The Saem Siem Reap is a great choice of accommodation for visiting this part of Cambodia. It's not that far from the star of the show, Angkor, and only a short tuk-tuk ride away to the main commercial centre and pub street. It's located in a side road which makes it a good choice for those that like a bit of peace and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well appointed to a degree only normally found in five star hotels. Breakfast is a very good buffet providing choices for all taste... Read more

My friend and I stayed for four nights in October 2016 and had an excellent stay. The hotel is attractively designed with traditional finishing details on the exterior, lobby and interior, with four floors of rooms set around a leafy courtyard and pool. Good location away from the busy roads and hubbub of the city centre, only a short tuk-tuk ride away. Free airport shuttle is available. The hotel is modern with all amenities and very well maintained, rooms are nicely designed and immaculate. T... Read more

Saem Siem Reap offered a beautiful respite from the noise, chaos and dust of our excursions. The welcome and help of the concierge staff was excellent. There was always a tuk tuk ready to take us anywhere we wanted at rates comparable to any on the street. The hotel cars were an excellent option for those longer days exploring he temples, providing ice water and wash cloths at every stop and taking us to excellent restaurants for lunch, while not a guide, our driver was friendly and knowledgeabl... I used this as my base in Siem Reap and loved it from the moment I entered this beautiful tastefully decorated hotel - why do I like it ? 1. The staff were excellent. A hostess accompanies you to your room and explains every thing. They give you a complimentary fruit basket. 2. Rooms are comfortable with a great bed, power shower shower, new fixtures. They have a great retro control panel near the bed that controls everything. Great safe and room has a nice balcony overlooking the pool that is... Read more

Hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport. It's about four years old. It's very well maintained. The rooms are clean, hardwood flooring, comfortable bed. Restaurant is good. Pool is very nice and there is food and drink service from the restaurant. Staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. We took a Tuk Tuk to the night markets - cost $2.

*Free transportation The hotel provides free airport transfer for both arrival and departure (15mins from the airport). Going through visa counter and immigration, I was very tired and disappointed by how those people at the airport treat tourists (you will know what I mean if you get a tourist Visa there) I was wondering if all Cambodian people was like the staff worked at the airport who were extremely unfriendly. However, right after I meet the driver at the airport, I realized I was complete... Read more

We stayed at the Saem Siem Reap hotel during our stay in Siem Reap for 2 nights. The service at this hotel is wonderful. We truly felt like we were at home. The staff here makes you feel very welcome and will go out of their way to help at all times. The staff helped arrange our tour for Angkor Wat and Cambodian fishing village. Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. Loved the style of this hotel as well. Pool area was a great place to relax. Was genuinely sad to leave this place and ... Read more

Had a fantastic stay here. Location is great just a bit off the strip of hundreds of hotels but still so convenient. Staff lovely. So helpful. Food fantastic. Beautiful pool. What more could anyone wish for.

Beautiful hotel close to the town. Surrounded by lush vegetation, has a very quaint colonial feel - yet completely modern in amenities. Architecture and decoration are traditional Cambodian. Manager and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All smiles :) I would stay here again
