This hotel was perfect for our family the rooms were spacious and clean the staff super friendly. There was also a pool and a rooftop jacuzzi that were quite lovely. This hotel was also socially responsible and it obvious that they gave back to their employees and the community at large.

Every Wednesday there's a great selection of tapas for only $1 per plate. Even better the drinks are all a dollar too, including wine! The tapas I had were really tasty, except the spareribs. Three of us got them and they were very tough, I wouldn't recommend them. The ham and cheese croquette however were sooo good! Great service and very prompt :)

Given the reviews I have read previously on here, I had rather high expectations about this place. Sadly, during my 6 night stay (broken into two parts) I was very disappointed in this regard. Some (not all) hotel staff at reception were unfriendly during our entire stay and didn't bother dealing with requests quickly or at all, such as getting additional towels, or showing basic politeness, such as greeting you back when passing by reception. The rooms were very simple with basic furnishing. ... Read more

Selling itself as a boutique hotel. Very clean. Rooms spacious, comfortable bed. Staff very helpful providing tuk tuk drivers and information on tours. Airport transfer free of charge. Could organise activities through hotel. Far enough from pub street and the night market area which makes for a sound sleep. Fusion restaurant downstairs with nice food. Swimming pool outside is great for chilling. Rooftop bar is a nice touch. As nice as you'll get in Siem Reap.

To be honest, I was bit concerned what to expect after I have booked the room through the web. I would have neve expected it to be this clean, the service this good and the food this delicious. The staff greeted me with a kind smile as I stepped in and kept this attitude until I checked out. They can organize quick laundry service, there are tuk-tuk divers and rental bikes. My room was spacious and the bed super comfi. They picked me up from the airport but with a tuk-tuk, not recommended, when... Read more

Nice centrally located hotel with excellent service. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms (we had the deluxe room) with air conditioning, but not in the best of condition. The hotel probably needs renovation soon. No air conditioning in the hallways, entrance, and breakfast room. But this typical for Cambodian hotels, however we would have appreciated ceiling fans. Buffet breakfast was simple but delicious. There was always a variety of selections. Loved the roof top jacuzzi... Read more

The staff here is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. It has a nice location in the middle of Siem Reap. I spend two days here and my better half spend almost 10 days. She had a very good experience. Probably will the swimmingpool be more attractive during high season, because I wouldn't use it during june. It is a little bit too bad that the hotel is almost empty when it's june, because it felt like we were the only one there (we weren't). But I can easily recommend a stay here.

My wife and I made our booking based on the positive reviews, and in the end we had no regrets staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable with free in-room wifi. Although the hotel was located on the "other side" of the river, we found the location to be quite convenient and nearby to many places of interest. We were able to take a short walk to the Old Market, PUB Street, the Night Marke... Read more

We were at the hotel last week and our experience seemed to be nice but with some details it turned into a bad experience. The structure of the hotels is fine, the pool looks nice and the bedrooms are big enough. Breakfast was good enough too. We were picked up at the airport by their service and the guy was really nice. Even though everything was going fine, we found out that the sheets were a little bit dirty. They had several stains and, as they are white, you can image how much you can s... Read more

Large rooms, but the pool is of course much smaller than it looks on the website. This hotel is in cooperation with a Norwegian hotel chain and train people that are in need fir that. Very good location but quiet at night.

Room was corner room so quite big with 2 street views.Clean sheets and towels on request. Dodgy air conditioner on arrival but fixed in Cambodian way on request-took a little while but was fine after. Keep in mind this is just a 3 star hotel. the TV was antiquated and in room Wi-Fi was rather poor. Breakfasts were good. Hot water was plentiful and great water pressure. Room was clean but if you want or need more towels you need to just ask. This place Is just a short walk to most local attractions. Pub street was great as well as the local markets.

