Tour Group. Our appointed room still had the soap and hair in the tube from last guest. Room was recleaned. The coffee pot and the last guest coffee pouch still in the machine, the toilets squealed when refilling and the shower beat the hell, out of you. Worst H.I. We've stayed in.

we had a great stay and got upgraded. Waterslide was fantastic. My daughter and here friends loved it. the morning breakfast had a good variety. Staff really helpful. Close to shopping, we were their for a dance competition about 30 min away. Our hotel was full, but everything seemed to run smoothly. My room was clean.

Unfortunately, as soon as you walk into the lobby---it seems like you've walked into a perfumery not a hotel. The lobby is getting dilapidated. The rooms were alright; average. It's quite a hike to get to the elevator that brings you up to the rooms(the elevator you notice in the actual lobby brings you to the conference area, I believe.

Overall I would say this is nicer than the average holiday inn. The beds are super conformable, the rooms seem to be recently done and are really up to date and modern, they have a great indoor pool, laundry services available, nice/attentive staff and a large selection for breakfast (it is your avg serve yourself style setup). Will stay here again if we are back in the area.

Comfortable beds, quiet. Good parking. However, the waterslides were out of commission. This had been a deciding factor in our choice of hotel. They claimed they had contacted all customers with kids. Missed us because my son is an adult (but he has special needs). I guess they don't think adults like waterslides). They did not offer a discount without being asked. No maid service one day. When we called to ask at 3:00 p.m. we were told the maids were gone and they'd send someone "if they ... Read more

Another fabulous stay at a Holiday Inn :) Breakfast was awesome, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked awesome which is always nice. Came down for City and Colour concert. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast bar included a gluten free option a suggestion I would have is to also include lactose free options as well for people like myself. But still an awesome breakfast compared to some others I've stayed at.

This hotel is good value for a non view hotel. We stayed in the tower. The room was nice and the King sized bed was outstanding. Only negative about the room itself was that the fan in the bathroom was not working and it makes getting ready in front of a steamed up mirror rather difficult. The breakfast that is included is more than decent and they switch things up from day to day so it's not always the same. If I am going to give an honest review I have to say one thing about the negative expe... Read more

My family stayed at this hotel over a busy weekend. The hotel was sold out due to two dance competitions, a soccer match and hockey tournament so parking was at a premium. We arrived late in the evening on a Friday and were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel manager outside directing cars to free parking spots. Our room was on the second floor, at the top of the stairs and near the elevator. I was not pleased by the location and expected it to be very noisy, especially with the number of kid... Read more

This hotel is surprisingly over $200/night. It is not worth it. It is outdated, loud and dirty. We had stains on our rugs, long hairs in our bathroom and the hotel had a messy entrance. There were many sports teams staying and were quite loud. The street in front of the hotel is loud as well. We did not even attempt to get to the pool or the breakfast as it was so busy. This hotel is likely a great place to stay with a team or young kids. We stayed here because we had an early flight and it i... Read more

They hosted our Lacrosse team. Beds were comfy and check in and out was good. Shower head was horrible and not sure why all Hotels use that crappy little bathmat that no kid in the world would know is a bathmat. Breakfast was free so no complaints, fair selection for free. Pool was great as it had 2 waterslides. Lots of parking and many restaurants in walking distance. No preferable hotel side. Hope this helps. My 2cts

My husband and I stayed for one night as we had an early morning flight out. It is about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Check in very impersonal. We had a vehicle parked in the lot and their were 2 mountain bikes laying in the rear. We went back to check the vehicle 1 hour later and 1 of the bikes was stolen. We went to speak to the front desk asking if there were security cameras in the lot explaining to them what happened. The guy did not even look up at us. All he said was "No" and "That... Read more

I loved this place! It is on the outskirts of Kelowna as you come in from the West. New, modern, very clean and quiet-and right off the highway, about 20 minutes from downtown Kelowna by car. If you walk out back there is a lovely nature area (Glen Canyon Regional Park) with walking trails-I got some great pictures. I appreciated the in-room fridge and fast, free wifi. It ticks all the boxes for a good Holiday Inn. Staff were pleasant and service was prompt. I would definitely stay there again.

I know what to expect when staying at a Holiday Inn Express, a modern room, all the amenities you need, and a solid complimentary breakfast. I have stayed at quite a few Express properties, and have rarely been disappointed, but this one stands above them all in most ways. I will begin with the service. Clayton provided an effective check in, recognising my IHG Rewards Club membership and everything. We had issues with our keys in the elevator, but the front desk colleagues were always very he... This hotel was so gross. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. After we checked in, we were walking up the stairs and a group of prostitutes and their dates walked in. Once we got to the room, my husband found two long black hairs in the bed, one on each pillow. So gross. The coffee at the complimentary breakfast was cold, it was most certainly the coffee from the day before. The food was stale and tasted old. I'm actually quite shocked this hotel has as high of a rating as it does.

Stayed 2 nights for a business conference. Staff were courteous and quick. The hotel was booked full but they had enough staff on to manage the huge breakfast rush with no food running out. Accommodations were clean and well kept. I have to admit I even enjoyed a couple of slides down the water slides. Would stay again and would bring my family.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a month after relocating from the Lower Mainland and it was a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, in particular Sara, Natalya, and Kesha I think her name was in housekeeping. We stayed here this past weekend. It was a fairly standard Holiday Inn and met all the expectations. The pool area was one of the better ones I've seen. It was semi-ouside and the hot tub is outside on the rooftop which is perfect for nighttime! The beds were super comfortable and overall the hotel was clean and staff friendly! The price was expensive but to be expected for the area. The location was optimal and just minutes away from beaches/lakes!

Thinking that this was an express and I got the feeling it would be quite budget like, but was pleasantly surprised. The main entrance is quite grand, the rooms are clean and well spaced with good quality mattresses. The breakfast area is reasonable and the quality of breakfast was very good for the price. It is hard for me to get used plastic cutlery and plates but otherwise if you want good value for money, you should stay here.

The hotel is centrally located in Kelowna so great access to the area. The rooms are well appointed and clean, the beds comfortable although on the soft side. We stayed in the tower and the elevator was often busy and slow. The breakfast is quite good with hot dishes but very very busy. A tip for parking is that if you are in the tower, go around the back and park underneath to then have easy access to the elevator. It is a bit pricey but that could be normal for Kelowna.
