What a lovely hotel. Only 15mins from airport This is 5* in a delightful area. Easy access to all the sites you want to visit. The friendly staff are very knowledgeable and the food is very good. Rooms are big and airy with all the comforts of home. A must. You will enjoy and great deals available out of season.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time during Christmas 2015. I was so impressed with their service and lodging that, on my next stop in Siem Reep, I asked my friends who were staying across the street at the Sofitel to join me for dinner. We had one of the best evenings ever experienced in Cambodia. I remember ordering the Regency roasted duck curry, a traditional Khmer specialty, and it was out of this world. My friend, Somaneth, had a traditional fish Amok in a banana cup, accompanied... Read more

I came for a three days workshop. Very impressed with the service, plenty of choice for snack at the coffee breaks. Staff are very polite with great service mind. Located among the big name hotel chains, not fare from airport and Angkor Wat. Hotel offered very reasonable price dinner buffet (12 US$) unfortunately i didn't have a chance to test it.

My family and i enjoyed our 4 stay at the regency hotel the service is outstanding the employees are very kind and very hospitable. the facilities are perfect for relaxing not to mention their in bar swimming pool their saunas and jacuzzi. For the kids the wifi would be an issue if it is slow but don't worry the wifi services of the hotel is top notch the only thing you have to worry is what to search. Overall the hotel is a recommendable family vacation stay.

Good location, on the way to Angkor temples. If you want to join pub street, then tuk tuk is recommended for a $2 ride. Hotel is huge and clean. Did not try the pool, but it looked very nice. Staff was very kind. (It was low season when we were there so not sure if the place can be chaotic during peak season. If you don't mind then go ahead with this place. Otherwise, Saem Siem Reap is a great smaller hotel.) We booked 3 rooms, all very big. Some with big windows, others with very small window.... Read more

This was a gorgeous hotel with very helpful staff. We felt it was up there with high-end hotels in the states. We had a lovely, clean, large room with a view of the beautiful pool and grounds via large sliding doors and a small balcony. The staff knew our names and room number by the morning after arrival and were always courteous and eager to help. The breakfast was the largest I've even seen - stations for several nationalities as well as pastries, omelets, western foods, juice bar, etc. Dinne... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at the end of June. Pro's - The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. There is always tuk Tuks outside the hotel. The breakfast had a large selection of food, and tasted nice. Cons - the wifi drops out when your phone locks. The sauna is out of order, the steam room is dirty with dead cockroaches, the pool turned green and I got 3 different reasons why and never truly found out, although I was told I could still swim in it. The hot water is attached ... Read more

Rooms are a decent size, beds medium firm, extra pillow provided. Service from staff is great. Wifi keeps requesting password at various times which is really annoying. Great cable TV selection. Pool and spa tubs very good. Free airport pickup and driver waiting with name card. Difficult to contact by email until i called by phone and they responded. Aircon in restaurants on low and sometimes off which means sweating while eating, it really pisses me off when hotels try to save money at the... Read more

Lovely rooms. You get great views from the balconies, the beds are very comfy. The facilities are fantastic! Great swimming facilities, a good sized gym too! The food is just incredible and it is at a very fair price. The staff there are all very friendly and polite and helpful (and always smiling!). I definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was a good size with highly comfortable beds, good room service, beautiful bathroom. I highly recommend a stay in this wonderful hotel. Also, it's very central in Siem Reap as it's only a 5 minute tuck tuck ride to Pub Street. Special mention to the staff who made me feel more than welcome during my stay.

Incredible hotel with outstanding bedrooms, staff, food and facilities. The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage for belongings and extremely comfy beds. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful and kind and are always willing to accommodate your every need. There is a variety of restaurants with a range of foods to cater for all and the pricing is very reasonable. The facilities within the hotel are diverse and there is something to keep everybody entertained. Definitely woul... Read more

We were coming to Cambodia for the first time. Decided to try a hotel near the airport so decided to pick this one. Lovely hospitable welcome with a jasmine drink. Comfy homely rooms, nice bathrooms, beautiful views and a lip smacking breakfast spread. I would have given a 5 star rating, but when we were leaving the hotel, they were quite slow to clear and check our room, when we had a morning flight. But overall, an amazing place.

The location of this hotel is excellent, although I would recommend to get a Tuk Tuk to go to Angkor Wat. Ask at the information desk in the hotel and they will arrange it for you for a very cheap price. Staff was super friendly!!! Even thought this is a 4 + stars hotel, the price per night is very convenient and includes breakfast. The buffet is huge and excellent. Also getting food and drinks at the beautiful outdoor pool was very cheap and everything tastes delicious. I totally recommend t... Read more

The airport pick up service and van was very good. Driver served us towel when we board the van and was very friendly. The housekeeping staff responded very fast to my feedback on the aircon not cold. Was very glad that he acted fast to swop room for us so that our next few nights stay is smooth. Really efficient staff to respond to our issues. Room is clean and spacious with very comfortable pillows but the bed is abit hard though. Hotel is near to Angkor Wat, night market and Lucky Mall ... The hotel arranged for an airport pick up, the driver was easily visible, and had a pleasant demeanour. We got to the hotel late at night and the front desk staff did not take too long to check us in, which was a good thing. The rooms were very clean with strong AC; a must have considering the heat in Cambodia can be quite debilitating. The bathroom was huge, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was fantastic having both local and western fares. The pool was nice, clean, and quiet. The... Read more

This hotel was the highlight of our three week holiday through Thailand and Cambodia. We arrived 31 October 2016 and and stayed until 03rd November. We actually booked one extra nights stay after our first day simply to relax in the hotel. The staff were very welcoming on arrival, we arrived early but the hotel took our bags and checked us in 3 hours early. The hotel is beyond clean. Amazing appearance. The pool was great and sun loungers comfortable. A good pool bar with friendly staff. The sta... Read more

This is a wonderful hotel in Siem Reap. Our room was very large and comfortable. The wifi worked well. The choices for breakfast were amazing. The pool looked very nice, although we did not use it. Service in the dining room is rather slow though.

Location is good, near Angkor Wat - less than 10mins. Airport is near too, less than 20 mins. Room is clean but only one power plug point (whch is the one used for kettle). They need to install at least two power plug points. The hotel staffs are polite however we had two bad experiences when making calls to housekeeping and reception. Housekeeping - we asked for new towels but the staff hanged up the call after we stated our request. Next call - same thing happened. On another night, we called ... Read more

My 9th charity trip was great but the hotel, Regency Angkor was abit far from the city and have to take tuktuk . Of course one can walk but 2km in the heat is alittle too tough . I was there in the end of the first week and co-inside with the water festival or dragon boat race competition. The town turns into a happening sight. Lots of locals and tourists as well as local stalls been setup . Overall stay near to the town centre so would be near to the famous Night market and Pub street as one c... Read more

Room is clean and the staffs are okay and help, breakfast is acceptable. only one bad thing i feel not is about parking, no space for parking and the security not take care well on us, will go back in someday and hope have enough parking.
