So impressed with the comfortable bed I had to share. Like sleeping on a cloud. Not to firm not too soft?.just right. Aaaaaah. Food is excellent, staff is helpful. Attended a Toastmasters Conference and it was wonderful. Close to Staples and a White Spot as well as grocery store if you need one. Not exactly a parklike setting but great for events. Would stay here again - probably will actually because the next Toastmaster Conference is going to be there in the Fall.

Once again, I would like to acknowledge RICHARD LAMMAM, Banquet Manager for an outstanding experience we had at the toastmaster conference this weekend in Burnaby. Richard and his team and all the servers were everywhere to make our experience memorable. You should be very proud of your employees for their hospitality, positive attitudes and exceptional service. In an era where customer service seems to be declining, your team makes the difference. Executive Suites is nice - not spectacular, but clean and competitively priced, and friendly. It's in Burnaby, so If you are driving around Vancouver, the free surface parking is a nice perk. The hotel is within fairly easy walking distance to Sky Train's Gilmore Station (Gilmore & Dawson), as well as a Tim Hortons, a Save-On-Foods, and some fun restaurants, such as JOEY Burnaby. For business travelers, rooms have basics - including free WiFi - and the bathroom is fairly nice. My room had... Read more

The rooms are mini suites with a mixture of furniture colours and flooring that gives you the feeling they are part way through a renovation. Bedding was clean but the floors could of used a once over along with the hallways. Overall for the price it was good, the restaurant located in the hotel is worth trying and there are plenty of options within walking distance. They do charge for parking on top of the room charge.

Executive suites is a good place to stay for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was a bit nervous walking down the hallway to my room. The decor inside the hotel is a bit dated. Management and staff are friendly which is always a plus to me. Wifi is free! The a/c in the room was not cold. The fridge wasn't either. My leftovers from dinner didn't survive the night. The bathroom was clean... my only concern about the jacuzzi tubs... they are really high! For a short perso... Read more

My husband, my friend and I were in town for a concert and stayed here. Although it was clean, the room was weird. The set up was odd... I don't know how to explain it better than to say it felt like we were in some seedy basement suite when sitting in the "living room" area. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I probably wouldn't stay here again though.

Upon arriving Executive Inn & Conference Centre, my husband & I received a warm welcome & excellent assistance from the EICC staff. Throughout our 4 day stay, the EICC concierge manager & staff were very professional, friendly & accommodating. They gave us their undivided attention to answer our questions & provided information about Burnaby, Vancouver & sites of interest. The hotel is clean & pristine. Does the trick but nothing fancy. Biggest complaint by far is the coffee machine in the lobby that charges $1.50 per cup. Never before have I seen a hotel that charges for coffee like that. Front desk is severely understaffed when a rush of people come in at the same time. And the smallest beds I've seen in a long time - pay the extra if you like your space at night time :)

Thank you Asif for making our stay pleasant! Ida is the masseuse at the hotel. She provided excellent massages and was very friendly and helped make the experience so relaxing. Thank you Ida! I came here recently to get some solo time. the rooms are comfortable and with a larger washroom and jacuzzi shower tub. There is a couch, desk, ironing board, full fridge and good closet space perfect for the business traveller. Front desk was friendly and there is free parking. I believe there is also a weekend spa that your room charge can be partially redeemed for. I did not take advantage but I would book again for this perk.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 days while visiting the offices of Vancouver Coastal Health which is about 400 yards from the hotel. The hotel is well appointed and I really do like the suite configuration for sn extended stay. The bed us extremely comfortable and I slept well all nights even through the jet lag following the flight from London. I didn't eat in the restaurant however the steak I ordered on room service was delicious. I definitely stay here again

I have an office in Burnaby so I travel here frequently. When my first choice wasn't available I decided to give here a try as it was close by. It was a perfectly fine hotel, there was just nothing about my stay that leaped out and made me want to stay here again.

All I can say is don't eat the pizza in the lounge it's disgusting and I was sick all night long. Although the manager was ignorant to the complaint the food manager ensured was taken care of. Hotels in and around Vancouver are crazy expensive. Although not really in Vancouver, the location is walking distance to the Skyway train only a 10 minute train ride into downtown. There is a Shopping Mall and many restaurants nearby and a grocery store one block away. Those are the "pro's". The "con's", are that the hotel charges for parking, the rooms were a bit on the "tired" side in terms of maintenance and décor and if you have a room facing the street the noise from the Skyway train... The place either needs to be updated or just do what all the other places are doing. Sell the land, put up a condo and cash out - maybe it's the owner's plans. My wife had a two day course hosted at this hotel so I came along with her and worked remotely from our room during the day. The suite was clean, had great amenities and the hotel has a nice hot tub and pool. The service was excellent. The front staff member Akash was really helpful and professional. Next time we come back to Burnaby we will stay here again.

Stayed here 6 weeks and the staff were great from the housekeeping to shuttle-bus drivers and to the front desk. Jin, Roman, Richard, Mr. Brown, Steven and many more, sorry if I forgot your name. Always greeted with smile and "hello" what ever time of the day.

The stay was comfortable. I found the location to be in a good place since the train station is a short 5-7 minute walk. The front desk staff for the evening shift was friendly and helpful. I had the most interaction with Akash who always greeted me with the smile and was knowledgeable about the city whenever I had questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Akash highly recommended for his professional help (!) The rooms were both clean and quiet. They were well serviced each day. The showe... Read more
