Really enjoyed our stay here. Large room facing the pool with a small balcony to sit out on. Deep soaking bath with separate shower. Large desk, plenty of room for 2 computers. Only thing I could fault, were the towels were a bit thin, but I found them better than the thick towels you usually get. Breakfast was well covered for all nationalities, with plenty of variety. Staff could not do enough for you, very helpful and obliging. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Impressive looking hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Very nice large pool. A oasis in a dusty, dirty city. Breakfast is quite good. Restaurant seems ok. Very good ice cream $1/scoop. Nightly BBQ by pool, meat a little tough. If you get a good price here take it! Could use a little maintenance, pool tiles, etc. nothing major.

My husband and I stayed that this fabulous new hotel on two separate occasions recently (January 2017). Both times we were extremely impressed with all aspects of this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed with large tubs, walk-in showers, coffee maker, very cold A/C, extremely sophisticated electrical and lighting in the room, large patios, public spaces are many and beautiful with comfortable lounging furniture placed throughout, large safe that fits 15" laptops (rare here), most... We were delighted with this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, suiting all international travelers. The pool area was very nice, including a bar 'in the pool'. Staff was very friendly. Location is pretty good, there are some shops you can walk to, and for $2 or $3 you can get a remok (a 3-wheeled motor rickshaw) into the night market area where there are a lot of shops and restaurants.

I was initially disappointed when I arrived here. I'd been staying in much more expensive coastal resorts and I think I expected more. I booked in this hotel because it had a bar in the pool and I thought that was pretty cool. Unfortunately the pool was packed with families and I didn't even go down. My room faced over the pool and the screaming children in the pool area really bothered me. I had some hassle checking in and it took a long time, but was eventually seen to my room. The general dec... Read more

The outside presentation of this hotel is stunning, rooms are generous inside and well looked after, the hotel food is good and the staff cannot do enough to make sure your stay is the best, it does not have large grounds and is on a busy main road but that did not bother us. Only a short drive from the fabulous Angkor Wat a must see place, you will need at the very least half a day there. Take a local motor bike Tuktuk tour of the area a two hour trip cost us a fiver, well worth it, we opted fo... Read more

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel during the holiday season (Christmas). They decorated the entire hotel and drew crowds (and the media) for their elaborate display. All the employees were gracious and respectful. We received our room relatively quickly and were delighted to find a room that was very clean and very comfortable. It's a two to three dollar tuktuk ride to Pub Street, depending on the time of day (and willingness to negotiate). Sleeping peacefully is very important to ... Read more

Stayed for a couple of nights. Lovely modern hotel with a spacious clean room. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. As with most hotels the breakfast buffet is only just warm but a good selection.
