This hotel is a little further away from the hustle and bustle, but is within easy distance to all of the things you might want to see within the town. Pub Street and the Central Market are within walking distance, as are many bars, restaurants, other markets, and minor sites. Wat Bo could be seen from our balcony. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely, the daily (included) breakfast was more than sufficient, and the pool was refreshing after a l... Read more

We advised the hotel of the arrival time at the bus station, as we had transfer included. We waited for more than half an hour but nobody showed up. We eventually managed to call the hotel using the bus company phone and they sent somebody to pick us up. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom as well. The pool was the best part of the hotel, although the pool area could use better lighting during the evening. When we did the sunrise tour we asked if they can put our breakfast to go, as we ... The hotel is within walking distance of Pub Street and the market. The pool is clean and the food is good. The staff are helpful and speak English. The hotel has two buildings. The room was very quiet and I slept well.

My wife and I stayed here recently from May 08-13. The rooms were nice and spacious, we had a room a with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool below which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and polite. Morning breakfast was provided, the food was okay, no complaints, never fell ill after. We were left disappointed after finding out my wifes prescription sun glasses had gone missing from our room on the last day, we had brought this to the attention of the senior staff but had no luck i... Lovely boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean & comfy beds, good sized rooms. Great Resteraunt, small pool & right in centre of pub street so loads of pubs & restaurants plus huge night market. Fantastic location. Only 30 mins from Angkor Watt temple site, hotel arranged tuk-tuk & packed a breakfast for us as we missed ours when we set off at 4:30am for sunrise at temple. Definitely recommend this delightful hotel. Not suitable for disabled, we were on 4th floor, no lift and stairs into building.

I put my money in my bag and leave it in the room. The cleaner took the money from my bag when I was out. The hotel didn't take any responsibility. I was told that they will help and get back to us but we hear nothing from them. The stuff told us that this case is not the first time. If you have other option. i would suggest not to stay at this hotel.

Made a good choice by staying here for 5 nights. Had a nice pool. Clean and cool water. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is situated near night market and pub street (walking distance). Many restaurants around the hotel. Only setback is the breakfast. Same menu everyday and very basic. But still it was ok for a light breakfast.

The hotel has nice rooms and offers good comfort for the money you pay. The rooms are well equipped but as there is a bar next to the hotel you tend to really hear their music until midnight or sometimes later. We immediately got a room at the other which was good. All members of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is average but satisfying. The real plus of this hotel is how close you are to many good restaurants and the pub street. Angkor Wat isn't that far away either... Read more

Super legit. Picked me up at the airport no problen. The guy who picked me up ended up being my tuk tuk driver for the two days. He was a very friendly and helpful man named Virak. His tuk tuk is number 10. Very cheap, efficient, and positive experience. Nothing negative to say.

Very friendly and attentive staff, who offered welcome drinks and chilled towels upon arrival. Clean and large-sized room, the bathroom had nice amenities and a shower curtain to separate the toilet and shower, which was a nice change. Decent restaurant with good hours, nice pool to cool down in after a hot day of temple-hopping, and reliable wi-fi (although you have to continuously sign in with username and password which can get a bit annoying) Awesome location, right by the night markets and... Love the spacious rooms. Love the refreshing pool. Love the happy and friendly staff. Love the location. Love the room cleaners. Disappointed in the same breakfast menu EVERY day. Frustrated with the wifi not always available in the room. But overall - quite happy!!

We got what we expected for the price.... Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms , nice pool to relax, and not to far to walk to night market and good restaurants. Beautiful wooden furniture in public areas... Hotel needs a little TLC....But overall a good place to stay...

The Hotel is quite old and the furnitures in the room is quite old too... The bathroom is worst than that as it is dirty and the water from the shower was super duper slow... I have got a smelly pillow realised it when I was about to sleep at 12am as I back to my room at that time.. Threw the pillow off and slept without a pillow.. Their blanket was like a towel (rolled eyes!!) The next day, infomed the housekeeping lady to change my pillow cover and bedsheet.. Back to my room after day tour sme... Read more

Great receptionist staff, but that's about it in terms of positives for this hotel. Breakfast was average but edible, our bathroom flooded after a shower on the first day. Got worse on the second so we changed rooms. Upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was nice but really noisy seeing that it overlooked the swimming pool. Location a little far from the centre of everything although it's still walkable.

Great location, wonderful staff however staff levels need to be increased. The staff tried their very best but they were stretched too thin. Was very difficult to get any service by the pool (as advertised) as there was only one person on. However- it is in a great spot, easy walk to markets and pub street, bike hire and tours arranged with no fuss . Arrived 6 hours before checkin (0600) and they kindly allowed us to check in early )at a cost of course). Would recommend this place for the locati... Read more
