Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is minutes away from pub street if you're walking. Pool is great to cool off in after a hot day at the temples. mr. Thahm (sp) was our Tuk Tuk driver and he was great! Highly recommend him if you are visiting the temples. Happy travels y'all!

Cracking little hotel in Siem Reap. Facilities were as anticipated, comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were promptly served and filling. The staff could not have been more helpful in organising trips to Angkor Wat. The tuktuk was fab! Staff English was of a high standard. The Hotel is also just a short stroll from Pub St. where the 'action' is! Good bars, fun street food stalls and posher eateries. Had a real good feel. The Hotel pool was a real bonus! Travelled in April when the temps hit the l... Read more

The photos and the reviews, I definately expected more. The staff have been lovely and helpful and friendly, I cannot fault them on that. However, the sheets and bathmat for the bathroom were stained, the bathroom is in desperate need of a good scrub and an update wouldn't hurt either. When we complained about the sheets, we were offered a room upgrade, however we had already unpacked and settled and didn't feel like repacking. We were told upon Checkin that breakfast wasn't included, and was $... Read more

Super friendly staff, great big rooms, decent shower, nice pool, great location. Rooms are a bit spartan but spotlessly clean and great for the price. Loads of local restaurants nearby and only a 10 minute walk to Pub Street. I organised all my trips to Angkor Wat through the hotel and had the same tuk tuk driver each time - a really pleasant polite guy who couldn't have been more helpful. Guys on reception were all really friendly and helpful.

Their staffs are overall friendly and helpful. Location is great. It is located at a quiet street where Pub Street and night market is just a short stroll away. Room is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness for the room is ok. I would definitely recommend the place to budget travellers.

Not the cleanest but comfortable enough. There were some grubby marks on the walls which didn't get cleaned when the room was serviced. Bathroom was acceptable without being anything special. The bar and restaurant were nice and all the staff were very friendly. The location is central and it's easy to walk to pub street or the surrounding areas. The pool area was great! Very clean water and very refreshing after the hot sunny days walking around.

I stayed at The Villa Siem Reap with a group of friends and family, we booked three rooms in total and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were fairly basic, but very clean and comfortable, everything we needed was provided. The Villa was conveniently located nearby great restaurants, shops and bars, which were all within walking distance. The Villa has a nice outdoor restaurant/bar with polite and helpful servers, the pool is perfect for a swim after a day of temple tours. The staff were very we... Read more

Very good location if you want to be in the city. Room was just fine, bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but everything worked. good value for the money. Pool was nice looking but a bit run down. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry service was very convenient and affordable. $9 for two big loads of laundry. Folded nicely and available the next morning.

Wonderful stay here. Staff - from Phally at the front desk to Pip at the restaurant were the friendliest I have encountered in my travels. Filled with local knowledge which made my trip here all the better. Rooms were nice, cleaning staff attentive, and dependable. Price is a steal. Location is great to restaurants and Pub Street. If I was going to start a hotel in Cambodia I would steal the entire staff and pay them double!

We enjoyed our stay here; for the location and value. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. We liked the Breakfast after returning from our tour; and swimming in the small pool. Some rooms better than others. If you want the best, upgrade to the suite; it's worth it.

Everything was great, room, pool, staff, beer, food, and the location was perfect. Stayed for 13 nights, the bars took a battering (as did my liver!!!!) Bo (captain of the restaurant and bar) was of great help, thanks Bo.

Great service from the booking of hotel, up to our airport greeting until departure. Mr Phally is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. He know the place very well. He helped a lot in trip planning and time management during the trip. He introduced a lot of attractions when I asked for opinion and he didn't forced us into decision. The arrangement were perfect and the food that he recommended were awesome. Phally even gave us a map and show us how to walk around the area. Other than that, ... Read more

We stayed here four nights as a base for touring the temples and Siem Reap. The staff are very friendly and will help arrange tours and anything else you need. The room was clean and serviceable. The hotel has a nice pool, free airport shuttle and a good breakfast. The hotel is a little outside the center but the Tuk Tuk sevice works very well so it is not an issue unless you want to be able to walk into town.

