Arrived in Siam Reap on the Giant Ibis Coach form Phnom Phen to be met by a chauffer driven Lexus and taken to the Hotel (no charge!) Beautiful hotel in a quiet location around 10 minutes by Tuk Tuk to town centre. Large well appointed rooms, great staff, lovely restaurant with good food at around $6 us per main course ! Good sized pool. The hotel also arrange tours to Ankor Wat at $15 for a seven hour Tuk Tuk tour, excluding entrance fee. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

We had a two night stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel and it was perfect! Great cocktails and nice enough breakfasts but the staff were exceptional! Great recommendations on how to see temples etc (both via email prior to our stay & whilst we were there), where to eat in town and always answered all our questions! Loved every second of our time in this beautiful country and will stay here again on our return!

Made to feel very welcome the minute you enter the hotel the staff were very polite and helpful in all aspects of our trip, the only criticism of our stay was the choice of dinner menu in the restaurantâ??s somewhat limited for a westerner but my Thai wife certainly enjoyed the choice, and the breakfast buffet was just excellent spoiled for choice there, and the concierge made all our trip and tour arrangements and all there supportive advice was very helpful and made our tours very good and we ... We stayed here April 9 to 12 while we visited a number of the ancient temples. This hotel had old world charm with modern appliances. The staff were very courteous. It was very hot (104+F) since it was the end of the dry season. The pool was refreshing since the A/C was working hard to keep the rooms cool to western standards. Our guide was very knowledgable and extremely professional.

The people are wonderful and the hotel is luxurious. It was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and very modern. In summary, it was paradise. Beautiful gardens, the chirping of birds all day long.

Great attentive staff, fantastic hospitality, fantastic place. We stayed there 12 -15th May 2016...great place to stay, a short $2 tuk tuk ride into Pub Street, Tuk Tuk drivers are excellent, would definetley recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing place 5 mins out of town

Even though it is not big and shiny on the main street hotel, it still provides all of the away from home comforts, and the staff are just as welcoming. The rooms are spacious, with all of the amenities provided. Each member of staff are attentive, and you are made to feel very welcome. We booked a car and a tour guide through the hotel to take us around to the temples. This was a very cheap option, and we were provided with cold towels and bottled water throughout the whole experience.

We loved our stay in the Saem Siemreap Hotel. From the time we were picked up, the engagement from staff was fantastic. Helpful, friendly and engaging. It was great to hear that the hotel is managed by and only employs Cambodians. The hotel is modern, well appointed rooms and very quiet. The town, for shopping and restaurants is just a short $2 tuk-tuk ride away Hint. We had to choose between organising our tour of the temples from the hotel or in town. We are so glad we did it via the hote... Read more

We stayed at the Seam Siemreap Hotel for 4 nights on our recent trip, staying in a family room. From the moment we arrived, driver picking us up with cold water and wet towels until we left the same way, our experience couldnâ??t have been better. We travelled with 3 kids under 5, so had to go at a slower pace, but the staff did there all to make our stay a memorable one. The Hotel is a short tuktuk ride from pub st so was a fun trip each afternoon for us all. Booking of tours was clear and ... Read more

We stayed for 5 nights and everything was fantastic. The staff were great, very friendly and nothing was a hassle, we had a ground level pool access room number 105 and it was magic, hop, skip and a jump and you were in the pool, I would just like to thank the manager who introduced himself on our arrival and his great staff for making this a memorable visit

This is easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia, and made my quick visit to Siem Reap extra special. The staff are so nice and go out of their way to help you. The room was clean and comfortable (even the bed!), and they upgraded us to a pool-view room. Our flight landed in Siem Reap at 9:00 am, and the hotel staff picked us up and took us to the hotel, and even gave us early check-in so we could go to the room straight away. They brought fruit to our room in the middle ... Read more

We were picked up at the airport as promised with a cool Jasmine scented cloth and it only got better from here. Mr. Sopheap the manager went out of his way to help locate a missing cell phone and brought in a computer tech to help with my lap top. The food was delicious, the hotel immaculate and the service outstanding. After 3 weeks of traveling through out southeast asia, we have yet to find a hotel that equals Saem Siemreap Hotel. Bravo!

This was Ana absolutely amazing hotel. Maybe my favorite ever! From the amazing buffet breakfast to the super nice staff to the phenomenal(ly cheap) massages, it has it all and you won't regret a second you spend here. Also quite close to town and Angkor wat. Could recommend it enough!!!

Saem Siem Reap knows exactly how to take care of its guests. We had a very comfortable, convenient and pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff take the trouble to ensure that our every need was met, whether it was arranging transport, tours, providing us with information and every service we needed. The hotel was very pretty too, lovely ambience, simple yet beautiful designs. We also enjoyed the variety at the breakfast spread, and our room was clean, nicely laid out and room service and cleaning... Read more

Stayed for three nights and wish we had more. Hotel staff were very helpful: would highly recommend the hotel guides to help bring ankor wat alove(very informative). Spacious and clean rooms, big pool and excellent breakfast buffet. About 10 minute tuktuk to the center of town, ideal base for ankor wat.

It may sound clichéd, but I never write reviews on trip advisor, though my wife and I always check the site religiously for our trips. We've lived in Asia for many years, and have traveled extensively in the region. That being said, this one of the top, if not, the top hotel we've stayed in. The facility and rooms are beautiful and the food outstanding. We had a family room and it was gorgeous: clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. But really, this hotel is all about the service. They c... Read more

I had a fantastic stay at the Saem. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and was always delicious. The tour guides they connected me with were very good. The room was beautiful and the facilities were beautifully kept. A little off the beaten path, but with a $2 tuktuk ride to the center of town I can't complain. (Walking about 15 -20 minutes)

The hotel offers excellent service, great rooms and delicious meals. Our driver was the BEST, he was courteous, friendly and on point. We visited so many temples and the weather even in January was hot! Hence the cold towels and bottled water were very much appreciated. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
