Great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff. I would definately stay there again. My only problem is with the Hilton rewards program. I stay but I never seem to receive points for my stay. It does not seem to matter which Hilton I stay at. Hilton hotels are beautiful, I have not been to a bad one yet!

Great deck looking out on to water we enjoyed this for breakfast. nice rooms. No fridge in room however which is inconvenient. Breakfast was mediocre. We got there 15 minutes before the breakfast ended so I think that's the reason for the poor quality. Staff was great.

This is a very nice hotel in Elliot Lake. Staff are friendly and courteous. The only negative is the internet service is very poor. As with most hotels, they make it painful to log on. It seems impossible to make it simple: give me a login name and password when I check in and forget all the commercial crap.

Clean, comfortable spacious room that is so typical of Hampton hotels. Overall friendly staff and the breakfast area has a lovely view of Horne Lake. Had it been warm enough we would have sat at an outside table.

As nice as any hotel anywhere, great service and clean rooms with all amenities, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at several Hampton's in Ontario and they are all nice, obviously have high standards wherever they are. Only complaint would be the 'lakeview room' we had was at the far end and really wasnt a lakeview but the lake was right there if you want to go out and see it !

Great location, steps from the downtown. Tim Hortons and McDonald's next door. Connects to nice walking path along the lake. Outdoor breakfast patio overlooking beautiful treeline. Quiet and comfy room. Very friendly staff, directed us to everything we were looking for. A good home base to enjoy the Town of Elliot Lake!

Check in was quick and pleasant. The room is typical hotel room, but just a bit above the norm. The pool was wonderful...heated salt water with no one else there. The breakfast is great. We were on our Kawasaki, and the roads are great up here, and this hotel is a perfect place for a stop on the road.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It was an enjoyable experience. Choices are limited in the area so it was nice that the Hampton is priced competitively and rooms kept and clean. The continental breakfast had a good selection of items. Eating on the patio overlooking the lake was and awesome way to start the day !!! Thanks Hampton.

We choose the Hampton mostly because there are not a lot of options in Elliot Lake. Loved the fact we could checkin and chose our room a day before. Room was good. Nice salt water pool, and nice breakfast. The view of Lake Horne was nice. The fact they keep the common areas cold (too much a/c) was a problem, especially when leaving the pool. Also there is no apparent fans in the bathroom so towel from swimming the night before didn't dry even remotely by morning.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are not overly large. As this is one of the only hotels in Elliott lake it will do the job. The salt water pool was relaxing and the trail by the lake is extrordinary. Be wary of lakeview room though. Most of the rooms do not directly face the lake and the trees are a bit overgrown but you can't beat breakfast out on there patio on a nice warm morning.

We didn't do a great deal in Elliott Lake as we were driving through on our way to another destination. The town seemed a little sleepy and geriatric as it was all rolled up at 8:30pm. The hotel itself is fairly new and as a result has a fresh, clean look. My room was clean and ready when I arrived. My room had a walk in shower which was much better, in my opinion, than a tub. The stay itself was not great. I requested a quiet area and ended up being on the front (traffic noise) side of the hotel and beside the ice machine (where people were filling up entire coolers with ice constantly. We spent more than two weeks here and really enjoyed ourselves. We were given a ground floor room and that was lovely to sit out on the patio. I thought I would tire of the free breakfast but I really haven't. There is a big selection with different types of eggs every day. I must say the high light of the day is to find the server Misty there most mornings with a smile on her face. She does a great job with the buffet but she is so kind to all the visitors. Great stay.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable, clean, quiet rooms, at the ideal location. The complementary breakfast is very nice; a fair step up from the standard continental breakfast - including 'warm' pre-fabricated omelettes and pancakes - not delicious, but decent. The warm salt-water pool and fitness centre are great. There's a small laudromat available for guests to use. Coffee and good wifi in the rooms. Great place to stay.

This hotel has incredibly bad customer service! This hotel does not disclose cancellation policy, be aware of the arbitrary 48 hour cancellation. Snotty General Manager. Reported Sara the GM and this hotel to the Better Business Bureau. I have stayed at many hotels for business and personal reasons and this has been far off the worse experience ever. If you stay here you are going to want to check the bed for bugs. Stay anywhere but here! Very disappointing.
