My wife and I have stayed here before on several occasions and always enjoy this hotel. This time, we used the early check in to choose room 429 on the back of the fourth floor and Wow! I've never had a room so comfortable and quiet ever. The room was large, clean, comfortable and gloriously quiet. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is easy to find. Our room was very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The linens were fresh, clean, and nice and soft. Unfortunately we stayed on the same weekend as soccer tournaments were going on so parking was very limited when we came back in the evenings. We were lucky to find a spot. The room was quite warm but easy to regulate the temperature and it was nice to have a window that opened. The hallways were hot though. The "free breakfast... Read more

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. However, our family booked the hotel primarily because based on information from the hotel website, we could get a large suite-like room while traveling with our small dog. During the online booking process there were no indications that there were restrictions and booked the large room. Upon arrival we were placed in a smaller room because the room we had booked was not available for pets. We were disappointed because had chosen the Hampto... Read more

This is a great place to stay if you are travelling or on business around the Kamloops area. Easy access onto the highway but far enough off the main road to relax and rest. The windows do open for those of us who like fresh air. However no screens on the windows but I have never seen any flys or bugs. The beds are comfortable but if staying longer because I have a bad back so would prefer a pillow top. Otherwise a great place to stay. Great choice for breakfast for me fresh fruit, if you prefe... I would recommend this hotel to all travellers. You are welcomed from the first steps inside. The staff are friendly and courteous and always have a smile. The rooms are well appointed. I stay at the rear of the hotel for a quiet and restful sleep. I usually visit Kamloops to visit with family. This hotel is further away from them but i love being welcomed and comfortable here. We had a wonderful stay. The entire hotel was very clean and beautifully presented. The jet tub in the room was a major plus. The king size bed was so comfortable that we didn't feel like getting up in the morning. The room darkening curtains helped with this. The walk-in shower was a delightful surprise. This is a great place to stay in Kamloops. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that made the stay very enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious and have very comfortable beds. Follow the recommendation of the desk clerk, they know the best places to eat. Easy access to and from highway #1, with car services close by. Two tour bus groups were at the hotel while we were there, but with the spacious common area there was no impact on the other guests.

Booked the hotel for us and my parents for a golf trip. It was clean and comfortable and liked the convenience of a fridge in the room. The climate control was good since it was very hot in Kamloops. We had a nice view over Kamloops since our rooms were at the front of the hotel. Our room smelled strongly of an odour suppressant, so it made me curious if there was something up with our room. The room was great: modern and clean plus hotel was very quiet. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located close to shopping and the theatre. We will definitely be back again as this hotel provides great service and value!

This hotel is perfect in almost every way. Adding an onsite restaurant and room service would round it out, but Romeo's is a short walk across the street. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and also assistance for printing documents.

The property was well set up with a lounge in the entrance close to the pool and quiet. the rooms were large and spacious with enough room walk around and have hockey gear laid out. I found the rooms to be very sound proof as well. No noise could be heard even when people were in the hallway. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and understanding.
