This hotel is a good place to stay with the family. We had a two queen bed room. The room was a good size and appears this hotel has been recently renovated with modern fixtures. Free underground secured parking was also a nice touch to have. We visited the pool area. It's a little on the small side but it was good enough and the slide was fun. Free breakfast was also good, a few more options than the "traditional" free breakfasts offered by a lot of hotels. Rooms were very clean.

My family stayed here for a wedding, and the property was perfect for our group. Ample space in the lobby allowed us to be together without squeezing into one or two hotel rooms. The location is great, renovated rooms are very comfortable, and breakfast offerings are plentiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great experience!

Water slide and quick breakfast option made this work for our early games and active children. Rooms were cleaned upon early game returns. Elevators activated by room keys can cause issues with children. I did even had to key the elevator for a few adults who found themselves with no key to get back to the right floor.

Very good. I have come to trust Hampton Inns. Room size, cleanliness, amenities as well as the service are consistently good. I was pleased with my stay. It seems churlish to point out a negative but the underground parking (which is an excellent feature, by the way) was a bit awkward to drive in and out.

While I found most aspects of the hotel quite pleasant, I am writing with one complaint that made the experience less than ideal. The bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable - lumpy and swayback, it gave me back pains throughout the night, leading to a fitful sleep and quite tired by morning. The lobby was elegantly appointed and breakfast was quite substantial. The gym was tiny and unusable if there was more than two people in the room. In the room, there was a lack of places to store your cl... Read more

Stayed here for 8 days for business. The room was clean, very large and comfortable, with a fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was ok, but sort of boring when you're there for a week. The lobby area is well-lit and comfortable. The laundry room was great, and was open 6am to midnight. The underground parking lot is a plus. I wished there was a restaurant on site.

The bed was comfortable. The wifi was great except for that thing where they cut you off every 24 hours. When will they get it? The view was of a parking lot. The hot water came and went, and on the last morning when I had to leave at 5:30, I had to shave and shower with cold water.

Great location. C-Train goes right by and McMahon Stadium is right behind on Crowchild. Plenty of restaurants nearby, from McDonald's, to Mr. T's Barbeque, to Nicks for celebrating a special occasion. All within walking distance, and of course, Hampton Inns always includes a buffet breakfast!

With a couple of changes, this would be 5 stars. Hilton has started installing sliding bathroom doors that provide very little privacy. In this hotel the bathroom faces into the room, not the entry hall. To be blunt, sitting on the toilet, with the sliding door closed, you can make eye contact with a person on the bed 7' away. Not good! Also the hotel provides only two towels, hand towels and face clothes. I stay in 30-40 hotels a year. ALL provide at least 3 of each. Is this a two star place? ... Read more

This Hampton was one of the best we've stayed in. Rooms were large, beds comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. But, the best was the breakfast which was well above what we usually see in a Hampton Inn. Coffee was good, not weak, half and half, multi-grain bagels, scones, citrus fruit mix, plenty of bananas, and a nice setting just off the lobby. This hotel is in the hotel park near the Banff C train station so ideal for acres to Downtown in about 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and engaging being able to help us with advice on the area and getting our keycards sorted when they lost their setting. The room was modern and spacious with a lovely double shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was the best that I have had in a Hampton Inn fresh and well presented. Overall highly recommend this hotel of you are going to Calgary.

Had a bad experience this time which has made us not to want to stay here again. Left behind a newly purchased jacket and a hoodie. Realized 2 hours later that we had forgotten them and phoned to hotel. At first we were told that the cleaning staff did not find anything in the room. Upon requesting them to check again we received a call from the general manager who told me that the cleaning staff insisted that there was nothing found in the room. She said that the policy of the hotel is whatever... Read more

Stayed here for one night. Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Nice large shower. Breakfast was a standard breakfast. Had small premade omelets and waffles. Only issue I had was the noise. Could hear people talking in the hallway constantly. And also could hear doors slamming. Noise proofing from the hallway to the rooms is not great. On a side note... If you are leaving your room at 6 am. Please be considerate and not let the doors slam.

This facility reflects the best standards of the Hampton chain. Other reviewers have commented on the quality of their stay and I have little to add in that regard. Excellent customer service, clean quiet rooms, and a highly satisfying guests experience overall. Those that have not downloaded the Hilton App for their smartphone should consider doing so. I largely use the app for my bookings, and the "check in" feature in which one gets to select one's room is super.

Room was very clean, plus bedding and beds were clean and comfortable. Comp breakfast had lots of options and area was clean. The only fault I had with the room was opening along bottom of the door into our room. The rubber strip along bottom of room's entrance door had been cut off thus allowing approx. 1" of space under door open to hallway, thus I don't believe that would meet fire codes plus lack of privacy issue. This issue is why I gave the property rating a 4 instead of a 5.
