Booked this hotel online after a long drive from Toronto. The check in process was lengthly and uninformative. We asked for directions to our room and the lady behind the desk merely pointed in a general direction behind us. Along the corridor we were hit by the horrible of stale cigarettes, ironically it is a non smoking hotel! The room was basic but ok for the price paid. I woke up looking forward to the complimentary breakfast but was whole heartedly disappointed! Anyone would have thought we... Read more

I stayed at this hotel and it was excellent. The service was incredible and the room was very clean and neat. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here. The check in and out was very easy and the staff was very accommodative to all of my needs.

Had a jacuzzi suite for a night !! Everything was just great. The room was clean and had no complains about it. The front desk helped us with a lot of information about what to do when in area. Breakfast was great too !! Would recommend to stay there when visiting Bracebridge

Stayed over one night to make it to an early meeting. We booked online and paid next to nothing for the room, so we didn't have high expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were well kept and warm. Check in was quick and friendly and the WiFi quality was excellent. Breakfast was a little disappointing (bread and cornflakes) but there is a Tim's just around the block. All in all, a decent economical stay.

Clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, lots of hot water, new tv, very quiet, well renovated, breakfast was fine with good selection. Location was very good for being able to get around Bracebridge. We will positively return here. Good value for our dollar.

Great service , great girl at front counter , clean rooms everyday. Will be using them again ! Great showers and water pressure, and tons of hot water. Excellent for what we do( drywallers). Towels anytime and freindly owners........ wish you guys had a couple smoking optional rooms though.

This place is very clean and the beds we found very comfortable. Free wifi worked perfectly and it is just a kilometre away from down town Bracebridge. Many restaurants in just a walking distance. The free continental breakfast was ok just lacking protein but I guess because they are vegetarian?

Great stay. Kinjal at the front desk was really helpful.m, gave me directions to Santa Village that was about 10 minutes away. Conveniently located close to a few restaurants and shops in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This motel seemed like a great value. IT IS NOT!! It was old and falling apart. The room looked like the door was kicked in and they just fixed it. The bathroom floor had dead bugs on it. And worst of all the air conditioner and mini fridge were so loud it kept us up all night!

Worst hotel ever! Booked 2 nights to get ready for wedding and avoid drive back to Toronto. Checked in late. Got our key and went to shower. Not enough towels. No toiletries- no shelves in shower or near sink. Shower old & decrepit-door broken. After shower I find no hair dryer. Ask for one. Only to find no plug in bathroom. Asked about another room. Worse. It is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Only thing is bedding was clean. TV didn't work & everything plugged into extension cor... Read more

The rather high price for a double room here is entirely due to its location in Muskoka (and in high season), and definitely not for the services offered. The place is now run by a lovely Indian family, whose young boy was at the front desk when I tried to check in. He kept me waiting for fully 5 minutes while (unbeknownst to me) he continued playing a video game on the main computer, while making me think he was searching for my name! Admirably cheeky. His mother seemed to appear then disappear... Read more

We slept here one night. A Wednesday. Clean room. Very clean bathroom. "breakfast" is included, but don't expect Eggs Benedict - cereal and toast and coffee. I'm not a tea drinker so I don't know if there was tea. Staff were friendly and informative. We had a loud group carrying on an extensive conversation in the hall - until I opened my door and asked them to "GO AWAY", politely. Excellent for the price - but not the Ritz.

We spent one night here. It was clean, newly renovated washroom. The free breakfast was a bit disappointing, the ice machine didn't work but they did give us some. The beds were comfortable. It was in a quiet location. Staff was friendly.

The room was small but clean, and the beds were comfortable. Other than that, the hotel is quite disappointing. No shampoo in the bathrooms, bare minimum in the way of towels. Breakfast was really bare bones minimum. The coffee and juice was good, but no coffee cream. Seriously! No knives to spread butter on our toast. I went looking for staff, and was greeted only by a faint voice through an intercom and locked door. Not impressive at all. Be prepared for very basic service if you're s... Read more

It's one of the cheapest motels in the area.... but good reason why. No shampoo in the bathroom (that was a shock), the wi-fi doesn't work and we tried on multiple devices. The rooms are small, dark and musty and we needed to open a window because the night we stayed the 'town' lost power, 4 people staying in one small room it gets stuffy with out A/C or a fan. We could open the window but it had no screen so if we left it open we would have a room full of bug. The breakfast included is muffi... Read more

I have stayed at the Knights Inn several times in 2016 and 2017 visiting friends. The owners are very hospitable and the rooms are clean. The night rates are excellent which may be why no shampoo is offered and breakfast sparce. Great rates over amenities, I'll take the rates! Bracebridge and surrounding area is beautiful and Knights Inn is cheap and cheerful for any booking. Spend your money on other things besides a room you will not spend much time in except to sleep!

Best bang for the buck in Muskoka. Stayed for 3 weeks on business. Great rate for everything you got. Close to downtown Bracebridge. Breakfast. Accommodating staff. Clean spacious rooms. Quiet. Will definitely re-visit.
