We stayed 2 nights with quality inn langley city. We were very comfortable . It was a very clean room. There was a small issue with the air filters in the heater/ air conditioner. We cleaned them and let them know. They had a repeat breakfast both days. I would only suggest they clean the filters and finish with some minor repairs in the foyers. I may suggest changing up the hot breakfast every other day also. I would defiantly stay again

This was my second stay at this hotel within three months and was disappointed. Lots of confusion during check-in and room was less than tidy. Pulled out the ironing board to iron a shirt for a meeting, but no iron. The in-room hair dryer sparked and spit out pieces of plastic and when I alerted the front desk the response was "sorry". No offer of an iron, no desire to accommodate. Sadly will not stay here again.

Room was clean and we slept normal but in the am so many kids allowed by parents to run around all crazy through halls! Not a bad breakfast spread at all and included but please at least put some light rock on or add a tv with the news on so we do not just sit and listen to people we do not know and all their going ons we care not much about! This will reduce this annoying aspect.

Superior hotel with good price.... Very clean and attractive... Up scale amenities... Impossible to find on my GPS.. Had to call hotel for directions.. Hotel is located in the Home Depot parking lot.... GPS Home Depot and you will find the hotel.... Well worth the hour and a half we spent trying to find the place....this is the first time I have ever been able to say that and most likely the last.

This Quality Inn was a good nights sleep, with breakfast provided for extended hours for those who sleep in. We found the room small, but very clean. beds are good with lots of pillows, staff are friendly and overall a good stay. Close to all kinds of stores, restaurants and malls. Great access to the highways for Airports, BC Ferries, all kinds of tourist sights. Pet friendly, this Quality Inn is placed in an awkward place, surrounded by forest type area for silence from the busy roadway. Ov... Read more

never once in my traveling life left behind items were not returned by the hotel, yes, is easy to say my fault for forgetting to unplugged from the wall, because it was a hidden area in room 307 extreme right next to window wall behind the side table. perhaps I took it for granted as a seasoned traveler, out of rushing, this time I forgot. I checked out around 10am I called around 2pm, front desk said nothing. And no one check into the same room on the same day as I checked out. I took the trou... Read more

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have been in. After checking in I went to my room and I was astounded !!! All of the light switches were broken, there was mold in the bathroom, old blood stains on the bed covers. The white couch was filthy. We could not stay in those conditions and left immediately, even though all of the other hotels were already booked up. Avoid this hotel at all costs..

Good hotel, unfortunely we did not get service for cleaning the room, and manager was sorry for this. Hotels in Vancouver are expensive, but you get a good deal 45 min away from vancouver. You have a best buy, a Walmart, Home Depot and grocery store at a walking distance.

We booked here using hotpoint. It was surrounded by highway and parking lots so the view was sad. The hotel definitely shows signs of being worn, though our room wasn't bad. It wasn't worthy of the 2.5 star rating, but it wasn't really the worst, though I'd probably not stay again.

First hotel of the kind I have seen with covered parking - not enough for everyone but a fair bit which was nice in cleaning out the rental car to pack from flight home the next day. Would be awesome in winter...not indoors...just covered. right beside home depot, home outfitters, Best Buy and some other shopping. Rooms were neat, clean good wifii and modern...a bit small though, but wasn't a big deal for us. Service is hard to describe..when you dealt with the young woman at the front counter ... Read more

My family used to stay in this hotel everytime we came to visit family. However the current quailty of this hotels cleaning standards is frankly Disgusting. I've stayed 2 separate times in a week and both times the rooms have been Horrible. IF you do happen to have to stay here I recommend you wear flip-flops in the shower until they get better cleaning staff. NOT a safe place for young children to be in anymore.

We had an overnight stop here one our way to Kelowna from Tofino. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, and good continental breakfast. After a long day of travelling being able to order in a pizza and hit the liquor store just up the street (within walking distance) was a nice change of pace. Great value for your money.

