Last week or so me and my husband were at this hotel for a family holiday and hated the check in system. They only have one staff on the counter at one time to deal with a line up and apparently they had a supervisor sitting in the back who was TOO BUSY apparently to come at the front and help out with the line up this poor lady at the front had to deal with. We had to wait for half an hour to get through the line for the check in. When we asked if they had anyone else that lady could call for h... Read more

We live in Langley and needed to stay in a hotel for the night. We thought we would try the hotel. Immediately when we walked in the room there was a faint smell of smoke. The fabric headboard had an awful smell to it. The towels were old and felt like sand paper on your skin. The duvet was lumpy and not much substance to it. By morning it had slid down to the bottom so we were only left with the duvet cover as a blanket.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family. The hotel is on a bus route and located in the Langley downtown. The downtown area is quite quiet but there is a very good mall 2km away. We had a king room and the bed was comfortable and fairly quiet even with the window open. The room was a bit tired except the bathroom was more updated and clean. There are no vending machines in the hotel so you have to go to the Casino if you want a soft drink. There is a coffee machine and small fridge in the ... Read more

It's great to stay in a hotel attached to the casino. Most memorable moment,,,the pillows were amazing! I have complained at other hotel chains,,but not this one. Thank you for a great sleep. The staff were great.

The bed was comfortable but the room had a terrible body odor smell. The hotel staff left trays of used room service dishes sitting in the hallway - they were there when I checked in at 3pm and were still there when I checked out at 7:30am.

When booking, it was not obvious that the hotel is under the same roof as a casino. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Not an area to go for walks. Good parking facilities, but outside. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. To spend one night during a family trip OK, but I would not stay several days with kids due to next-door casino. Reasonable prices.

Hotel needs an update everywhere. Rooms and beds old and uncomfortable. Air conditioning loud and didn't work properly. So loud we could sleep. Room needed a carpets cleaned. Musty smell Buffett food cold and limited selections.

Front desk personnel had our reservation ready and were very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfy king bed, could use a couple more pillows. No complaints on room. Had dinner at the Match restaurant. Were seated right away, and our server was very pleasant and gave great service. The food was really good and we didn't have too wait long at all. We gambled a bit and all employees were very friendly. We even won some money. Service everywhere was great until we went for breakfast. The service w... Read more

It was a nice, clean, and quiet room. It provided water bottles, coffee, & tea. The curtains were great for blocking out light. There was a hairdryer, shampoo, soap provided. The only thing I would like to add, would be a magnifing shaving/makeup mirror. We liked this hotel and we would certainly stay there again.

The staff were very cordial and check-in and checkout were a breeze! The attached casino had mailed us discount coupons for their buffets as well as $20 in play money which all got put to good use. Getting to Skytrain was effortless as we'd come in to see the Whitecaps play vs Crystal Palace from Britain where my wife originates. Game ended in a draw. Overall, a great getaway!

I stayed at the hotel to attend a workshop for work - so two nights. I was so impressed, it will be my choice for a hotel should I ever go back to Langley. The room was large enough I was able to move around comfortably. Very clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom well outfitted and lots of room. If you like to use stairs over elevator they are wide and well lit. The staff are so friendly and efficient. I am a tea drinker and they lent me their staff kettle while there - so suggestion is to have... Read more

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed here. This time it was for 13 days which shows how much we like it here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the food is good. What more can I say, we are coming back again for a couple of weeks next year. Really like the down pillows and duvet. The in-room coffee is delicious

Stayed here for just one night after finding myself in Langley, BC. The room was spacious, the king sized bed was comfortable, it was clean. Bathroom was large and clean with a decent bathtub. It was surprisingly quiet given that it's a casino hotel and even though my room was near the elevator. My view overlooked the parking lot but had a really lovely view of the mountains in the distance. This hotel is within walking distance to old downtown Langley. There is a restaurant in the cas... Absolutely no negatives about this hotel. Tidy clean rooms, quick and efficient concierge staff and great maid service. You must try the room service liver and onions with mashed potato. Take a roo on the 3rd floor because you will have two ways to get there, the escalator which goes directly to the lobby and an elevator. There is a casino opposite the concierge. Good hotel

My fiance and I stayed here over the long weekend, B.C. Day. We have been coming here for 2 years. This time we decided to treat our selves and book the suite, and we were very pleased that we did. It was large, clean and the deck was huge! This was perfect for us and just what we needed to get away from the crazy loud city! We both had a bathroom each and it became a joke between us. lol. The kitchenette had a small fridge and large microwave, lovely deep sink and lots of cupboards and drawers... Read more

The room we stayed in was extremely clean and modern looking and had a spacious bathroom. The sheets were very good quality and the bed was extremely comfortable with ample pillows. One feature I really enjoyed was that your room key was required to use the elevator, which was a nice security feature since the hotel is directly connected to a casino. The staff were friendly and attentive, which really made me feel welcome. My only complaints are minor ones. The view is lacking as the hotel is l... Read more

I read quite a few reviews before choosing this hotel. One thing I noticed people were saying was that there is a smell in the room. Regardless of that I booked the room and it was an average stay overall. The room did have a slight BO smell, however I came prepared with a room spray, which did the trick. Our whole stay the internet did not work at all, which was fine because it forced me and my partner to not be on our phones so much. There is a Casino on the lobby floor, which we walked throug...
