The Best Western is a located on the Campbell River shore, approximately seven miles from Campbell River Airport. The hotel is also near golfing, salmon fishing, grizzly bear watching, kayaking, whale watching, skiing, and more.

Hotel amenities include the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, barbeque courtyard, miniature golf, ping-pong, table tennis, Harvest Restaurant, and Freddie's Pub. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, valet laundry service, vending machines, babysitting, free weekday newspapers, 24-hour front desk service, valet parking, free parking, and free local calls.
