Rooms were clean, staff was great! Loved the Staff at Breakfast. Very friendly and amazing service. Kids had a great time. Spent a lot of our time in the pool. Check in and check out was very easy. Business area with 2 computers and Fax machine were a huge help for unexpected business.

My sister and I traveled to Burlington to visit old friends. We chose the Hilton Garden Inn, based largely on the online reviews we read, so it's only fair to give our review, in return. We loved the King suite as it gave us plenty of room to spread out, and 2 t.v's so one could stay up and watch, while the other hit the hay earlier. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It had the feel of a small hotel, with all the amenities we wanted. After a brisk walk on the treadmill, we enjoyed breakfasts... Read more

I would recommend this hotel. Our family had an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was excellent and our room clean and comfortable. The location is great with access to the 403 and numerous box stores around. It was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room and a grocery store right across the street. This help keep our food costs affordable.

Overall, I had a good stay. Very comfy bed. The room did smell of stale cigarette smoke though. The food was very good, and the staff very helpful. I would stay there again, but I would ask for a none smoking room.

Couldn't sleep with all the noise, it felt like the highway was in the room, & if it wasn't the trucks it was the noisy air conditioner. not a good place for meetings, cause you won't be able to sleep. And if you try to talk to the Manager forget, she is always in hiding!

We have been returning to this hotel for years when we visit family and friends in the area. We used e-check in and although we arrived a couple of hours early, our room was ready. We reserved a king one bedroom suite. We had also requested several items for the room and all of them were in place when we arrived. Perfection. This hotel is reasonably priced and we will continue to come back here in the future. It is conveniently located near the highway but you don't hear the traffic. It is also... Read more

As always this hotel delivers what you would expect from a Garden Inn hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast to start your day. The beds and linens are very comfortable. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and the room was a perfect layout for traveling with a four year old. The hotel is off the highway, although you can't hear any noises in your room, which is good. Room is pretty nice. Because of its location, there's not much to do around the hotel in walking distance, the hotel bar is not open during my stay, probably because there wasn't alot of people staying. If you have Hilton Honors membership, you can to pick your own room, which is a big plus for me.

I was hoping based on the description that this hotel would be embedded in a shopping center with convenient access to restaurants. But it was in an industrial park. The guest services were excellent. Convenient access to the highway. I found the entire dining experience to be poor. The servers and staff were aloof and rather uninterested. Maybe just not helpful enough. They seemed almost insecure or inexperienced. Otherwise it was an attractive hotel and the rooms were fantastic.

The rooms are very small. The bed was hard. The buffet breakfast for 12.99 per person was terrible. The bacon was cold, and the English muffins were like cardboard. Also, the coffee was cold and the glassware was dirty. There are no restaurants or shopping in the area because hotel is in an industrial area.

Overall it is what you would except from a Hilton. Clean, nice rooms, and good service. For me the bed was a bit too soft, but not bad. Location is decent about an hour away from Niagara Falls and 50 minutes away from Toronto. Shopping near by...malls and strip malls. Nice restaurant in the area as well as a movie theater. This is one of the nicer Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Lovely lobby. Nice spacious room. Reasonably priced. Good location and really one of your better choices if staying the Burlington/Oakville area. My one quibble is the name of the property. It is located on the border of Burlington and Oakville, 30 miles from downtown Toronto. So including Toronto in the property name could be misleading to travellers not familiar with the area

The hotel is a good Hilton Garden Inn. There was nothing that really stood out that would make me say it was an excellent hotel or a horrible hotel. We didn't use the facilities other than the room for sleeping after attending a wedding reception around the area. The room was clean and functional. We had a room facing the highway. It wasn't that bad other than the odd truck that really made a lot of noise but the air conditioner drowned most of that out with it churning to start up and then... Read more

My preschooler and I stayed at this location while visiting family. The room was very clean, the King bed very comfortable. Lots of room for out stuff. I the traffic from the freeway can get loud, we should have gotten a room on the other side. The breakfast offers TONS of options. But the pancakes and baked beans were a bit bland. We loved all the choices, everything from fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bacon, pastries... so good! And laundry service!

We had a nice king room perfect for the evening. We were attending a wedding and chose this based on reviews. The lobby was nicely decorated with a lot of seating free breakfast but free wi if, but we went to Coras 4 breakfast and what a treat..a little pricy but a lot of food. The bed and pillows were comfy and we had a fridge in the room and enjoyed the Kuerig tea. Not bad for about $125 for the night.

We have stayed often at Hilton Garden Inns and found this one to have some quality issues starting with a plugged toilet when we first arrived (first use) and ending with a cold shower in the morning. Management responded to the plugged toilet by dropping off a plunger. I was up very early at around 5:15 and ran the water for around 10 minutes trying to get the water warmed up before taking the plunge into a cold water shower. We informed the desk attendant prior to leaving.