The Villa is excellent value for money, although there is a HUGE selection of accomodations to choose from in Siem Reap. This is my third consecutive year staying at The Villa. Place which continues to be excellent value for money, but the place is slowly showing the "wear" of accommodating a steady stream of clients. A spruce up would serve it well. Very well located with very polite staff. Very roomy rooms. Hallways can be a little noisy with returning partygoers. Notwithstanding, I still defi... Read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Siem Reap. The staff is very friendly and they greeted us with some delicious fruit juice and a nice explanation of all the things that we could do. Our only complaints would be the lack of do not disturb/clean my room signs which was quite annoying when the housekeeping showed up at our room at 9 in the morning and we were still sleeping. We also had a room on the ground floor right by the lobby which got a little loud a few times, but that was due to... Read more

Convenient located in the centre of town and just a short journey to the airport (20min via tuktuk), this hotel offers great value ($32 per night) including breakfast. We got a room on the ground level was kinda disappointed as the room seems dark and unspacious. We requested to change room but couldnt as there are no other available rooms. On the second day, the hotel staff was kind enough to inform us theres a bigger and brightly lit room available on the second floor that we could change to.... Read more

Booked 3 deluxe rooms. Rooms are very spacious and comes with basic amenities such as hair dryer, mini refrigerator and tv. Aircon is also cold so it was very enjoyable for us especially after our outdoor visits to the Temples. Advisable to wear long pants to sleep as I got bitten by bugs. However none of my other friends were infected. The Receptionists were really helpful and we are all satisfied with their services. Such a shame about this place, I'd done a bit of research about staying in Siem Reap and this place looked great for me. It was within my budget, had good reviews and had a pool, since I was staying here for 5 nights I thought it'd be great to spend a few mornings around the pool after a hectic travel around SE Asia. Upon arrival the pool had about a foot of very scummy looking water in to which we were told it would 'probably be fixed by tonight' so we took them up on their offer. Before half w... Read more

I'm a solo traveller who spent 5 nights at the Villa Siem Reap. The hotel is located an easy walk to Pub st and Kings Rd to eat or go to night markets but still out of all the noise. The local eatery's just around the corner are good also. Rooms are basic but have all you need and are good value for money. Phally and his staff are excellent. They always greet you with a genuine smile and a hello. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I only ate breakfast at the hotel so i can only comme... Read more

Great Location. Just a 10 min walk to 'Pub Street' and markets. We also had our own tuk tuk driver during our stay who would take you anywhere you wanted to go and wait for you. Food at hotel was great. Pool area is a great place to wind down. The hotel staff will organise any tour you want and organise it all for you. Great service. This is only a small hotel not like some of the big resorts you can find on the way into town. only negative is the rooms could do with a Little TLC.

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel manager, Phally, was excellent. He made sure our visit at Siem Reap was memorable. Phally helped us arrange our travel needs and accommodated our requests. The location of the hotel is great, close to the market. The Tuk Tuk driver we hired through Villa Siem Reap, Mr. Thy, was also excellent. Mr. Thy made sure our two kids and my elderly Mom were comfortable when they just want to take a rest in the TukTuk while my wife and I explored the temples. The... Read more

We had a great stay in The Villa, Siem Reap. Staff were very friendly and offered great advice on trips and things to do. Rooms were very nice and spacious including a nice bathroom. The pool was the perfect temperature however the only negative about the pool area is that at about 4pm the pool area is in the shade from a large tree so don't expect sun until sunset. Having said that, the value for the hotel was excellent and around a 10mins walk to pub street, we would stay here again.

Arriving at the airport, there was a man waiting for us for a shuttle transfer to the hotel completely free although we arrived at midnight. The check-in was fast and the man of the reception was awesome!! He explained to us all tour options and entertainment taking into account the number of days that we will spend in Siem Reap. Room was spacious, very clean, daily free water and the shower was nice too. The hotel is located near the center (5 minutes walking to pub Street). No doubt, if I'l... Read more

If you need just a comfortable bed and decent pool then maybe this should be your destination. Nothing special by any mean and I don't understand why people say this is the gem of Cambodia. It's not the most clean or comfortable place to stay. Location is perfect though and the staff is very friendly and the price is affordable.

I booked four nights at the villa siem reap initially but ended staying ten. The place is managed mainly by two young lads who are friendly and Helpfull. Free pickup from airport was nice, the rooms are spacious and there is a decent sized pool which is chlorinated and clean. Ten minutes walk to pub street but the local neighbourhood is full of bars and eateries.I paid 14 quid a night which is very good and I would stay again. MR NEIL

Upon check in you are given a delicious ginger and lime (I think) juice. The staff is very helpful and kind. Front desk staff was great when it came to arranging transportation and tours. The woman who works nights at the restaurant is wonderful!!! Sweetest lady ever. The first room I stayed in was very spacious and clean.