Where can I start? Supporting local enterprises is top of my list when picking a hotel and this one is tops. Second I like smallish hotels where they know you when u come back after long day out and greet you with a smile. Front desk staff so helpful and friendly. Room large clean and tidy-obviously not 5 star but I do not want to stay in a big chain resort- Room surprising quiet considering close to a fairly busy road. Housekeeping fantastic and answered every request within minutes. Price loc... Read more

We ended up choosing this hotel because we liked the idea that staff owns 51% of it. Rooms are very big and clean, although bathroom should be renewed (bath tube is old). We found the swimming pool and the jacuzzi very dirty and never used them. Beside that, the hotel is very good and clean. Staff is great and speaks good english, food is good and location is just perfect. Stayed there 3 nights and paid 25 dollars for a double bed room.

Had another pleasant stay at Soria Moria. Good location and free complimentary pickup by Tuk Tuk from airport. Wifi in room worked well. But the management need to focus more on follow up on details. A light bulb was not working just inside the door, breakfast was OK but coffee not digestible and tea water not hot. After paying the bill, I was called later later to say that the room charge was not correctly calculated so had to pay an additional charge. These are small issues that did not dist... Read more

The room was a good size, and although the ac broke, the front desk sent someone to repair it immediately. We got our laundry done here and it was quite cheap. The restaurant was decent and the staff was delightful. The pool is nice, too.

We stayed here for several nights during our time in Siem Reap. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfasts in the morning were great. They had tasty coffee as well as both western and asian options for breakfast, and their lunch menu was great as well. The bar on the rooftop is really nice, and there's a second deck with a really nice view of Siem Reap. Our room was very nice, especially for the price of the hotel (we booked online and got a discount on the room, so it was ~$30 a night... Read more

The manager Sina was helpful with the tour arrangement on our arrival but than our requests to clean the shower and provide us with towels were ignored. The attitude and unprofessional behaviour of the evening staff Sam, which throughout the phone conversation did not show any sense of hospitality and instead she Hung up the phone on us while talking, was the worse of all! After that, we went downstairs to reception to verify the challenge and have a solution on our request (already done at 2pm... Read more

We stayed 5 nights here and the staff moved us to a room with a safe after we requested it. The room was fine although maybe a bit worn as was the hotel itself. Our room included breakfast which had many choices from specially made omelettes to pancakes to fruit. Some issues in getting enough towels for two but a phone call corrected the problem. The staff was friendly and helped with arrangements for car/guides/massage/laundry and bus tickets. Be warned there was a 100% mark up on the bus ... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for several nights. We had also stayed in other hotels in other cities in Cambodia, so I am comparing to that. I felt that the staff here did odd things like remove unused towels (not replace, remove). The water pressure was random and often only a trickle for many minutes at a time. We were part of a group staying in many rooms on many floors and we all experienced this no matter the time of day. One plus is I like reptiles, and we had our own pet gecko inside the bathro... This is one of the 3 hotels we stayed in during a trip across Cambodia. The concept of the hotel is good, part owned by the staff and the investors. All very lovely, but the hotel needs serious investment. It's old, dated and tired. Linen is old, tired and stained, rooftop bar and jacuzzi have seen better days, bar looks terrible also a bit dirty, and the pool is well .. small The breakfast was not that good, just adequate. I stayed last week and based on the price, my expectations weren't quite met. It was clean and comfortable with AC and helpful staff, but the details were missing - the bed sagged, the bathroom was very dated and the common areas lacked ambience. For example, there was a pool, but it was very small and next to the road. The location was exactly what we wanted, on the peaceful side of Siem Reap. It might be better to come with friends or in the high season.

My room and the public areas were spacious and clean. I liked the rooftop bar and restaurant (I didn't use the jacuzzi on the rooftop, but there is one tucked around the back of the bar in its own rooftop niche). Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The pool is more a plunge pool than a swimming pool - good for kids.

Well located for walking around city centre, markets and tourist restaurants. There is a small pool and rather cloudy rooftop jacuzzi for those who like that sort of thing. Watch out for mosquitoes and from that we noticed there were small splats of bloodstained insects on the walls that had not been cleaned. In fact room service was very basis and each time our bed was made up, we found the room had been left unlocked. No room safe either so consider this if you are security conscious. Staff ...
