The Deerfoot Inn has always treatt The Deerfoot has always treateded me very well. I can not count how many times I have stayed at this hotel on my to or from work. The food at the Restaraunt is good, the staff are always friendly. Although a little far from downtown, access to downtown is very easy. I have recommended many people to stay at the Deerfoot and have never heard of anyone who has had a bad experience.

We were attending the Richard Marx concert so decided to extend our weekend by staying overnight at the hotel. Check in was easy, and I was impressed by the room. We were given a room on the top floor which was furnished nicely and very clean. The room comes with a coffee maker and small refrigerator, and the hotel even provides you with a complimentary bottle of water ... nice surprise. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet for sleeping. We ate at the Mohave rest... Read more

I stayed at this property for three nights in May 2016 for a business conference. I was in Room #618 and and it was a king size bed with a sitting area and a desk. Room came with mini fridge, Kuerig single cup coffee machine, bathroom and shower, ironing board/iron, etc. Had everything I needed for my three day stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were neat and clean. We had breakfast and lunch buffets at the hotel and the food was tasty. The conference rooms were large and spacio... Read more

Whenever my husband and I want a night out we hit the Deerfoot Inn and Casino. A great swim and slide area for those travelling with kids - which we utilize many visits - but we like our grown up nights out here too. Check in is a breeze and there is always flavoured water there along with dessert samples. The rooms are well appointed with treats on the pillows, bath and body works toiletries, and fresh cream in the fridge.... The little things. The casino is small but fun, with great live... Read more

My fiancé and I had an amazing night in the jacuzzi suite, the suite was beautiful, and so comfortable for a night away. The staff is so friendly, and very nice. We eat dinner at the Mohave grill, which was delicious. We also enjoyed live entertainment in the casino, and spent time playing the slot machines. I would highly recommend this hotel for a date night out!!!

This is a delayed reviewed, but all good feedback from our stay. We stayed from Thursday, April 14th - 17 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was really clean, check in was fast and quick, and the customer service was great! We had our room cleaned every couple of days and they did a great job! The lobby had large containers of water with lemon, cucumber and orange in them and that was a nice treat! The pool was nice although a bit small, and there were 2 hot tubs. We had the buffet on ... The rooms are decent, however the lack of amenities earns this hotel a low rating. This hotel does not have laundry facilities on site, you will need to take your clothes across the road to the truck stop. Breakfast is available, however is very expensive and often takes 30 to 40 min just to get basic dishes.

We have gone to the Friday night buffet a few times a year for the past several years and while the cost is slightly higher than other Casino buffets in the city, the cost has seemed reasonable as we all like crab as well as the prime rib. However, there have been recent changes to the way the buffet is run as we discovered tonight. Apparently, the Casino decided to discontinue offering the crab legs last March and due to customer demand recently brought it back - for an additional cost. So, ... Read more

Disappointing. Served in a dark, unattractive conference room. Black tableclothes. Doesn't actually include the crabs legs, they are an extra $12. The prime rib however was perfect and delicious. I wouldn't go again.

We asked for higher and were given a room on the 7th (top) floor. The room was very clean, everything looked new. The Keurig coffee maker and small fridge were a really nice touch. I have stayed at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino a couple of times, including the Business Jacuzzi King Suite and we have really enjoyed our stays. Little extras, like real cream in the fridge for coffee, some complimentary water and snacks are really appreciated and a great touch! Room was spotless! Tabatha helped arranged the room for us and she is the best! The Water Park looked amazing if traveling with kids, with a slide for the bigger kids, splash park for the little ones!

We had a great stay in this hotel. The beds were comfortable, and there was very little noise from the hallway. Asked for a room on the main floor, and they were happy to accommodate, even with our late check in. The entrance was well lit, and I felt safe going in and out alone. We were moving and had a truck full of belongings sitting in the parking lot, and it was not disturbed. Really appreciated the free newspaper in the morning as well. Great staff and a great experience!

Yes they did give me 50.00 off after I asked for a discount, the whole situation not handled well at all. Great hospitality - cozy and good food without the glam. Casino has great entertainment especially on Saturdays. The room are great and comfortable free snacks help in the middle of the night. Beds are my only complaint - a little too bumpy but couches in most rooms make up for it. Free bottles water and cookies. Great TV and Wifi. Awesome property and 20min from everything you want. Been twice and would definitely go back again and again.
