Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a spa tub, and a fitness facility. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the resort has a computer station. A complimentary breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast area. For a surcharge, shuttle services include an area shuttle which runs to destinations within 150 km, a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request), and a ski shuttle. Guest parking is complimentary. Business services, concierge services, and tour assistance are available. Additional property amenities include barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. Extended parking privileges may be offered to guests after check-out (surcharge). The property has designated areas for smoking. A total renovation of this property was completed in May 2012.

69 air-conditioned guestrooms at Okanagan Seasons Resort feature coffee/tea makers and windows that open. Rooms are all accessible via exterior corridors. Patios offer pool or courtyard views. Beds come with memory foam mattresses and signature bedding. These individually furnished rooms include desks. Kitchens include full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Guestrooms offer direct-dial phones with voice mail, as well as free local calls (restrictions may apply). Televisions have satellite channels and free movie channels. Also included are blackout drapes/curtains and clock radios. Guests may request irons/ironing boards, extra towels/bedding, and wake-up calls. Housekeeping is available daily.
