The hotel was very clean. Staff were super nice and courteous. Breakfast had a huge selection of choices: more like brunch since there was rice, pasta on the menu. You can also get made to order omelette. I also used the spa. Price is cheap for service you get. The only issue with hotel was it was located in a residential area. There were a number of beer gardens in the area but it was still tranquil at the hotel.

I stayed three nights at this hotel from Jan 16th to 19th and couldn't be happier. I got upgraded to the best room with pool view for free and when I walked into the room, wow! It's spacious and elegantly decorated with very nice amenities and a complimentary fruit basket. The hotel is a 5 minute tuktuk ride ($2) from Pub St, which means you are guaranteed of a sanctuary after an exhausting day touring the temples. Above all, what impressed me the most are the employees. Everyone is sincere, ca... Read more

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and chose it as it is in a quieter area and being NYE Pub Street would have been loud! Tuk Tuk into town is $2 USD and there are always one out the front waiting, so no issues with access. Staff very friendly and helpful, even had adapter for us to use, room clean and spacious, breakfast was included and a nice buffet and eggs to order. Pool looked great, but we didn't use it. A couple of tips if you are staying here (which I would recommend), if you book thro... Read more

We stayed for 3 nights and loved this boutique hotel that is just a short tuk tuk ride from all the downtown noise and traffic. The staff was absolutely fantastic and strive to please in every way. The morning buffet, included in price, was great every morning. Massages were fantastic. Concierge worked with us to arrange Angkor Watt tours that fit our schedule, had great recommendations for food and shopping and arranged transportation at every turn. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 loved this hotel. When you book a family deluxe, you are getting a family deluxe room - it felt like an apartment. It is a quiet part of Siem Reap, which was very peaceful, with tuk tuks always ready to drive you anywhere. This was our last stop on our 5 weeks trip through Vietnam and Cambodia and this was the most perfect way to end our trip (which was for 5 nights). We arrived on my husbands 50th birthday and they realised by his passport and rang me secretly that they wou... Read more

The Saem Siem Reap is a great choice of accommodation for visiting this part of Cambodia. It's not that far from the star of the show, Angkor, and only a short tuk-tuk ride away to the main commercial centre and pub street. It's located in a side road which makes it a good choice for those that like a bit of peace and quiet. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well appointed to a degree only normally found in five star hotels. Breakfast is a very good buffet providing choices for all taste... Read more

My friend and I stayed for four nights in October 2016 and had an excellent stay. The hotel is attractively designed with traditional finishing details on the exterior, lobby and interior, with four floors of rooms set around a leafy courtyard and pool. Good location away from the busy roads and hubbub of the city centre, only a short tuk-tuk ride away. Free airport shuttle is available. The hotel is modern with all amenities and very well maintained, rooms are nicely designed and immaculate. T... Read more

Saem Siem Reap offered a beautiful respite from the noise, chaos and dust of our excursions. The welcome and help of the concierge staff was excellent. There was always a tuk tuk ready to take us anywhere we wanted at rates comparable to any on the street. The hotel cars were an excellent option for those longer days exploring he temples, providing ice water and wash cloths at every stop and taking us to excellent restaurants for lunch, while not a guide, our driver was friendly and knowledgeabl... I used this as my base in Siem Reap and loved it from the moment I entered this beautiful tastefully decorated hotel - why do I like it ? 1. The staff were excellent. A hostess accompanies you to your room and explains every thing. They give you a complimentary fruit basket. 2. Rooms are comfortable with a great bed, power shower shower, new fixtures. They have a great retro control panel near the bed that controls everything. Great safe and room has a nice balcony overlooking the pool that is... Read more

Hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport. It's about four years old. It's very well maintained. The rooms are clean, hardwood flooring, comfortable bed. Restaurant is good. Pool is very nice and there is food and drink service from the restaurant. Staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. We took a Tuk Tuk to the night markets - cost $2.
