We were out in the Winter Park area for a long ski weekend and had to stay another night due to weather and had to find another place for one night. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses and they are a great value. We got a one room suite and had plenty of room and the bed was comfortable and the morning free breakfast was just fine for all of us - had something for everyone.

Rooms and location are good, close to food and resorts. Kinda small feeling common areas, but fine. Workout room was decent, pool was decent. desk Staff seemed nice but very ski town attitude of not worried about much. Staff around hotel was great!

Could not have asked for a better stay. Hotel was newly remodeled about two years ago, and feels brand new. Room was roomy, comfortable and modern. Honestly, not what I was expecting from a HI Express. Only negative was the room had a shower but no bathtub. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Very courteous, friendly and helpful, especially Jacob. Great hot breakfast. Nice lounge area. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and liquor store. Highly reco... Read more

My wife, 9 year old grandson, and I stayed at this hotel from 12/26-30, 2016. Its location is great. There is a tubing hill basically across the street, and there is skiing, skating, and snowmobiling a couple of miles away in Winterpark. If you go the other direction out of Fraser you are only about 10 miles from Granby where there is more skiing. The hotel looks to be in very good condition, and our room (a king and a pullout sofa) provided us plenty of room. They have coffee and hot choco... Read more

This place was totally remodeled. Everything was every clean and beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and the breakfast offered a varieties of options. The staff there were very warm and helpful. They made me feel welcomed. The fabulous Granby and Grand lakes were very close by and are definitely worth a visit. We hiked at the Adams Fall trail which is also nearby.

Nice, updated HIE. Nice to be off the beaten path of Winter Park and Grand Lake. Jacob was wonderful at greeting us, ensuring our special requests were accommodated and providing some very helpful ideas for dining. He obviously likes what he does and it shows. The room was very clean and well appointed.

I've used Holiday Inn Express hotels pretty extensively for travel and this location was pretty typical. It was a little more "bare bones" than some of the locations I have stayed in, but it was very clean and I will have to say the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had gotten up at 2:30 am that day in order to get to the airport so I asked about an early check in. Brandon took my phone number and called me when the room was ready, so that was greatly appreciated. Will definitel... Read more

This hotel is conveniently located off the main road running through both Fraser and Winter Park, Colorado. It seems to be fairly new and is in great condition! Everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. We felt safe, secure, and enjoyed the newness of the hotel. The breakfast was traditional fare for Holiday Inn. It was nice having access to hot chocolate, coffee, and tea throughout our stay. The only negative concerned traveling with our dog. We made reservations ahead of time, no... Read more

The facility appeared to be brand new; things don't get any cleaner than that! Our room was spacious with a separate sitting area that enabled us to enjoy a delivered pizza dinner while watching tv. Excellent value for the $.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express on 108 Zerex in Fraser, Co. is the best. We were greeted at the front desk by two courteous young men. The staff that fixed breakfast both mornings we were there could not have been more helpful. Everyone at this hotel greeted us with a smile and warm greeting every time they saw us. They all seemed to enjoy their job!!!!
