilt on the bed was stained and the sheets had hairs on them and were also stained so that we wondered if they had been changed. The tile grout in the bathroom was dirty, the sink had not been cleaned thoroughly. We had to cover the air conditioner with pillows as it kept blowing cold air. The noise from the upstairs room above us was quite loud so there are poor nois... Read more

We booked this hotel because it was close to the Langley Events Center and my son's volleyball team was playing there for the weekend. I dealt with Amanda, the sales manager, for our group reservation and she was terrific! Very helpful getting our rooms organized and booked. Upon arrival, all of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was full the one night we stayed, but we never heard any noise. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There is also an nice pool, hottub and s... Read more

We stayed one night and found the staff to be very accomodating. Our original room was with need of some repairs and they quickly upgrated us to a better room at no charge. We would definately come back again. Moxies restaurant in the hotel was a great touch. Food and drink was excellent.

Stayed for four nights on business. Hotel staff were helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The Moxies restaurant on site was adequate but service was indifferent. Breakfast menu offerings were huge - three eggs or large pancakes. Much to much and expensive.

Nice new hotel however freeway noise all day and night. It felt like trucks coming thru the room it was that close to freeway and had to keep turning air conditioner down to try to drown out the noise. Was right by the elevator as well and hotel was busy so noisy with people getting on and off. Make sure to request a quiet room and not by the elevator. Cleaning staff also roll out their carts early and while hallways carpeted walls. Must be thin as you could here that as well. Rooms and linens c... Read more

Im currently stuck in Sandman Hell. Haven't had a working bathroom in 48 hours. Management just suggested we use the pool bathroom. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! And they act like this is normal. Am I wrong for expecting a WORKING bathroom?

Was in town for brother's wedding and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Staff were lovely, when we had a minor issue it was fixed right away. Room was lovely although can be a bit noisy if you are near the highway. Hotel is located close to a bunch of restaurants and there are shops just a quick drive away which was very convenient.

We stayed at the hotel Thursday July 7th to Saturday July 9th. What a terrible stay we had. Children were allowed to run wild, up and down the halls and through the lobby thumping their feet and running into everyone. On the Saturday night we were woken up at 4:10 am to a party outside our window near the front door of the hotel and ac ar reving its motor. Finally at 5:17 am I went down and everyone was gone. There was a mess right at the front door of beer cans and cigarette butts. We will... Read more

Very clean, modern hotel. Staff barely spoke to us so I cant say much about them... We mentioned to the front desk that we had to slam the door in our bathroom to get it shut. She just laughed and didn't really care and it never got fixed. The couch was really hard and uncomfortable. The hot tub was way to hot and the pool was freezing cold. This place was definitely not worth $200 per night! Other then that this place was just ok.

Very clean and easy access to highway and restaurants. We weren't bothered at all by noise from highway or other guests. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Did not use pool but appreciated proximity to Moxie's Grill. Would stay again.

To be honest I was definitely expecting better from a Sandman "Signature" property. It's beautiful on the outside, a bit run down and dingy on the inside. For people saying it was "clean and modern" I certainly would not agree. Decent amenities and easy access to lots of options in Langley. I don't recommend the Moxies (attached to the hotel). I'll save that for another review; they do offer "room service" but add on a delivery fee AND a mandatory 15% gratuity which I think is ridiculous. All I ... Read more

Stayed here for about ten days while attending the nearby Thunderbird horse show and was very comfortable. Everything you would expect in a hotel of this kind with little extras, like the toaster in the kitchenette. Very good housekeeping (they actually do your dishes!), and the rooms are a good size. Beware, some of them can be a little dark, so ask beforehand if that is an issue for you. Staff goes from extremely courteous to indifferent, particularly at the Front Desk. You can get room s... A big group of us stayed here in July for a funeral for 3 nights. And although it was a last minute booking, they managed to get all of our rooms on the same floor which was so appreciated. This hotel is beautiful and a couple of our rooms had the kitchenettes, which were perfect to make up our own breakfasts in the morning. The pool area is simple, with just a pool & a hot tub but it was perfect for the toddlers in our group! We went over to the moxies as well and everything was fantastic the... Read more

The room was very large and comfortable. There was a lot of parking but it's right off the highway and my room faced the highway ramp, too noisy. There is no hotel food, it comes from the Milestones restaurant attached to the hotel so it's pricy. I would stay elsewhere next time.

I stayed here for a week daily living in fear that my truck would be stolen. A friend had gotten hers stolen from the other Sandman hotel nearby and someone elses stolen a few months back. The week seemed to go smoothly until the morning of the last day I went to move my truck and the reverse camera wasn't working. I got out to investigate and found that the tailgate had been stolen. The front staff was generally unconcerned/uncaring about the situation. She even made the comment that I sho... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid-August and had a wonderful experience! We ended up being upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen, which was amazing. Had all of the equipment we needed to cook (basic pots/pans/knives). No blender, but didn't need it for the short stay. They had a small gym (no free weights) but two treadmills & an elliptical, enough to get in a decent cardio workout. Close to grocery store & movie theatre. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

In the low season its possible to get a good deal for this hotel on various hotel booking sites. Its well located and 2 minute driving distance from eating places, coffee places and liquor store. Right by highway 1. Also has an adjacent Moxies...with good night ambience.

I stayed at the Sandman Signature Langley Hotel while on business in mid-September 2016. The hotel decor is somewhat modern and relatively new. There is a Moxi's adjoining the hotel, but you have to go outside to get to Moxi's. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The BIG problem, the hotel's location right next to Highway 1. The highway traffic noise is almost unbearable, even with the windows and blinds closed. Being on the top floor I had the added discomfort of h... Read more

We spent more than a week at the Sandman following a house fire. We were comfortable for that length of time, during the week it was pretty quiet. Friday/Saturday evenings, the restaurant gets quite busy and the parking lot gets pretty tight.

Signature hotel yet bathrooms are less then desirable Gross grout on floor tiles and shower wall tiles. Hair and dirty floor around toilet. Musty smell while in shower but that would be due to mouldy grout. Hotel is a good location, nice hallways and lobby. Rooms are nice just bathroom was gross
