We had a flying visit to Siem Riep to do the sunrise at Ankor Wat and spent one night at this hotel! The hotel itself is in a great location in central Siem Reap, across the road from the night market and also "Pub Street" which as the name would suggest is the main road for bars and night clubs Room was clean, spacious and smelt great. Bathroom was of a good western standard and the staff were very friendly. Didn't check the pool area out so I can't comment on that but i'm sure it will be ni... Read more

We stayed at this hotel the first night we arrived. We were so exhausted that we didn't care where we stayed so my dad suggested this place since it's so close to my aunt's house and by Pub Street and the night market are just steps away. We paid very little for a great room, air conditioning, subpar water pressure for our shower (it's normal in Cambodia), and wifi. There's no elevator so if your room is upstairs, be prepared to take the stairs. This gets tough when you have young kids and a s... Read more

The main advantage of the hotel - the location . Walking distance to the market , Pub street ... Hotel Malenko , but with a swimming pool . The window looked out into the wall of the adjacent building . The doorway to the bathroom low - we constantly bumped his head .

Very nice hotel at a strategic place! It has inside a beautiful wooden interior and the size of the rooms is good with nice beds. In addition, there is a very decent pool and the staff is very friendly and attentive! Thanks again from the Dutch guys for the excellent stay, and a special greeting to the little girl behind the reception desk! :)

I couldn't fault this mid-price range hotel apart from having a shower over the bath and I felt the charges for laundry were a bit steep. Importantly the Wi-Fi is good for your google searches. The rooms are clean, quiet, nicely furnished and with big wardrobes. There's a nice little restaurant in the hotel. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaners, were courteous and very helpful. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. The location was the best. You don't have to go far for anything... Read more

My flight from Bangkok was delayed, and I was ok with it because I already booked for hotel pick-up. They have all my flight details. When I stepped out of the plane, new to another country, the ride was nowhere to be found. When I got to the hotel, they told me the driver left when I didn't arrive on time. They didn't bother to check the flight status at all. Isn't airport pick-up used mostly by solo female travelers when they get into a country for the first time for safety purposes? Managemen... Location was great and that's about it. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom. The bed was good nice and firm. The breakfast was absolutely terrible we couldn't eat it. There's no elevator so we had to climb up 2 flights of stairs. Most staff had limited English which wasn't very helpful at times. Won't be staying there again and won't recommend:(