I will never stay here again. Granted, this is a cheap hotel, however, cleaning can still be done properly! Black Mold in the shower stall, dust so deep on the bathroom baseboards I could see it without my glasses and a rug so stained I felt badly my dog had to lie on it. A secondfloor room with a view of Home Depot parking lot and when I opened the window, the odour of the dumpster wafted in, the dumpster right under the window. No suprise in room coffee was dreadful and the complimentary bre... Read more

Room was very clean and service was good. However, hallways were extremely cold...like freezing! Also, front desk wasn't wearing a name tag or uniform? And she called us at 1050 saying it's 11 o'clock and it's checkout time now...didn't speak very good English either.

Arrived from UK into Vancouver and drove down to this hotel to use as a base for a two day visit. Check in was quick, staff friendly and room pleasantly furnished and clean. Bed was very comfortable and only had one small niggle, the curtains, or to be more accurate, the lack of them. Decorative curtainsveach side of the window may look good, but the don't block out the street lighting th st was immediately outside our room. Other than this, I was very happy with the standard provided, even got ... Read more

We were thoroughly impressed with the service, the room, the Keurig coffee machine, even a fridge in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about it was great. The breakfast was amazing! It was tucked away in a private little spot yet in the city center.

We stayed at this hotel on Aug. 23 and 24th. visiting from Montreal. Good hotel, nice room, full delicious breakfast. Best part for us was the service from the front desk in particular from Cherry Len who went out of her way to help us to get some information for our airbnb that we were planning to stay at but we're having difficulty getting it on our computer. She spent a great deal of time with us and was so patient and kind, she never once showed impatience or indifference. For this we are so... Read more

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The front lobby is modern and clean but the hallways & rooms are not. We had to request to change rooms because the first room we were given had such a strong smell of air freshener it was nauseating. The second room we were given wasn't much better. The linens were stained and worn through in spots. We would not stay here again.

The entrance to the hotel is very low key and almost looks like a back entrance. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior. There was complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is lots of shopping and many restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Breakfast was good. I'd stay here again.

We stayed one night here. Our check in was quick and the over all look of the lobby was good. Despite the fact that one side of the hotel was on a major roadway and the other sides were near Home Depot and Walmart the trees surrounding the hotel made the rooms very quiet. The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The breakfast was not the greatest. We ended up having to nuke the eggs and sausage as they were almost cold. Not sure why. We would stay here again if we were in t... Read more

And Sadly not for the better. Rooms are nice but common areas are getting run down, especially when the are using packing clear tape at the threshold of the elevator to keep the carpet down.... Really??? Breakfast has warm options but is very forgettable, limp soggy hashbrowns patties, and flavorless sausage, at least they have real eggs but that's about the best part. This used to be a great choice in the area but now I have to re-evaluate that. Beds are moderately comfy room was fairly qu... Read more

Stayed on our way to Tofino recently. Left too early to take in breakfast. Gentleman on the desk was great in recommending an awesome Chinese food takeout spot. Room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. $15 quite reasonable for a pet fee. We have paid double in some spots. We will stay here again if back in the area on business or when we travel to the island as a stop over from the BC Interior.

I stayed 3 nights at this location, my room was reasonably priced, breakfast was not bad ... more importantly, the room was clean! My only concern is that the GSA, when handing me my key announced my room number aloud, there were others in the Lobby at the time, for a woman traveling alone on business this is always a point of contention for me. I would only suggest that stricter policy and procedures be put in place, thus further ensuring guest safety. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night our room had holes in the walls and mould in the bathroom. We needed the hidabed also and I had to ask for clean sheets as I opened it up to find dirty sheets. The next day we discovered BedBugs! Adult ones and small ones. I was covered in bites and we found the bugs in 2 beds. We switched rooms for the second night. No bugs, but the second room was also very dirty. The inside of the fridge was mouldy and again I opened up the hidabed to find dirty sheets.
