We flew into Siem Reap from Ho Chi Min City and were met at the airport by a member of staff from the hotel. We were offered cold water and a cold wet towel, a nice touch. Our driver spoke good English and we had a pleasant private transfer to the hotel (free of charge). The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming, this was the same throughout the 2 nights stay. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, the room was spacious and excellent, overlooking the pool area. We requested... Read more

From the pick up to the drop off back at the Airport the staff were gracious, attentive and accommodating. Clean rooms with hot showers and A/C. Three essentials for Siem Reap. Angkor Wat is a mere 15 mins by car or Tuk Tuk. Whole day tours are available from the concierge front lobby.

I just returned from Cambodia a few days ago and a large part of what made my visit to Siem Reap so special was the Saem Siemreap Hotel. From the moment you check in until you check out you are made to feel special and the attentive staff always makes sure you have everything you need. As I was checking in the staff treated me to a delicious and complimentary fruit juice drink. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable and mine had a balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool is fantastic... Read more

This hotel was simply one of the best I have stayed at! The rooms were very clean, big and hold a very high standard. However, what made this hotel amazing was the staff! They were always smiling, helping us with everything. What a great service!! We were picked up (and dropped off again when leaving) for free at the airport in A/C car by very nice chauffeur that told us much about the city when we drove past things, and worked as a mini-guide on the way to the hotel. Next morning, when we... Read more

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Saem Siemreap Hotel Jan 22-24 2017...what fine and courteous people...always a genuine smile and so concerned with the comfort of their guests. It is a quiet hotel, very clean, and the breakfast provided good choices including a wonderful omelet. Checkout time was 12 noon. Our flight was 9 hours later...the wonderful caring staff continued looking out for our needs, ensuring we had bottled water, access to a shower...who does that now adays??? We hugged each on... I got in really late. The hotel arranged a ride for pick-up and drop off at the airport. I was greeted by someone from the concierge services and provided a detailed overview and amenities of the hotel. The hotel offers a good spread of complimentary breakfast. I had dinner at the restaurant as well and used the spa facility. I was very pleased. The full body massage was worth the money and was able to relax. I was traveling alone and felt really safe. I was afraid of the bugs but surprisingly... Read more

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Saem Siemreap Hotel this past week and found it a very charming place to stay while we visited the famous temple sites. It is quiet and refined with gracious staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast provided good choices. It is conveniently situated and we would recommend it highly. Excellent value.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. From the time we walked in the service was fantastic. Rooms are large and clean and the pool areas is nice and relaxing. Buffet breakfast was good too. They also packed us a breakfast to take with us on our sunrise tour to Ankor as the restaurant didn't open early. It's about 2-3USD for a Tuk Tuk into town and there is also a bar across the road but we ventured into town for the atmosphere. We would recommend staying there if traveling... Read more

We stayed here for four nights as part of a tour. The hotel was advertised to us as three-star, but the sign outside said four-star and it certainly deserves that rating. It is situated some distance from the city centre of Siem Reap, but on the way to the temples of Angkor, so a good compromise. There is no difficulty in getting a tuk-tuk for the ride into the centre. We were welcomed by the elegantly uniformed staff with the universal Cambodian 'namaste' greeting and many smiles: they commun... Read more
