The Staff are all so amazing and welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them they treat you like Royalty??? The food has been wonderful from breakfast to dinner all has been beautiful. The pool area is lovely and the bar and restaurant staff are great especially Mr Say the food and beverage manager who goes out of his way to look after you.

What a wonderful way to spend your day, poolside, sipping on a refreshing cocktail. Very hot days are only remedied my being able to get into a pool. The service here at Silk D'Angkor is second to non. Very friendly staff care to your every need and make you feel special. The Cocktails are exceptional and value for money. Thank you to Mr Say and his team for making our time here very memorable.

We stayed here for two days and it was a pleasurable experience. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They packed breakfast for us to take to our temple tour. We had an awesome time swimming in the pool after. I definitely recommend this quaint little place. :-)

Since the moment we arrived in this hotel we've been treated like royalty. The room is amazing, and the staff are absolutely incredible I have never experienced anything of the sort. This place isn't just a regular hotel, it's like one big family and honestly I'd stay forever if I could. If you're staying in Siem Reap then stay here.

I ordered Silk D'Angkor Boutique Hotel because of the very valuable discount, but it turned out to be a great joy for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful (we bought fresh fruits from the local market, we called room service for a knife to cut for ourselves, but they took our fruits and cut them into a beautiful tropical fruit platter!), and the outdoor restaurant/bar was nice, too.

We stayed in Siem Reap for 4 days while touring the temples. The room was nice, big bed and some english channels on TV. The aircon worked fine. You get a couple waters every day. The pool was awesome to have in the hot afternoon, they have a bar and snacks available. Breakfast was buffet style with omelettes/eggs/noodles in a made-to-order station. This hotel was in a good location, we could walk to some restaurants/shops. Or they do offer a tuktuk to town for $2. I would say that the staff ... Read more

The staff especially Thom were very nice and hospitable. They made us breakfast boxes for Angkor wat sunrise. Also the lobby is beautiful and it was nice to relax here and use the computers. It's only 3dollars tuktuk to the old town (where all the shops and restaurants are) but because the hotel was so nice, we did not mind this at all! Amazing.

The rooms were clean. The staff were just delightfully respectful and friendly. The location was very central and only a $2 tuk tuk to the city. And you could hire a tuk tuk driver for a day to the Angkor Watt from the hotel. The pool was clean. You could order snacks from the poolside bar. The only setback was the food. The breakfast need improving.

We booked on Expedia based on the nice pictures and we were truly impressed with the service once we arrived. We had flown from the United States and had not slept in about 45 hours. We arrived in Siem Reap dusty, tired, but excited! Our tuk-tuk was on time and our driver was waiting with a smile. It was about a 20 minute ride from the airport. When we arrived at our hotel we were greeted warmly by Daniel, the front manager. He offered us a cold juice drink and asked us to sit on the couch. ... Read more

Overall we were very happy with the quality of this hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. The location was not far from the city centre so $2 tuk tuks into the town markets and pub street were great. The hotel pool was a great way to cool down and relax after a long day out seeing all the attractions. Recommend!

Stayed here thinking it was close to Pub Street but it's not. Not difficult to get there - $2 tuk tuks brought us there and then another $2 brought us back. We spent all our evenings in that area. The only time it benefitted us being where we were was the sunrise tour at Angkor Wat because the hotel is one of the closer ones to the the temple city. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we couldn't have been happier. Special acknowledgement to Daniel at the front desk and Say at breakfast who went above and beyond for us. We had a late departure and they were happy to let us shower and change in one of their rooms complimentary. Although it may not be considered a "luxury" hotel they really catered to your needs. Special acknowledgement to Shea, our tuk tuk driver, who shuttled us around and was always prompt with pick ups. The locatio... Read more

I was in a group of 7 and we were looked after by all staff, especially Anna, who went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay in Siem Reap. Lots of variety at breakfast and relaxing around the pool, where we had lunch on one of the days and the food great and staff had a lovely sense of humour. Anna thankyou for making our stay memorable. Thank you Anna and all staff.

I stayed at Silk D'Angkor Boutique Hotel for four nights in order to visit the temples of Angkor. The Hotel features beautifully furnished rooms, a refreshing pool and delicious breakfast. My room was clean and spacious. There was no safety box in my room, however. Moreover, the bathroom seemed a bit run-down. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the hotel employees were even a bit too attentive and asked too many questions, which made me feel uncomfortable. But that might be a pers... Read more

I went to Cambodia for a guide tour, without having a lot of expectation about the hotel. But here I've found very polite people, a clean hotel with very good and comfortable rooms and a nice swimming-pool. I would suggest The soup as a breakfast.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood with friendly helpful staff members. Easy access to both Angkor and downtown. Chhuy that works at the hotel helped us when we forgot something in the safe. He drove to the airport and deliver all of the things for free. That's what I call service. Thanks Chhuy ???

The staff were extremely caring and attentive. The best thing about our stay was the wonderful tuk tuk driver Mr Chanthy who was so friendly, speaks good English and so willing to meet our needs. We would have been lost without him. He showed us the city and the surrounding countryside and was incredibly reliable. An absolute star

I would rate the hotel cleanliness as 9/10. The staff has good service excellent programme. They greeted the customers well. I would like to thank miss anna at the reception counter who upgraded our room upon check in, the housekeeping staff who decorated our honeymoon room beautifully. Didn't expect the bubble bath with flower petals. Feels so romantic. Thank you for giving us such a nice experienced during our stay. Well done silk d'angkor. It is a worth of choice.

During 3 nights with family in Silk Angkor, we have a great time for relax and more enjoy with reasonable price. Kids were happy with clean pool during late evening. Even we select one dinner at corner of hotel, Slek Mon Restaurant but it was so great to have a single dish with grilled corner. However, we wish to stay Silk Angkor for next time if we have a chance to visit Siem Reap Angkor again.

This is an all-around great hotel. Silk D'Angkor is located in between the city center and the Angkor Wat Temple compound. Its location makes it convenient to travel to both places via tuk tuk, which are a dime a dozen in Siem Reap. The hotel is clean, modern, and has a massage spa and a pool. The staff is also very friendly. Chhuy helped give me recommendations for touring the temples, and also offered to provide a well-priced tuk tuk. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return... Read more
