Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton for the May Long weekend. We chose this hotel because of it's central location between the northern and southern wineries we wanted to visit. Being centrally located made it ideal for seeing the best wineries in the area. The hotel is new, super clean and very economical. There is a starbucks that is 30 steps away from the front door. Being an 'airport hotel' we were under no illusions that this would be anything other than that. However the Four Points ... Read more

Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton by the Kelowna airport for 3 nights and I must say I was skeptical about staying near the airport. However, to my surprise it was rather quiet, could not hear the airplanes take off or land. The service was excellent at the front desk and we were upgraded to a Deluxe King Room. The DKR has a large bathroom with a separate tub and shower and double sinks. The bedroom was separate and really large with air conditioning, the kitchenette/living room also had air co... Read more

I like the location since its away from the busy parts of the city so you don't get the party type here. There is a free tea/coffee bar by the front desk that is available 24/7. Saved us from buying coffee and tea or even water. (Water bottle filling station). Staff was friendly. Rooms are big and bright. Only a few mins drive from town. Parking is free. And free computer to use and wifi anywhere in the hotel.

I am staying at an airport hotel due to its convenient location close to UBC, so my expectations were not high. But I have been very pleasantly delighted by the staff - from the woman at the front desk who walked out to the pathway to UBC so I wouldn't get lost to Sydney who served me a great breakfast on the patio. Surrounded by hills and trees, this airport hotel is not typical and has added to a feeling of serenity and relaxation.

The Four Points by Sheraton is a great hotel. The customer service was incredible. I was here for a business meeting and they were very responsive. The meeting rooms were of a good size and have lots of natural light. The sleeping rooms were well maintained and clean. The hotel is located right next to the airport. You can see the hotel from the airport and could probably walk it if desired. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The... Read more

The hotel is right across the street from the airport so easy access to flights. However, it is a bit of a drive to downtown. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Excellent bed. Very nice bathroom with a great shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Large spacious parking lot for those with bigger rigs. I stayed for 2 nights and as an SPG Gold member they gave me a free drink each evening.

Great New hotel with nice clean rooms, unfortunately the only thing near here is the airport. Everything is in Kelowna or south so you have to drive on a very busy, traffic filled road into town The rooms are bit overpriced but plus is when you get back the TV has a lot of channels

Maybe my expectations were set a little high by the "#1 hotel in Kelowna" rating, but my experience was of an expensive Hampton Inn. The Four Points wasn't bad: the staff were very friendly from reception to cleaners, and the room was clean. The let downs were that the room was a bit utilitarian and the breakfast expensive ($40 plus tip for two) for what we got, which included watery oatmeal and so-so coffee. I wouldn't avoid the Four Points, but there must be something better in Kelowna.

I got to experience my stay at The Four Points for both business and leisure purposes. The hotel management and staff provided us with excellent service. Anything we needed they helped us out immediately and were always on top of it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future. The food is also very good, not like the other Four Point hotels I have stayed at. If you want great customer service you should visit this place!

However not great if you like doing your morning laps, was probably around 25/20 ft across. Also close to the airport which is a plus. Restaurant also had pretty good food. Buffets were average. We booked this hotel for an overnight to catch a very early flight. It couldn't have been any better. It was a bit more than we usually like to pay but it was the only hotel I found that a had a free shuttle so that saved us about $80 or so. If you consider that the hotel was actually very reasonable. The hotel is fairly new, very clean and very nice to look at. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Kelowna.

Recently stayed here for an overnight! Checkin agents were personable, friendly and well-groomed! Room was clean, nicely decorated and for the most part quiet. Heard some noise from the floor below, which I believe was the pub/restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant/pub where service was great, as was the food! Highly recommend!
