We enjoyed our room. Peaceful atmosphere. We had a connecting room with our family members which turnred out toe very convenient. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. Very diversified and tasty. Also the lounging room equipped with different kinds of beverage was very comfortable

We had a very nice stay. The room was great and even though it was right across from the elevator and ice room it was very quiet. The breakfast was a pretty good spread. Didn't get around to trying the waffles this time. The staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Love it here! Cozy and lovely. I stayed on Level 6 and it comes with 2 Queen size beds, good amount of space and lots of shops and food around. Nice breakfast, 24/7 coffee/tea area. Gym available. Ordered Pizza pizza while i was here. Easy and delivers to door!

Not bad for my first stay with Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Kitchener. Pro: Breakfast buffet was good. I liked the omelet and fruit salad. Con: 1.Coffee was just like Tim Horton; It looks like Coffee, BUT DOES NOT TASTE LIKE COFFEE!!! 2. Whirlpool is NOT for two people. Whirlpool too small, ideal for one normal size person. Placement of faucet was awkward and made the seating for the 2nd person difficult.

Dingy rooms, stained couches, worn bathroom furniture, poor water pressure, room had a moldy smell, carpets not vacuumed well. Would not stay there again, not a good choice. Desperately in need of renovation. Staff was nice.

This hotel is close to the 401. It's clean with comfortable rooms including a kitchenette. Breakfast was pretty good too. The staff was great especially the lady in the breakfast room. She was exceptionally friendly and funny.

I really liked this hotel. Check in was smooth, room was huge because we got an accessible room. Breakfast was ok. I enjoyed the free coffee and tea 24 hours in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and had a fridge and microwave. Loved the decor and especially the Christmas decorations. Would recommend this hotel.

It was a last minute decision for me to either stay in KW area or drive back after a long night at one of my clients. The Good - walking distance to a decent bar, standard breakfast fare - if you like those things. The Bad - cleanliness came into question when I found the previous guests garbage still in the bathroom + a towel was shoved into the exhaust vent of the bathroom. The Ugly - me waking up after a night of whooping it up with the clients. Had their breakie + a gallon of coffee - off to... Read more

I am a Hilton Honours Gold member and always try to stay at Hilton properties. We have stayed at this hotel in the past so decided to try it again. We had used the online check in but when we arrived there was a line of 4 people waiting to check in. For some reason the other people had very long check in and we had to wait at least 10 minutes to check in. There was also no available coffee when there is supposed to be coffee 24 hours a day. The lobby has been nicely updated but there was a si... Read more
