The staff is always so helpful and courteous. The rooms are beautiful,. The bathrooms are a great size for a party to get ready in. Any additional questions we had were answered with a smile and professionalism. Great stay as always!

Very sneaky additions to my bill and poor customer service, had to pay for parking as well which is not clear when booking. Restaurant told us we could come in but said we had to eat within 40 minutes to eat and leave before reserved guests . I would have rather been openly told they were full and found somewhere else than deal with such an obnoxious comment.

Perfect for Calgary stays, Hotel Arts is clean with friendly staff and centrally located. Big bonus for me was the extremely comfortable bed and bed linen. Also extreme was the water pressure in the shower, but I see that as a positive!

We have been very busy with work and needed a quick getaway. We decided to try our first staycation instead of flying to California for the weekend. The hotel is nice. Food is awesome. What we wanted more than anything was to relax by the pool. It's not a huge pool but it's a pool and the temperature is in the high 20s. The POOL is PACKED for a party and not with hotel guests but with bros who come to drink, dance and check people out. That goes on all day from 11-5 on weekends in the summer. I'... Read more

Room was comfortable, food at Raw Bar was excellent. If you want a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of city living do NOT go to Hotel Arts. Both Saturday and Sunday feature a "pool party" from 11am - 5pm. The music itself is great and is curated by some excellent djs. The crowd on the other hand is made up of Alberta Bros standing around posturing, reliving that time they went to Vegas and got bottle service at Wet Bar. When we arrived the valet was uninterested and unhelpful. So were the staff at the front desk. The swimming pool is too cold to use. Location was good as we were running the marathon the next day. There are much better hotels in Calgary.

Do not take room 224 as it is next to the gym and every morning you will hear and feel the banging of weights or the person running on the treadmill. If you have a lot of bags and are in this room they do not tell you there are stairs to get to this room and the trolley you used to get all your bags (we were getting married so we had a ton of stuff) cannot be taken all the way to your room. The shower heads seemed to have never been cleaned. Water comes out of areas it shouldn't which decreases ... Read more

Excellent accommodations and a great conference location. We upgraded to a slightly larger room and really appreciated the seating area for our four day stay. The balcony had a wonderful view of Calgary's downtown skyline - it was a treat to have fresh air! Our conference room was quite chilly but the facilities were excellent otherwise. Excellent dining at Yellow Door and some amazing restaurants within a short walk.

Enjoyed my stay - perfect for business travel in the area. The front desk staff was accommodating - asked what type of room I would like since I was there for 5 days. Always friendly in the morning. Good restaurant in house and other good options nearby. The room was attractive and quiet. What else do you need?

I was told the room may not be ready that early but they could hold my bags for me. When I arrived they had put on my file that I was arriving early and they had a room ready for me which was awesome after a 4 hour flight I just needed some sleep. Thanks Folks for the great stay. I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, starting from when we pulled up to the curb. It's a beautiful hotel. Lobby was comfortable and staff is friendly. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space for your clothes. The restaurant was fantastic. I'm not often impressed with on site hotel restaurants. The boiler wasn't working so the outdoor pool was more like a lake. But overall the rooms were really good and the front desk staff were really nice. Great location. Only handy plug-ins were in the bathroom so made it difficult to have someone shower and another person getting ready.

Yes the rooms were nice; we enjoyed the balcony and the extra large tub. Unfortunately our expectations were not even close to being met in your pool area or restaurant as you now call it. There were no loungers like in your photo so we were unable to lay in the sun and relax. When we wanted to order some food we were told that there is a $5 dining charge, needless to say we declined. Yellow Door restaurant can be rather a hit and miss depending on the time of day a guest eats. For $358 CAD / night, I expected better. Yes, the hotel was nice, the room spacious, the location was good for the Stampede (but we used our car anyway instead of walking because we had reserved parking included in the Parade Day Kick-Off Package), But I wouldn't stay there again for those prices. Didn't make use of the amenities because there was no time - wasted dollars. Yellow Door Bistro had good food and the portions were good too. The Chef's Choice selections were great.
