We were booked in here as part of a tour and it was a real disappointment. The air con is awful- noisy and inefficient. It was 38°C. The staff were friendly and got us a pedestal fan. The pool was pleasant however seating is very limited. Our last night there, we had three blackouts overnight....the air con doesnt come back on with the power.

So where do I start?? Check in, room not ready at 3pm. Staying for 4 nights and asked for a nice quiet room. .....ha ha finally got into room and air conditioning doesn't work ( is already 41 outside) and loud douf douf music pumping outside. When I went down stairs to complain was told no more rooms and the music will go till midnight. They finally sent someone to look at air conditioning ( who had no idea) and after some time found a new room. This room there is no hot water.....!!!! Omg ... Read more

Great sized room with really cold air conditioning. Bed as hard as a rock. Staff although very friendly, had trouble understanding basic English. Room not very clean. Breakfast very very basic. Asked for a later checkout, offered to pay but was denied. Lift didn't work. Hotel not recommended and wouldn't go back.

I recently stayed for 2 nights with my family. We were greeted on arrival with drinks and cold face cloths which was lovely as it had been a long journey. The staff took our luggage to the rooms and showed us around them. The rooms were neat, tidy and clean. They had working aircon, free water, tv and a bar fridge. I guess the only real negative is that the room had a few cracked tiles and a scratched bath tub but for $40 a night, we did not really care! We were in a room very close to the lob... Read more

The staff in the hotel were good, the room was a good size. Not a very great view, the breakfast could be a bit better than what was there. You can not call the hotel a Boutique because it's not. I would how ever stay there again.

I stayed here as the beginning point of an Intrepid tour. The rooms are quite spacious, as is the bathroom and water pressure. The aircon in room 301 only works on one speed and temperature, loud and cold. The accoustics are really poor, you can hear the person next door showering and people talking in the corridor. The breakfast is limited, but the view from the restaurant is really nice. I had a four hand oil massage in my room for $18 USD, that's good value for Siem Reap and it was a great ma... Read more

Good service, Clean and neat rooms, nice and early breakfast, quite (not much sounds). Accepts multiple currencies. Very friendly staffs, right in the center of Siem Reap, easy accessible, known to all tuk-tuk drivers!

I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at this delightful hotel. The staff were all very helpful and the hotel was very comfortable. It is well located with only a short 10 minute walk to the town centre. Free wifi, pool and of course air conditioned. I would be pleased to return to this Hotel.

We stayed here as part of our intrepid tour. It was a nice hotel in a good location with very friendly and helpful staff leading to an overall positive experience. Central location and easy to access local transport. Perfect place to stay if your swinging through for a few days

What really made this place was the service - Rooms are clean - Location is prime: just a tuktuk or walk away from Pub Street - Has all the amenities you need for a short stay - Great roof top view Review have mentioned loud AC's but didn't have any issues during our stay, rooms were kept very well and noticed the floors were mopped People are the front desk were great, English was very fluent compared to other places we stayed. And they helped us with recommendations of thing... Read more

We had a good stay at this hotel. Room comfortable and cool and we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Very friendly and smiley staff. Great location and all the tuk tuk drivers knew it. Not a large pool , but our 12 year old loved an afternoon dip.

Service is friendly, room is clean and spacious, restaurant rooftop is lovely & the food is nice. The 3 hour happy hour is great too! Reading through some of the latest reviews, there's quite a bit of negativity, but for $40/room/night, what more do you want? I'd be happy to return.

I needed to visit a medical clinic while staying in Siem Reap, so I called the front desk to ask for a recommendation. The person at the front desk gave me a recommendation, and then told me that the hotel would happily accompany me to make sure all went well. I thought he was just being nice, but the next day the hotel had a staff member and tuk tuk waiting for me at the time I wanted to go. The trip to the clinic was easy, smooth, and quick, in large part thanks to Claremont Angkor. I've r... Read more

We were picked up from the airport with a tuk tuk service which was a great way to start. The hotel itself is nice and fairly clean but a little worn i.e. the sheets and towels but for what we paid it was clean and cool and a great location. Walking distance to the market and eateries or a $1USD tuk tuk ride. We did Angkor Wat while we were there and the hotel organised it for us with the tuk tuks outside. I cant remember what exactly we paid but I don't think it was more than $7 USD each for ab... Read more

We stayed happily here for 3 nights as part of a tour. Great location, clean rooms and lovely staff. We enjoyed our stay especially sitting in the rooftop terrace in the evening. It's rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend it for a place to stay when on a ttour of the area.

Stayed as a solo traveler but part of a tour! The rooms were big and beautiful, the bathrooms were a bit temperamental, but the staff was extremely responsive and kind! There was a lot of great outdoor space and it was really easy to walk to all the fun spots and night markets Siem Reap has to offer! I would definitely stay again, and take advantage of the tuk-tuks that are often outside in case you don't want to walk!

We stayed as part of a tour group, so had very minimal expectations. Upon arrival I realized what a great hotel they had chosen. Rooms are clean and big, breakfast on the rooftop was not only good, but had great views. The staff were great (a theme everywhere in Cambodia) and even helped get us to the bus stop after we missed our ride. Wish I would have booked an extra night or 2 there. Take a business card if you go out on tuk tuk, found many of them were not familiar with this hotel and h... Read more
