Just wanted to say thanks to all the Hotel Staff for a great party we had Saturday March 5 2016 at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre. They were absolutely fabulous at taking care of us. All the staff were extremely friendly and all made sure our stay at the Hotel was most enjoyable. Special thanks to Denika for arranging the event and helping it to be a great success, also I would like to thank Catharine our head bartender who went out of her way to make sure our party guess... I was not impressed by this property- the f&b left something to be desired and the 'drive up' style rooms left me feeling uncomfortable as a single female traveller- requested room change but was rudely told this was not possible. on the positive side- parking is free.

We stayed here while attending a concert nearby in Hamilton. The hotel was very busy at check-in, but the staff was great. I wish I had taken note of the woman's name who checked us in. I felt so bad for her, she was obviously feeling under the weather, but she performed her duties with a smile on her face. She was there the following morning too, again with a big smile on her face. We weren't at the hotel very long and didn't check out everything the hotel had to offer, but the room was la... Read more

Easy location to find. Front desk staff friendly. The pool was great. One of the best hotel pools we have had in a long time. Lots of food options close by. Received a super deal through Travelocity secret hotel! Fridge and microwave in room as well as small single cup coffee maker.

Back in November I bought a night at the Holiday Inn at a silent auction at a charity event. Well my wife and I cashed on this past Saturday. Lovely stay. Staff attentive, made sure we were ok with everything. Good pool. Hot tub a bit small and lacking sufficient jets but Heh it worked. Came with breakfast well laid out with adequate choice. Could use a bit more heat in warming trays as bacon and such barely warm but again was pretty good in terms of presentation and staff helpfulness. A free ... Read more

We stayed one night as part of an event in the area and were so impressed by the staff at this hotel. Every one of them (including the cleaning staff) approached us to say hello and went out of their way to help us. The room was a good size and well organized. We chose to look out at the parking lot so the room was quiet. It was clean although needed a bit of TLC to the general maintenance (the sink didn't drain, the lightbulb in the hall light needed replacing) but these are minor issues. The... Read more

I stayed here for one quick overnight to make some business travel easier. The hotel is in a great location for access to Burlington offices near the 403; it's not right downtown. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had heated floors, which was a nice touch. It's an odd design though; because it's in an industrial area, some of the rooms face onto an inside courtyard that also houses a common area for guests. If there is a large group, or even a small one using that space, the so... Read more

The Hotel is older but well cared for built during a time when bigger was better and great for families, large pool, large atrium, video games, Outdoor basketball and tennis court. We stayed with a team group for a sporting event with rooms over looking the indoor Atrium, staff was great and allowed the kids to play around in the atrium and we could watch them. The indoor pool area was nice with a large pool, hot tub, Sauna and they had a staff member on duty to watch the pool which was great. R... Read more

This place really specializes in conferences and the staff, food and organization is top notch. The hotel itself and rooms are dated, but clean. Catered food for our event was very good, better than the restaurant itself. Conferences are their specialty, no doubt about that, and for that reason I would highly recommend them.

The lay-out of the hotel is great. The restaurant on site was great for breakfast but expensive for other meals. There is an open green area. They were great with our service dog. The room was clean and freshly turned out each day. Four days there a great jumping off place to other cities in the area.

Was here fro a conference over 3 days. The hotel's location leaves something to be desired, but there are a lot of dining options close by. The hotel itself is in reasonable condition. The meeting rooms were fine and had everything we needed. The rooms were a good size and had a mini fridge and microwave, which is always nice. Although a bit dated, the hotel is clean and well maintained. My room had a coffee maker but no coffee so not terribly useful. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate in staying here in the future. A nice hotel with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Our soccer team stayed at this hotel the weekend of June 3-5th for a soccer tournament in Ancaster...yes, it was a little distance away(20 min) but right off the highway, easy to find/access & SO worth it!! The hotel was clean, quiet, well staffed. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful with all our needs. The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of old looking. Looked like the Best Western I didn't want to book. The bathroom floors were heated, which is something I've never experienced at a hotel. The breakfast buffet wasn't an option, you had to order from the menu and I only had 15 minutes so although I spent more money to get free breakfast, I wasn't able to take advantage.

Good stop close enough to Toronto to avoid traffic. Great front desk girls when we arrived. Slept well. Even though it was literally the hardest bed I've ever slept on. We were in and out fairly quickly arriving late after a baseball game and heading towards Detroit in the morning, but I'd totally stay here again.

We stayed here for business, and were greeted by a friendly efficient desk staff. Check in was quick, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was very comfortable and I was happy to see this hotel had real pillows (note the mini pillows most hotels use lately). The only issue we had was they did not have their breakfast buffet while we were there and their staff was not up to serving food quickly, which when you need to get in and out can be a problem. I would recommend it to people visiting... Read more

Booked two rooms at this hotel for a one night stay to be close to family in Burlington after a weekend wedding. The rooms were fine, although a bit dated. It did appear to have a nice pool and workout area, as well as a games area, so would be perfect for families with young kids. The location worked great for us. The other standout was the warm & welcoming Front Desk staff. They were so friendly, especially Donald, from the Miramichi.

Room was fine and staff was very nice. Bartenders were excellent although the bar had no A/C (not their fault) due to some work being done on the roof. A standard Holiday Inn room, nothing wrong with that. Our room was located on a secure floor (key card access) for added security and comfort. The room was clean and in good repair. It was an inside room overlooking the courtyard, so no view, but I like this since the hotel is located next to the busy 401 and from past experience know that it can be noisy. Convenient location near highway, local restaurants, and the Burlington Mall.

The hotel itself and its accommodations are good enough although I'd consider not good enough for the price you pay. The service though is not good, the person that greeted us and checked us in was friendly, but the person that checked us out shouldn't really work in customer service. The room was small and sort of out dated, but the bed was comfortable.

Stayed for a couple of days here as the Hilton Garden Inn where we were planning on staying was full (rate there is $30 a night cheaper). Overall the hotel is ok, it is clean, has a nice pool however for the price I did find it a little rough around the edges. Example include what I can see as water damage in one of the stairwells, in the giant atrium they have the outdated video games etc. Staff were very nice and friendly though. I stayed here one night with my daughter. It was Labor Day weekend, so there were very few rooms available in the area. That is probably why the price was so high, way out of the range I would usually pay. I booked online, and the rooms with a single bed plus a pull-out couch (the least expensive) were not available, so I had to pay extra for a room with two separate beds. When I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms available with two beds, and I would get the room with the pull-ou... Read more

Attended this hotel with a hockey team, and it was the typical hotel that is starting to look tired. Mind you, the location is great, the hotel layout was fine, but it could have been cleaner and fresher, especially after we paid a premium for the room. The beds were awful, like sleeping on newspapers. I am sure that there is better value out there.

Great staff hotel is a bit dated however the service was wonderful. The restaurant has a breakfast buffet by most standards it is okay but a bit pricey. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn hotels and have used them in many locations; always found them good value and well-run businesses. Sadly this hotel was not quite such a high standard. On the plus side the hotel is conveniently located by the QEW, staff gave a warm welcome, there is plenty of free parking and we found the nearby Burlington Mall very useful. I have stayed at this location a few times for an annual conference and while being a great spot for conferences, the rooms are dated and in much need of updating. The hotel is nothing fancy but ticks all of the boxes for facilities. If you are staying in this region you obviously have your reasons and needs and I would assume that they don't require 5 star hotels etc. That being said the service of the staff was 10 stars, the staff were so accommodating that it made me deviate from my regular hotel chain to try another holiday inn hotel for my next stay and I wasn't disappointed there either.
