Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was hearty and had lots of choices. I appreciated the hot chocolate and tea available throughout the day and evening. Comfortable lounge area. Pool was relaxing and clean. Convenient to restaurants, ski areas. Family friendly.

It was my second stay at Holiday Inn Express® and Suites, Fraser. The hotel is located 10 min away from Winter Park Ski Resort and is good alternative to overprized Winter Park properties. The shuttle bus stops net to the hotel. There are Safeway supermarket right across the street to get essentials at the good price. Make sure you get your sun screen and lips chopsticks ;-). There is a ski/bicycle repair right across US40. The hotel staff is courteous. As a platinum member I was offered an u... Read more

We know this is not "No. 1" in Winter Park area on Trip Advisor, but it sure beats anything in the area for those who want consistency in accommodation vs. those who want to take their chances on the variability of B&Bs. Renee Cook, the manager, has done it again!.....for us, at least! We have family in Granby, and have now stayed at this Holiday Inn three times in the last six months....Renee and her staff, including Robert, Brandon, Kathlyn, and Joe are always welcoming with smiles and ready to... Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and went out their way to make sure everything was just right. They serve breakfast that was plentiful and had lots of choices. The hotel is located right off the main street but it is on the quiet side of town away from the main part. There is a Safeway across the street and lots of restaurants choices are within short driving distances. The only thing negative was their WI-FI was somewhat erratic but it was free so no big deal u... Read more

Got a flat tire while traveling through the Rockies, necessitating an unexpected overnight stay in Fraser. Brandon was managing the hotel that evening and helped make a stressful experience more pleasant. He was helpful in finding us a room, getting it prepared early, and directing us to a mechanic to fix the tire. The property is nice and the rooms are clean. The rooms with mountain views and balconies are especially nice as you take in the sights and watch the sun rise over the mountains.

One of the best nights sleep in a hotel I have experienced. Great mattress and pillows. The hot breakfast was excellent. The view from our room was beautiful. A very nice area. It was quiet and peaceful.

We spent a 2-night stay in June. Rooms easily adjusted to our preferred cold temperature. Beds very comfortable and my husband is picky! Appreciate elec outlets on both sides of the bathroom mirror. Elevator was always slow, but the stairway was wide and easy and convenient to use instead. Breakfast buffet was efficiently monitored. My family did not care for the new-fangled pancake machine, not as tasty of a product as prepared waffle mix. On Sat am, the bread options were not fresh, but after ... Read more

Check in was so pleasant...beyond what I expected with warmth and personality. Room was larger than expected with king bed, sitting area, and such. Liked the fridge and freezer as I was hiking and needed those conveniences. Close to dining in winter park. Would stay here again . I did upgrade to a balcony which was good for a sunset but view was so-so during the summer.

Best hotel we have stayed in over the past several weeks of travel in the Colorado mountains. Staff very helpful and accommodations were exceptionally clean and functional. A bit on the pricey side but worth it!! We'd definitely stay at HIE in Fraser, Colorado again.

The staff were friendly and happy to help. We had three gymnasts who needed to be at their meet at 7:15 am. The breakfast was scheduled for 7 but they had it up and running early so our girls could some fuel in them. Thank You!! The girls Rocked their meet! Everything is new and clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The room was comfortable and quiet. This was a last minute booking due to staying too long in the area during the day. The included breakfast was OK, but not anything to write about. The staff was friendly and even got us a few tooth brushes. I would stay here again in a pinch, but there are many other places too stay with views and things to do at a similar price.

We arrived at 3:30 in the morning after calling ahead needing a room with two beds for two nights. Upon arrival we walked to our room to find one bed. We went back to the desk, got a new room and went to the room to find one bed. Back to the desk, this time we got two beds. The clerk was very apologetic and upgraded our room. Nice pillows, good view, balcony you, and clean room. When we left we re only charged for one night. Thank you.

Room was spacious , bedroom separate room. Well lit, bed slept great, great water pressure in shower , beautiful landscaped property. We just checked into this hotel for a 4 night stay. The people at check in were friendly. We were supposedly "upgraded" to a suite. The room that we were put in has no bathtub, only shower. The whole bed shakes when someone gets off the elevator as it's super close to it. Not impressed. Tried to get switched to a room with a bathtub and have been unsuccessful. Not looking forward to 3 more nights at this location.

We were only able to stay here for two nights, wish it could've been two weeks. Hotel seems to be new, and it's on a beautiful lot overlooking a park with a river, and the mountains. A big plus is that we had a small balcony. It's a small hotel, in a very small town. There is a Safeway store nearby, within walking distance. We sure enjoyed walking down to the park and exploring, there were lots of people hiking, riding bicycles, playing. What a nice surprise to have this right at your door... Read more

We spent 1 night here at this hotel and we are very satisfied with the accommodation. For the amenities offered and where it was located, I thought it was expensive. The room were spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4. There was a balcony with a view. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was clean. Had a good time here.

The Holiday Inn Express is new, spotlessly clean, and has both free breakfast and an indoor hot tub/swimming pool, so it is a great choice for families. The room was quiet and well-laid out, the bed was comfortable, and the TV was a good size and easy to see from the bed. The breakfast included lots of kid-friendly items, such as pancakes that are ready in one minute and cinnamon rolls, but also healthy choices like yogurt, fruit, and eggs. The desk clerk was awesome: warm, friendly, and helpful... Read more

Crispers always great choice at the Village for quick and good before movie. Had their new BBQ pork sandwich and corn salad. All I can say is Yummmmmmm. We were told It was not staying as an item and so disappointing. Don't think most folks would think to order it as they arre not really barbecue place. They should be giving out samples and more folks might just try. They also have the best French Onion Soup and so many good salads. Great kids menu. Lunch or dinner- always just enough food. Oh... We stayed here for one after coming through Rocky Mountain National Park because we had some activities planned in Grand Lake (~ 45 min north) the next day. The hotel sits right beside Rt 40 in town, just a couple miles from Winter Park and there are plenty of restaurants in Fraser, as well as Winter Park, and a Safeway right across the street if you need groceries. Spent 2 nights while hiking and paddle boarding in the area. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was nice, modern and clean. Well lit outside, fire pit was going outdoors as well. Only had a couple of cinnamon rolls for breakfast, they were very good! The coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime was nice to have available. Room was quiet, we were on the back side of the property. They are accepting of dogs as well.

New, bright and clean. We stayed in a suite that was modern and airy with a huge balcony and large windows. The whole place looked really fresh. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the Holiday Inn Express on 108 Zerex in Fraser, Co. is the best. We were greeted at the front desk by two courteous young men. The staff that fixed breakfast both mornings we were there could not have been more helpful. Everyone at this hotel greeted us with a smile and warm greeting every time they saw us. I've used Holiday Inn Express hotels pretty extensively for travel and this location was pretty typical. It was a little more "bare bones" than some of the locations I have stayed in, but it was very clean and I will have to say the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
