I couldn't fault this mid-price range hotel apart from having a shower over the bath and I felt the charges for laundry were a bit steep. Importantly the Wi-Fi is good for your google searches. The rooms are clean, quiet, nicely furnished and with big wardrobes. There's a nice little restaurant in the hotel. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaners, were courteous and very helpful. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. The location was the best. You don't have to go far for anything... Read more

My flight from Bangkok was delayed, and I was ok with it because I already booked for hotel pick-up. They have all my flight details. When I stepped out of the plane, new to another country, the ride was nowhere to be found. When I got to the hotel, they told me the driver left when I didn't arrive on time. They didn't bother to check the flight status at all. Isn't airport pick-up used mostly by solo female travelers when they get into a country for the first time for safety purposes? Managemen... Location was great and that's about it. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom. The bed was good nice and firm. The breakfast was absolutely terrible we couldn't eat it. There's no elevator so we had to climb up 2 flights of stairs. Most staff had limited English which wasn't very helpful at times. Won't be staying there again and won't recommend:(

Made reservation in this hotel using book now pay later promo last October 2015 and email their staff for the details of our arrival in Siem Reap. Since we will arrive in Siem Reap via Giant Ibis from Phnom Penh, I asked their staff to pick up us at the Giant Ibis terminal instead of airport pick up and they agreed. We also send them sms and email the night before we go to Siem Reap (just to advice them the time of our arrival) but we did not receive any response until we arrived around 4:00 am ... Read more

I almost didnā??t discover Reaksmey Chanreas. I was on the verge of booking one of the other hotels near the centre of Siem Reap, then I saw this option on Booking.com. My main requirement was to be central. I was also thinking about a swimming pool. However, Iā??d assumed that the central hotels and guest houses would be smallish and would not have room for pools. Reaksmey Chanreas was actually more central than the other options, and, also had a pool. The room rate was only a little more... Read more

The lady manager is very rude. Her staff had promised to charge the room at the online price. After a couple of days of stay, the manager had twisted the whole story and did a double charge and claimed that her staff is new and don't know the actual charges. When we said, that it's not fair that the info has been misleading and only disclosed after a couple days, she had started to argue and very disrespectful to us. We were afraid that she may do anything insensible as the place were new to us,... Read more

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Everything wigging easy walking. Grocery, markets, bars. Our local friend uses this hotel for his tour groups and recommended to us. Everything is good. Staff friendly, some have limited English, but will always find the answer for you with a little patience. Remember, you are in a foreign country. Expect language barriers. The presentation of the hotel is great. Clean, tidy and well decorated. The restaurant food is good and fresh, wait staff helpful.... Read more

Positive: the location is great with just a few minutes walking distance to the pub street and the markets, can save money from tuktuk at night when going back to hotel after dinner. The rooms are bigger than I expected, large space for putting luggage. The toilet is clean as well. Negative: the voltage of the hotel is low because the electricity went off when i were drying my hair and the tv was switching on at the same time. Also, music from other restaurants is in a large volume at weekend ni... Read more

This hotel is well situated a couple of streets away from pub street, straight across the road from a couple of alleys with Cafes some up market shops market stalls and antique shop plus more. There didn't seem to be much staff on hand to help with luggage, some girls had to lug their heavy (end of 3 week stay) suitcases up the stairs as there is no lift. The kitchen restaurant is right there across from the foyer for easy access and looks good. They finished making pancakes at 8.30 am so that w... Read more

Located near the night market and it's across the street from pub street. The pool area was lovely. Hotel had reliable wifi. The breakfast was ok. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. Be sure to bring what you need. I stayed for 5 days and I was very happy here. The ladies at the desk remembered me and were very kind.

Close to the old market and just around the corner from one end of Pub Street is this 3 star, older hotel which is in the perfect position which is why I have rated it "very good". The hotel's pool, although a little claustrophobic, was very welcome after a hot day exploring the temples. We were on the north side of the building where the barred windows offered a view of the wall next door, those on the south overlook the pool. The stairs from L2 to L3 are steep enough to rival those of Angkor W... Read more

Stayed with my husband in the hotel for 3 nights. At first when arrived there was a misunderstanding about our order and they tried to put us in a room with two single beds, although it was not what we pay for. Eventually we recieved a nice, though quite old room on the 4th floor. The hotel has no elevator so its alot of stairs. The towels were changes every day, breakfast was good. The hotel is located just near pub street.

It was just blind luck that I found this hotel. After having issues that were not resolvable at my my initial hotel, I set out searching for new quarters and walked into this hotel to inquire about vacancies. I booked one night, but liked it so well I stayed 6 nights. This is a nice hotel, clean, friendly staff (though they do need to brush up on their English) great WiFi reception, immaculate pool, good free breakfast, restaurant/bar with room service, and an in house spa. I had a second fl... Read more

Hotel was in dire need of a renovation as facilities are worn down. Housekeeping is not doing a good job especially in the bathroom. Tap covered with grim and scum, shaky shower tap, moldy tiles. Rooms are definitely not soundproof at all. You will be able to hear all movements outside. Only its location is the saving grace...

I have stayed in 4 hotels while visiting Siem Reap over the years, this is my favorite and here is why. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect. Everything is steps away, from several day and night markets, restaurants and minimarts, transportation via Tuktuk, and Pub Street. The hotel with A/C, is an older hotel, but, charming and well kept. They offer a buffet breakfast with western and asian selections and eggs to ... Read more
