My wife and I had a short but excellent stay at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and was willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was clean and updated, breakfast was delicious with western and local options, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. It's not in direct walking distance to anything spectacular, but a tuk-tuk ride to the hot spots is only 2-3 dollars. My only complaint is that the wifi was a bit spotty and would drop often, but this w... Read more

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality during our stay. People there always gave us sweet smiles and treat us warmly. Especially the birthday cake you prepared for us was really great surprise for us, which made our stay very very special. This hotel has very warm home like atomosphere. This is truely good memoire for our stay in Siem Reap.

I booked this place on a discount and turned out to be a great price for very good value. My room was upgraded to a huge room! I could run around it :) Clean rooms, tasty breakfast with variety of choices, extremely friendly staff. I had to check out late and they let me do it only for $30 (which is quite affordable around here, some places are overpriced). I usually stay at 2-3 star hotels or even hostels because I travel on low budget, but this hotel at its prices has been the best out of all ... Read more

Wonderful service from Sean and his team. From the complimentary airport transfer to the free room upgrade, this group puts customer service first. Very clean room and decent pool, as well. Good, but not exciting, breakfast options. The night manager took extra care to make sure I was well taken care of, too. Terrific inexpensive laundry service available next door, if you don't want to use hotel laundry. Downsides: the airport transfer driver aggressively kept pressing me to use him for a ... Read more

The most important thing for us is customer service and in this hotel the kindness and courtesy of the staff where the best. Rooms are comfortable and recently refurbished. The structure is neat and not pretentious. It has a good quality/price ratio.

The hotel is not a large hotel but is comfortable. The rooms are a good size (superior room) staff are very welcoming & friendly. Breakfast was ok not a huge choice but adequate. The location is about a 7 minute ride to Old Town in a tuk tuk & costs $2 each way. There are loads of tuk tuk's. Old town is where the bars & restaurants are & there's plenty of choice. Memoirs Siem Reap hotel has a pool which is nice to use after a hot day out sightseeing. The massages are also great. Overall a good... Read more

Thank you Mr. Chan for your exceptional help when my luggage was delayed at the airport. Your help translating while purchasing a new cellphone and taking me to your tailor for a new suit was the most exceptional service possible. We were made to feel special by every staff member. Our (King) bed in room 308 was a super size. Good breakfast, older well maintained hotel with lots of character. Close to market and walking distance to pub street. Jim from Canada

The hotel is quite clean and has good staffs. It's not far from airport and travelling spots such as Angkor wat, Angkor museum, pub street, etc. Also, it has nice swimming pool and good restaurant. There are many restaurants nearby with variety of food style.
