We stayed for one night in late March. We just arrived on the mainland off of the ferry from the Twassen ferry terminal. It was about a ten minute drive from the terminal. It was difficult to find the proper entrance as the highway exit has been changed since the hotel was built. Watch for the signage directing you there. We ate in the restaurant, the food was good. The room was slightly dated but it was comfortable enough for us.

The hotel is perfectly located if you plan on getting on the ferry the next morning. The hotel was average but the beds were extremely I mean really really comfortable. I could have easily slept longer if I wasn't trying to catch a boat. The service was friendly and the room was clean. There isn't much to do in the area as it's next to a major airport, highways etc. but there is plenty of parking available. My only comments was that it wasn't very accessible - no elevator - and the ramps used to... Read more

This was a very good location for our recent BC Inn Keepers Conference. The pricing was fair and quiet with good parking. The buffet was simply prepared, I enjoyed the beef. The breakfasts were continental well prepared. The overall appearance of the interior showed some wear hence needing some touch ups. Certain amenities weren't working and a room service tray was left outside the room for 2 nights. There needed to be more attention to detail. The washroom was very small & banged my elbow ... I have stayed here in the past, mostly due to its proximity to Delta and the Ferry. On this trip, I was bitterly disappointed. No air conditioning in the rooms, make for a very hot night. You can't open the windows as there are no screens and the mosquitos were horrible. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are very dated. They have a beautiful facility, but the hours of availability are tough to some travellers if they are checking out. In my three day stay, there was no internet. On the f... Read more

They have now changed the entrance into hotel parking lot which is confusing. The toiletries are extremely cheap---one tiny square of rock-hard soap which you have to take from sink to shower and smells awful. Towels are small. Internet was very slow. I couldn't get the room warm enough--phoned desk but was told to turn on fan and it takes a while. All that did was blow cold air. I'm sure they have temperature set as I had thermostat set higher for hours and it never changed. Wouldn't even t... Read more

The hotel has two floors and no elevator creating a problem to move luggage. Needs updating. Staff tried to be helpful but always very busy requiring guests to wait at the desk to be able to get some information. Stayed there before but unlikely to come back. Food at the, restaurant was good with helpful waitress

Had to go to Richmond for a meeting with a few coworkers and found this quiet little place. Great location for our needs and a very decent place for the price. Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. Close to the freeway with good road access in every direction. Staff was friendly and they even have a nice outdoor pool. The restaurant on site could be better but is OK for breakfast !

Far enough away from the bustle of the city, yet close enough to the airport. We paid $98.00 + taxes, the rooms were a bit dated, however they were clean and the bedding was comfortable. The people at the front desk we most pleasant and the buffet on Sunday was exceptional. Beautiful grounds with an outdoor swimming pool open from Dawn til dusk.

Rooms are spacious, good beds, very friendly staff and the hotel is located a short drive from Vancouver airport, the Richmond area and close to the best whale watching tour around Vancouver. The interior is not the brightest, but all very clean and with a fresh smell. We dined in their restaurant, which was indicated as "fine dining". To be honest, the food and service are good, but it is not fine dining, but just good food and nothing special. One negative thing about the hotel: one of the rea... Read more

We stayed with 6 couples and was here for three nights. Our radio/alarmclock did not work and we had bathroom lights that flickered like a strobe. We asked for help with these issues and it took two days to get fixed. Not the motels fault but it's a $45 taxi fare to the airport! Most motels in this price range have a shuttle service for their guest. For that reason alone I would not stay here again unless I had my car.

Well what can I say, on arrival we were very dissapointed to say the least, the photo on the website looked quite inviting unfortunately in real life this was not the case, the fist thing you see is an old dirty couch in the entrance and enjoy even worse one in the lobby, a brown leather suit that had seen better days, but after travelling for more that 20hrs we were very tired so had no choice, Taylor who was on the front desk was very helpful, the walk from the lobby to the room was very cold... Booked this place for being close to ferry for next day. Nightmare to find on road from Vancouver and drove around for ages till I found it. Looks impressive site but very tired inside with a 60's look about it. Staff were very welcoming which helped make up for poor facilities but must say very clean. Choice in restaurant not a lot to write home about. TV in room did not connect neither did wifi. Still it was comfortable.

As stated it's misleading by name alone. Very country little on the town part. Needle in a haystack. Entry for car you circle around side streets to gain access. Rooms are basic faint mould or must smell My mattress was like a hammock well worn out. Given prices it was $110. Had I known it wasn't delta I would have gone to name brand hotel in langley or surry and paid less. I thought I was getting the Delta brand. I was way wrong..... Won't catch me again!

they will definitely be meet here. Sincere congratulations to anyone who can find out how to get into the property on their first try. Once you have figured this out more interesting things await. Cracked toilet seat, rusty shower curtain rod, tired decor are a few of the highlights. The good thing about staying here is how easy it is to get to the ferry.

Chose this location because it was close to the airport, and we wanted a quick getaway when we checked out the day of our flight. This is an older hotel and a bit hard to get to, you just have to make sure you follow the signs. The room was large with two queen size beds that were very comfortable. We did have a fridge and microwave, but we really didn't need them as we were only staying one night. Fortunately there was an on-site restaurant so we ate there; we didn't want to drive around lo... Stayed for 3 nights at the T & C and pleasantly surprised. Attended my nephews wedding with service and reception at the Inn. From dining in the Meadows restaurant to the wedding reception service and catering certainly exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed with bar fridge and microwave. Great value for the price.

We've had the pleasure of visiting this area, this hotel several times over the last few years and have always been happy with our experiences. The hotel, while an older model, is always clean and very well maintained, the staff always pleasant and the restaurant a great asset to the whole experience. This time though, I also want to talk a little about our experience outside the hotel and in the same area as Delta. We wanted to do a little shopping/sightseeing so we decided to use Public T... We chose the Delta Town & Country Inn for its location to the BC Ferries and to the Vancouver airport and we were not disappointed. We had one night each between trips out of the area and found the rooms very adequate and comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant and the meals were great and the staff treated us well.
