Enjoyed it overall. Room was basic but very clean and comfy. Minimal noise. Very friendly staff. Only real negative was very poor Wifi at times, even when sitting in lobby it wouldn't work yesterday morning. Considering is a convention hotel expected better level than that. Also I felt $3.50 charge for bottled water in room rather cheesy. Never used it. Likely a cost review may find costs more to bill to people than just providing it for free. Also was good security in that needs room k... Read more

Can have a relaxing evening with-out thinking of drinking and driving. Also the food is good. We often stay over on the spur of the moment, as we both say shall we have a little flutter. If one of us is on a winning streak we may decide to stay over. If not we will drive home.

So the staff are nice, the lobby is nice, the rooms are nice, bed is comfy ... but if your room is on the back lane - beware ! It is VERY noisy.. challenging to open the window for air because there are garbage trucks out nightly - BANGING while they pick up their loads... seems to go on for awhile..

Disabled and treated horribly. never stay here again, will re-evaluate my relationship with Coast. Not nice being wrongly accused. Maybe a big co-incidence, but still not acceptable. Now I am at a loss.

They only have one staff on the counter at one time to deal with a line up and apparently they had a supervisor sitting in the back who was TOO BUSY apparently to come at the front and help out with the line up this poor lady at the front had to deal with. We had to wait for half an hour to get through the line for the check in. When we asked if they had anyone else that lady could call for h... Read more
