Stayed here last fall. The rooms are great, they come with a small kitchen which has a fridge. This came in handy for keeping the items we purchased at the market cold. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is a shopping center across the street and a Harvey's in the parking lot. So the shopping and dining options are really good. This property is just off the 401, so it's close to everything in the area. I'd stay again.

This is a typical Hampton Inn. No surprises. No disappointments. If you've stayed in any Hampton Inn you know what to expect. But..... the temperature of the pool at this location is absolutely perfect. Not freezing cold like so many indoor "heated" pools.

We only stay at Hamptons, we know what to expect and are never disappointed. Some of the Hamptons, however, go above and beyond and this is one. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly as was the breakfast staff. The breakfast is fairly standard but they added a few nice touches and the layout was more inviting than most Hamptons. I'll stay again for sure.

Great Service, wonderful staff, clean and modern rooms, lots of stuff in and around the area. The breakfast area in the morning is great. I really do tip my hat to the staff as each staff member I encountered was helpful, friendly, and smiling. I think that plays a lot on why this hotel runs so smoothly.

My husband and I made a last minute choice to stay in Kitchener the night before an appointment, since we live a few hours away. We were so pleased with almost everything about our stay. The price we were able to get only made available to us the 2 queen bed room. We prefer King rooms, but the bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Good value for money. Some improvements necessary at this Kitchener location. Towels were not satisfactory and breakfast eggs not hot enough. Tea and coffee in lobby was very good to have and hot water for tea was not as hot as it should be consistently. Pool and hot tub were very accessible but not enough time to use in short stay. Had a family member stop in for breakfast. Good to be able to accommodate this for an extra fee of $l0.00. Perhaps could have been complimentary as well.

Nicely maintained, I did not notice any broken out tiles or carpet needing replacement. The front desk was as helpful as you could ask. The pool and workout area, everything worked and was maintained. Convenient location. I had rooms on the fifth and sixth floors, both had great views. If there was one thing they could improve, is on the weekend they close down for breakfast at 10:00. Other hotels keep it open an hour later. I mean seriously, how are you supposed to sleep in?

Worst Hotel Experience I have ever had with my family. Customer Service is not even a consideration on how the management of this hotel conducts their affairs. Pool out of service and no rate break, one hour later check-out refused with no reason given, billed for two nights when only stayed one and when inquired why told was "normal hotel practice" and would not reverse charge. Still waiting 5 days later! This hotel just doesn't get it!

Friday and Saturday nights the hotel was occupied by hockey tournament families. The children played hockey outside the elevator and the parents partied in their rooms. Sunday night was quiet and I would think other week nights from Monday to Thursday would be OK.

The lobby has been nicely updated but there was a si... Read more

The Bad - cleanliness came into question when I found the previous guests garbage still in the bathroom + a towel was shoved into the exhaust vent of the bathroom. The Ugly - me waking up after a night of whooping it up with the clients. Had their breakie + a gallon of coffee - off to... Read more
